Our office orders lunch from this Panera a lot because we like the food but almost every time they get something wrong. Today it was no dressing with a salad. Last week it was no cheese on a salad. Twice it was a caesar salad instead of the chicken caesar sandwich that was ordered. They are VERY busy at lunchtime so I understand it once in a while but not all of the time. So if you get take-out at lunch time, Beware!

I guess it's just me but I don't get the whole Panera thing. Maybe if I were part of the whole Yuppie of Suburbia tax bracket were money didn't matter as much so that I could piss it away on five dollar cups of soup that don't taste all that different from what I could find at a greasy spoon diner for half the price or which could be made at home, maybe then I could better appreciate the supposed four star greatness of Panera. I came here around seven this past Saturday night to get a soup/sandwich combo for the old lady to find a few issues like going to Panera Bread when they don't have...bread. Want your soup in a bread bowl? Sorry, sold out yet online supposedly they still had them. Want about half of the supposed soup offerings? Sorry, either sold out or it would be a bit of a wait while they thawed/reconstituted a new batch yet online all were listed for sale without restriction. Soft Dinner Roll? Sorry, sold out. In terms of the sandwich it was the same idea with not being able to get it on as many things as you could get it on in terms of bread. So in the end I had to really compromise and not choose what was wanted but more of what was left. Blah! The majority of the wire racks on the wall which I guess would normally either be full or would have at least something in them were just about all empty. I even joked with the cashier that they should just call themselves Panera and drop the bread part since they really didn't have any and she thought that was a great idea since she said that they were out of so much stuff that it would take a all day Sunday to replenish everything and that the Sunday morning shift would be mad because they would be out of so many things. Eventually soup was ordered even though it wasn't what I came for (creamy chicken and wild rice versus broccoli cheddar) and a salad was procured instead of a sandwich due to a lack of bread choices so not all was lost but there was a hell of a disconnect between what the Panera site will let you order was what the store was able to produce/actually had available to sell.

Great Panera. Love to come to MeetUp events here. The food and service are great. The bathroom needs some work though.

Panera must mean over-priced. Spent close to $11 1/2 sandwich and small salad. Food was bland. Service was relatively fast. Will stick to Cosi.

We were on our way home from the doctor's office and decided that I needed some form of healthy sustenance to battle the cold so we just stopped in here. And to my delight, I saw the new lobster roll! I wasn't feeling particularly voracious but felt determined to do a lobster roll justice, especially since I had not had one in so long (D'Angelo's, where are thou when I needeth thou most?!). It was very pricey at $16.99 but if you get half as a combo with a soup or salad, you add $7 to the base price of the combo. We both decided to get the combo with a soup (Chicken noodle for moi since that's what parents love to order for their kids when they aren't feeling well) and sesame bagel (cashier was very good about letting me get that rather than a baguette). The lobster roll was good, let me just say. There wasn't a lot of actual salad between the rather thick ciabatta roll but what was there was savory, light, and full of chunks of actual claw meat. There was only a touch of mayo and no celery, thank goodness. It's not as creamy as the Boston-style sandwiches at D'Angelo's but it's pretty damn good for a chain located on the Main Line in PA. Apparently, it's only available until Labor Day so I would get one while you can. Personally, I still prefer D'Angelo's or even Au Bon Pain's (that's because Boston is close to mi corazon) but I will take a lobster roll in any form.

The food quality is very good with offers ranging from simple muffin (tops) and bagels to breakfast sandwiches on special breads. I most enjoy breakfast here, but they do offer lunch. I have enjoyed their soups, mostly their tomato bisque, which is now my favorite over Cosi. The prices are reasonable, not cheap, but reasonable for the quality of food you receive.

This is a great restaurant to go to if you if you are feeling indecisive about what you want to eat. Most of the menu is very healthy and they allow customization on most of their selection. The bread is also fresh baked and you can taste it.

Always a great stop. Not usually a long wait, panini's are super and so are the cookies. Today I had a tomato and basil panini, a cookie and a cup of coffee. Less that $11! Free WiFi too!

Holy smokes! i got the lobster roll ($14.99 for 1/2 roll $16.99 on its own) with a cup of soup and an apple. Spent just over 420 for lunch. Yikes. And no, it's not THAT good. I shoulda known better. Will NOT order that (seasonal) item again.

I was told that their breakfast sandwiches are to die for. I decided to come here before work to check it out (concord location). First- They open at 6:30, I was cutting it close at 6:40 but otherwise, I would be late for work. Second- The whole process took too long. I gave myself an extra 10 minutes for a place that was on the way. I was never asked if it was for to-go and was served the meal on a plate with silverware. I figured I might as well eat there than try to perpetrate the drive and munch. I ended up being 20 min late for work. Do the math. Third- The sandwich was awesome. The bread, cheese and sausage were enough to make this one of the best AM sammies ive had, beating out the Dunkin Omelette croissant and the Steak Bagel at Mickey D's. My only complaint was that they used a fried egg as opposed to a scrambled one. Just a personal preferance. I actually ejected the egg and it was still a fine sandwich. Fourth- Their coffee was pretty good too. Fifth- Im drunk as I write this review. (cant wait to see it sober)

First off, great hours for working folks during the week and studying folks on the weekends. Unfortunately, B&N down the street doesn't have a more flexible operating hours. Anyways, I love their hazelnut coffee and 3-seed demi. Their bagels are wonderful and try to pick them up here for my workplace's Thursday bagel club. Here are some of the pluses: * Bagels- cranberry walnut * Soups- black bean * Sandwiches- chicken salad on rye * Bread- 3-seed demi * Coffee- hazelnut I would avoid their Wi-Fi since my laptop got infected. I don't know if it's because of their unsecure Wi-Fi or my laptop already got infected beforehand. Just use your best judgment and turn off your network connection when not using the Internet.

Good place for a quick lunch if you do not come directly during the lunch rush. Trying to get a seat, find parking & getting out of the parking lot is a challenge if you come around 12. I was here at 2 and there were only a few people there. It's a nice little place for something warm during this season & quiet to do work. I did the pick 2 with Tomato soup & a Smokehouse Turkey Panini. The soup was warm & tasty. I would have liked it a little creamier though. The panini was just okay though. I don't know if it was the choice of the sandwich or not but I wasn't a huge fan of it. The menu says the spread is "sun-dried tomato ale mustard" but the cheddar cheese definitely overpowered the spread. Maybe a little more spread next time. Just the pick 2 with no drink came out to be $8.58. There are cute little cups by the drink fountain if you want water. There is also a bucket of lemon if you want to get a little fancy.

Coworkers often bring in fresh baked sweets from here in the morning including danishes, cinnamon rolls, bagels, etc. I love their cinnamon rolls and my favorite bagel is there Cinnamon Crunch topped with their honey walnut cream cheese. Of course, as good as all this stuff is, it also means I have to hit the gym pretty hard later that day! You can rack up the calories pretty quick here if you aren't careful. What I do like is the fact that they publish the calories by all of their menu items, which I wish more places would do. Anyway, have also been here for lunch on several occasions and always enjoy my sandwiches. The place is clean, service is friendly and quick, and I like the food here. Short of the Gateway Shopping Center to be a pain to get in and out of during the lunch hour, I like coming here.

The salads are way overpriced. I got the Mediterranean and the shrimp was tasteless, watery, chewy and bland. You have to season those things, people, and certainly don't boil them in water! Gross. There was not much else to the salad at all...very stark. The bread was good, but the soft drink was also way overpriced ($2). Overall I left feeling ripped off and on the drive home I got really nauseous and had intestinal issues when I got home. Coincidence? I don't know. Update: I got food poisoning and spent the entire night in the bathroom. I'm still lying in bed recovering.

For breakfast, it's OK. However, anything beyond 11:00 AM is a total ripoff. For breakfast, I recommend the bacon, egg, and cheese, on a cinnamon crunch bagel. It's a good mix of salty & sweet and a great way to start your (unhealthy) day. Lunch and dinner are a waste. The food is OK but the cost is way out of proportion for what you get.

Really good Panera. Fresh good, clean, friendly staff. I actually eat here almost every week and like it a lot. 4 stars - this is not the best Panera in the world, throug solid 4+.

Ok food. Pricey for a "fast foodish" place. Soups are awesome. Salads are small and overpriced

Panera's is a (national or just northeast, not sure) chain, but it is one of my favorites. You can eat meat chili and greasy chicken sandwiches, or you can eat very healthy with a salad and soup selection that is extensive. So in short, they seem to have something on the menu for everyone. It's a tad pricier than I would like, but an excellent alternative to burgers or sub sandwiches and I trust the food more.

I don't see much point in reviewing a chain restaurant, however I wanted to note that this is the only Panera I've been in -- ever -- that has enough power outlets for the laptop crowd. Mama is one happy girl! However .... However ... [shaking my head in a sad and dejected -- yet still attractive -- manner] What's up with the bathroom? The toilet paper roll thingie would only give me, like, one square at a time. I practically had to bend meself in half to look under it to find the start of the roll (which I never did find) to get the thing going again. I had to make do with toilet paper crumbs. Then the paper towel thingie was similarly hostile. What the fark, Panera? Is this some misguided, passive-aggressive attempt to go green? If so, you're just asking for a frustrated lady to bogart your napkin holders ... just sayin'. Oh yeah. My salad was good. Rock on.

I stop at this store on my way to work almost every day. The staff is awesome and the food is sometimes better than other Panera stores. Most all of the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed.
