Landmark Americana Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

Had dinner early Saturday night. The service was quick and competent. The food was excellent, and the portions were generous. I had the salmon, and I loved it. My drink was well-made and also generous. Didn't have coffee or desert. We were seated at an area near the bar, but the noise level was not excessive. The menu is not ambitious, but everything we had was very well made. I would definitely return.

Had a company function here recently, and the folks at the Landmark did a really nice job making everyone feel welcome. They also provided excellent, prompt, friendly service, and kept the food & drink flowing. The unique thing about the Landmark is that while you could look at it as a sports bar/pub kind of place, it's much nicer inside and much cleaner than your typical sports bar. So if you want to watch a game in real comfort and not deal with sticky floors, dirty bathrooms, and cranky servers, this is a top choice! Special shout-out to "Kelsey" -- one of our two servers who very kindly checked with mgmt and provided me with delicious gluten free wings to dine on. All done with a smile! Thank you Kelsey :)

We booked a spur of the moment post kids football party there this afternoon. 30 people... They were very nice and our servers tried hard And kept a smile on their faces... Our food was good bar food served with a smile. You can't top that. I highly recommend landmark in stafford for a large group... I'd even consider this spot for an office party or reunion. Way to go landmark and thank you! (No I do not work there or own the place lol). I loved my sunny burger (a jucy burger with fried egg) lots of our group loved the wings too.

Ok... I came here because this restaurant participates in United's MileagePlus dining program....but I was disappointed. The food was fine....typical American fare. However, as a former server I tend to favor service over food...I sat at the bar and had to wait for 5 minutes prior to service. I HAD TO ASK FOR EVERYTHING! The beer menu; The Food menu, ketchup for my fries. Just unacceptable. Won't be back...I can get fish and chips anywhere with better service.

I stopped in for dinner and a drink & was thoroughly pleased! I rarely order a burger when I go out to eat, because why order "out" what you can make easily a home, right? Well..... when I go back I'll have a hard time NOT getting another burger. Oh, they also have a decent beer selection and the wait staff/bartenders made me feel very welcomed too. My food was prepared exactly as I ordered and was served quickly. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the restrooms were clean. All in all I was very happy! .

Great atmosphere, great service, great food. What more could you want?! Both bar food and healthy fare. Chicken tortilla soup is fantastic just an FYI. Glad I decided to stop in. I have no idea why it's so empty but hope that turns around soon. Places like these need to be rewarded!

My boyfriend and I ate here on a weekday during happy hour. He ordered a craft beer that was $3 for happy hour and we shared an order of the garlic Parmesan fries. The fries were great! They were covered in garlic and Parmesan, so be sure you love both ingredients before ordering. I had the chicken ranch wrap and it was delicious! The meal came with a side of fries, that you could upgrade to either garlic was Parmesan, old bay, or sweet potato for $1. My boyfriend ordered wings. The wings were $5 for 10 wings during the HH special. The waitress was great and let Chris pick 5 hot wings and 5 "I dare you to try" wings. Although the waitress warned Chris, they were WAY hotter than he expected. He could only muscle down 2 of those, but he loved the hot wings. For future reference our waitress let us know that you can order the sauces on the side as well that way he could have a little taste of the "I dare you to try" sauce without torching his mouth. That was great information so we'll have to try that on our next visit. Overall, we had a great dinner and we'll be back!

As I've said in past reviews, it's always a dance of death when getting into bed with a place on restaurant.com because usually you're dealing with either something new and untested or a place that is permanently flawed. But if you can combine a restaurant.com certificate with the ability to make a reservation on Opentable and at least in theory you've got a great start in terms of savings + convenience. "In Theory" We make the reservation on OT about 30 minutes before we get to LA and they had every time open so we assume that the place won't be busy. We get to the parking lot and the place is packed. There were tables open but the bar was jammed with people standing everywhere getting ready to watch a Flyers game. The menu itself is really nothing too special with it being mostly just average ordinary bar food with a few larger entrée items added in which are mostly overpriced. Food wise, meh, thing were I guess alright. Overall it boiled down to a salty crab fondue app, a turkey burger that was pretty good, soggy fish & chips, crappy fries that were overdone and kids meals that were on par with what is served at Friendly's. A few issues: * Hopefully you like salt because this place kills everything with it. The crab fondue app was more or less salt fondue. I can't say that I ran across a lot of crab. It was mostly salty cheese with Italian bread chunks. The garlic parm fries didn't have a lot of garlic that I could see either. Mostly they were just fried & salted hard. * Why advertise that kids eat free two days a week when you don't list on the website what's on the kids menu? Also, when you do get the kids menu why play games with the fact that the fries can be subbed for other things? Be straight and don't play games. * If you're going to accept restaurant.com certificates tell your servers to not play games or be snotty about it. Either take it when it's offered from the customer at the beginning or take when it's left on the table at the end instead of bringing out the check sans discount which then makes me wait longer and you make another trip to reprint something that could have been done right the first time. If you're looking I suppose for a decently priced burger and a beer while watching the sport of your choice on their numerous TV's then I guess this could be your place even though nothing is great, I suppose considering the price it could be worse. But for better quality food or for less snotty service you should take your business elsewhere.

I went to a happy hour at Landmark and sat in the bar area. Appetizers were fine, but nothing special (wings, quesadillas, egg rolls). They did have a large beer selection. However, the service was non existent. For such a large group, spending lots of $$ you kind of expect more. We all had to go to the bar and order drinks, no table service. One nice thing was there is a gluten free menu - with lots of choices!

After I wrote my previous review, I was contacted by Joe from Landmark who apologized for the experience that we had, sent us a gift card to the restaurant and asked us to give them another try. We did that tonight and it was like eating at a new restaurant. The first thing we noticed was that they removed the crab dip from the menu and had quite a few new items. Our server was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and we had a lovely and relaxed night out. I'm impressed. This was the first time in my experience that a restaurant has listened to the customer and made changes for the better. We will return.

I've dined here three times and every time I am pleased with the food and service. On my most recent visit my husband and four year old went. i started with the seafood bisque. If you love bisque, get this. It's creamy and full of seafood. I followed that up with the veggie flatbread app. It was ok. Not a ton of flavor. Hubby ordered the southwest burger cooked medium. It was perfection. And the garlic parm fries are awesome. Pay the extra $1, it's worth it. On other visits I've had the crab cake sandwich and ribs, all great. Prices are good and I've always had good service.

This place is ok for a quick bite to eat and there is a good beer selection. The bartenders are converted waitresses and were never trained how to bartend. If your walking to landmark from the side parking, beware of the dumpster stench! It's awful!

Landmark Americana is a great spot to take the family or watch a game with friends. The menu is fun and the food good quality. Start with the soft pretzel sticks and you won't go wrong.

I'm really shocked this place doesn't have better reviews. We came here last friday night for dinner with a group. To start, we got the thai flavored wings and they were awesome! Best wings I have had in a long time and the flavoring was great. We then ordered our entrees. After waiting a while and thinking the food would come out soon, our waitress came out to inform my boyfriend that they didn't have the pulled pork that he ordered. This was disappointing as we would have liked to have learned this, maybe 5 minutes after we ordered, not at the point where we thought our food would be out any minute. He ordered something else instead. So, the wait for our entrees was very long. However, when they finally did come out, it was worth the wait. I got the chicken ranch wrap and it was amazing. Best wrap I ever had! Every person we went with ended up loving what they got! After, we got the dessert bites which were also amazing. I would have given Landmark Americana 5 stars for the food alone, however with the slow service I had to give them 4 stars. They need to work on that. Also, the place was FREEZING. I hate when you go somewhere in the summer and you feel like you need to be wearing winter clothes in there with the way they have the AC blasted. That is just unnecessary. Despite all that, this was probably the best pub food I ever had, way above the standard. I will definitely be coming back in the future for a great meal.

This is strictly a review of a happy hour for a large group (about 35 people). Coordinating the event with the restaurant was a breeze! They were super accommodating about extending specials and reserving tables for us. What I did eat of the appetizers tasted great (I was too busy chatting!). Our server was AMAZING. She did separate checks for everyone (!) and was really great about checking on us, despite also working other tables. If you're looking for space to accommodate your large group, I highly recommend Landmark! We'll be back!

I LOVE their lemon drop martinis. Food is good depending on what you order. Certain foods are very salty. I tend to stay with salads/meats and avoid dips, soups, etc. Service is usually slow on off nights...why??? I'd rather eat at O-toro next door and finish with a martini here.

A great place to stop for a meal, drink, wifi, and sports if that's your thing haha very nice people. However I can't eat garlic or onions which means some dishes are off limits for me even though they look so good. Plenary of parking & easy to get to and find.

Landmark's happy hour deal is great! My boyfriend and I enjoy coming here after work for some drinks and finger foods. Their dinners are great too! A nice atmosphere to relax in and eat a good meal!

This place was okay. Typical bar with mostly typical food. Ate the nachos, southwest burger, and drank a lager. Service was excellent and the interior of the restaurant is very nice. Unfortunately, I was here on a Thursday night which coincidentally happened to be "college night." There was a DJ playing music on an empty space otherwise used for seating. The music was a bit loud from my tastes and detracted from my overall experience. What made it worse was that there was no "college" happening; the place was mostly empty with a few groups of people seated at the bar. Full disclosure: I went here to watch a football game where the team I support did not win. Also, I was seated under an air conditioning duct that dripped on the table periodically throughout my meal. So there was that... Bottom line: All in all, pretty standard stuff going on here. But given my experience, I hesitate to recommend this location.

I have to say that Landmark Americana is definitely an improvement over the Paddock--the gastropub that previously occupied this space. We checked it out this weekend cause I had a Groupon and we wanted to grab dinner before we headed to the movies. I got ahi-tuna salad and some old bay/crab fries. Everything was pretty good and they have a good sized beer list. Our server was more than happy to give us suggestions on what to try from the beer menu and seemed to do a good job on the recommendations. But one thing that puzzled me about this place: Why do they have valet parking?! It's completely unnecessary and makes no sense. They have a large parking lot, but it's divided by a fence. The valet parking takes up the whole front lot, so if you come on a Friday or Saturday night and you want to park your car yourself, don't bother entering from Lancaster Ave. You're better off trying the entrance in the back lot off Old Eagle School first. It's annoying.

Been coming here regularly for a few months and love this place. The staff is all very friendly and attentive. The bartenders are quick, remembered us from day 1 by name, and are very attentive to checking if you need refills or anything additional. Much of the food is typical bar food however it tastes very fresh and very cleanly fried (where applicable). They have some additional items that are not "typical bar foods" and are very tasty as well. The wings are some of the best in the main line area, especially the sweet and spicy ones. Beer and liquor wise they have an extensive selection and a good number of taps with seasonal rotations. The happy hour is also a fantastic deal and runs 5:00 - 7:00 Monday - Friday. They have daily specials as well, 7 days a week, that are definitely worth checking out. Its a place I love and definitely a place I recommend if you are looking for somewhere to catch a game, happy hour, or some "less guilty" bar food. Update to review - had brunch last week here and it was really awesome. Great portions and great food, we'll definitely be back!

I've visited Landmark a couple times since my last review and have not had another bad experience with the service. It's a chill bar to watch games and grab a drink.

rude staff, they lose and don't honor reservations. Avoid this place. Go somewhere that deserves your business. Food ok, but it's not worth having to deal with the people who work there.

I'm not really sure what all of these people are so down on it but I was here on Sunday with the wife and had a great time. The Fanatic (sports radio station) was there and they had $0.50 cent wings! I tried 4 different flavors and an order of queso fries and I thought that everything I ate was well above average and good! Apparently they have all eagles away games they broadcast here. A good place, ample parking and a nice assortment of wings/food. Wife had a grilled cheese and it was huge and came with a side of tomato soup. All in all a decent place and I will go back.

Don't know why the ratings are not higher on this place. I went here for Easter with my parents and thought the food was very good. I got the salmon BLT and bread pudding. The sweet potato fries come with a yummy cinnamon butter sauce which was very good. My mom got Shepherds Pie, which was very good, although she thought it was a bit too salty. The decor was warm and relaxing. More upscale than a regular pub. For service, the place was kind of empty so we had no problems. Overall, if you are looking for reasonable eats, a nice but casual atmosphere and a nice variety of menu choices, I think this is a good place.

Small portions of food, an average beer selection and average service. The two things this place has going for it are space (plenty of it) and TVs (everywhere).

  • Mike M.

At landmark, the food, while the types of items that you'd expect from a bar, is always very well prepared. They have a pretty solid beer list, and their cocktails are very good. It's a nice looking place, with comfortable seating. The service is pretty good. This place could be one of my favorite bar/restaurants on the mainline, except that it's just a little bit too slow, and just a little bit too expensive. It's not terrible in either regard, but if they dropped all of their prices by $1, and shaved a couple of minutes off of the wait time, that would take them from pretty good to great.

Myself and a few coworkers went there for lunch today, and it was a great experience. The service was fast and friendly, we were seated right away. The waitress took our order in less than 5 minutes, and the food came out very quickly (I should note they weren't busy, so that makes sense). Everything that we ordered was good [I had French Onion Soup and a Pulled Carolina Pork BBQ Sandwich], I would have licked the plate clean,... but again I was with people from work, not family. The food was fresh and tasty, exactly what we ordered. Waitress checked back on us and refilled drinks without even having to ask her (love to see this). We were seated near the bar, I can imagine how this would be a good place to catch a game too (Nice amount of TV's, but not too many either). Definitely going back there again soon, recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal in a nice atmosphere.

Traveling by myself so thought this looked like a good option. Accidentally walked into the bar rather than the main dining room and the greeter gave a choice of seats. Ordered the carne asada as they listed it on their gluten free menu (I believe they switch the tortillas from flour to corn but could not see anything else on the listing on the main menu that would have needed modification). The portion was large and it tasted good. I asked the server for a "nice" margarita and it was done well. Not too large a glass but only $5.00. The server wasn't as attentive as she could have been but was friendly and efficient the few times she did stop by. Large menu including a specific gluten-free menu.

It was very empty in the afternoon when we stopped in to grab a quick bite. The Southwest burger was very solid, with a nice chipotle sauce, bacon slices, and avocado, all on a buttered, toasted roll. The fries were fresh, hot, and crispy, which I loved; the shell had the perfect crunch! The roast beef with provolone on a onion roll was also good, with tender slices of beef, horseradish, and a side of au jus, although I kinda wished that they had added sauteed onions and mushrooms, which would have made it great. The chicken cobb salad was the standard version, but the chicken was tender and grilled perfectly and there was plenty of gorgonzola; plus, I loved that I was able to add a crab cake to it (you can add ahi tuna, salmon, shrimp, chicken and/or a crab cake to any salad) and a bowl of the short rib chili as a side. The chili was very meaty and flavorful, and was a great dip for the fries, too. Our server was very sweet, and kept our drinks refilled. Service/food was a bit on the slow side given the fact that it wasn't busy at all but that gave us time to catch a game while we were waiting on one of the many LED screens throughout the dining room and bar. Overall, very solid.

What to say about Landmark Americana? The environment? Nice. The food? Nothing remarkable, but certainly not bad. As another said, "Passably average." The menu? Wow, it is seriously boring. The prices? Not high, but somehow I walked away feeling we paid a bit too much for the quality of food and "typical" menu. The service? Again average. In sum Landmark Americana came across as a place that has decent food, but where you are somewhat disappointed as you walk out. 2.5 stars. I don't think it 's somewhere I'd return.

Stopped in for Happy Hour after work yesterday, as 2 of my coworkers often frequent the location in West Chester. We arrived around 4:30 and the place was virtually empty. This was surprising, as all the other bars in the area tend to get pretty packed as people start leaving work. They had $3.50 sangrias, $3 yuenglings and $1 coors lights on special. I ordered a white sangria, and it was so bad I had to stop drinking it a few sips in and ordered a yuengling instead. The bartender was super friendly, but we had to flag him down anytime we needed another drink (even after pushing our empty glasses up onto the edge of the bar). This shouldn't happen anywhere, especially at an empty bar. About halfway through our visit, a new bartender came in. It took her about an hour to acknowledge us, and at that point we were getting ready to leave. She also never brought back the change to one of my coworkers, and after about five minutes he got tired of trying to get her attention. She ended up getting a tip about $8 higher than what he was planning on leaving. The food was extremely mediocre. Trying to be relatively healthy, I ordered the caesar salad. I wanted to add chicken, but was told that would be an extra $4-5 dollars. The salad had absolutely no taste, even though it seemed to be loaded in dressing. My coworkers ordered a shrimp and chicken wrap (that didn't seem to have any shrimp in it), french fries that were way, way too salty, and buffalo chicken eggrolls . The "eggrolls" were actually just one eggroll, cut up into small pieces and strategically placed on a long plate to make it appear like more food. There's really nothing going for this place that makes me want to go back. There are much better happy hour spots in the area with better food, better drink specials, and better service. I guess there's a reason this place was so empty.

Underwhelmed. Food was average, at best. Very salty and very processed. Service was OK, somewhat slow despite the empty restaurant. Kids burgers looked fine, crabcake was breaded and deep fried (not my preferred preparation for a crabcake) and ahi tuna salad was served with tuna that seemed to have been seared months ago and frozen until it was time to appear on my plate. Just average. With extra salt sprinkled on top.

Never expect such poor service within main line, waited 45 minutes for lunch in a half empty restaurant, microwaved food and bad management, will tell all my friends to avoid this place.

  • Kara F.

Disappointed in the service. The food was good casual fare. Went there Saturday night with the family. Waited 10 min until our server came over to take our drink order. The place had a lot of servers walking around but none were ours and it was not crowded. This extremely slow wait continued throughout the meal.

We stopped by here last night for a couple of post dinner drinks. Our first round bartender was fine and attentive. I don't know if after that he was off for the rest of the evening, but, his replacement was just awful. When I say awful, she literally paid no attention to us. I believe the universal sign for a new drink is placing your empty glass towards the inner edge of the bar. (Unless of course it is super crowded, which it was not, in fact, we only counted 13 total folks at the bar). When I say she paid us no attention, I mean literally, she would look the other way when she was in our vicinity. At one point we started timing how long it would take to get her attention. 20 minutes for one round, and 15 for another. I would've spoken to a manager it was so bad, but I couldn't even find one of those around. When I brought the super sized delay to our 2nd bartender's attention, we were met with a less than lukewarm, "oh, i can't really see you". Really? I am 5'8" and not invisible, and nor is my friend. No apology whatsoever. I can say for certain, I will not be returning to this place, no matter how convenient it is. Though, it was my and my friend's opinion that it won't be around for very long anyway, with poor service and no crowd to speak of, maybe the Main Line has already figured out what we had not until last night. To me there is no excuse for POOR service, and an even poorer response to having brought it to your attention. Bye, bye Landmark Americana. I won't be back.

So I just started coming here a couple months ago because it was quite close to my house and I noticed they had a gluten free menu. Every time I have gone there I enjoy there gluten free menu so much. The fact that they have gluten free buns available is awesome because not many places have them for you. I got the pulled pork sandwich and that was to die for. I have never had a problem with there food it has always come out how I wanted it. As for why I only gave this place an okay is because almost everytime I have been there I have had the slowest service. I mean given I come in most of the time when it isn't that busy but you would think that if it's slow you would get better service instead it takes 5 -10 mins to get the bartenders attention to grab a drink and then when you do, they give you a drink menu and disappear again for 10 minutes. It's quite annoying because they have maybe two others customers at the bar and I just can't understand why it takes the bartenders so long to get my drink. I will never go there at night though because I've had to wait almost 15 20 minutes for a drink when the bartenders walked and stood right in front of us and didn't see my friend and I sitting there with no drink or menu in front of us, but instead they kept walking... I will keep coming back because of the food but I hope the service can improve.

Very pleasant server. The best sweet potato french fries I've had. They are very crispy and tasty with a delicious cinnamon sauce on the side. I had the Roast beef sandwich which was on the smaller side but still satisfying and tasty.

My family decided to try this new restaurant in our area. My Dad had the burger - very flavorful and delicious. I had the Cobb Salad without blue cheese. It was not good. The chicken was dry and tasteless, the dressing also had no flavor. It wasn't worth eating. My sister had the Cobb Salad with the blue cheese - she said the cheese really helped and it was 'fine.' But her comment was "don't order healthy food in a sports bar." Service was good.

Went on a sunday for lunch and got great service from the bartender. Food wasn't out of this world but it was solid bar food. Great drink specials too. If you go looking for a decent meal in a bar atmosphere you won't be disappointed. If you expect more than that you might be let down. We'll be back!

Awesome burger! I don't know what anyone else says about this place but we had two perfect burgers made medium rare. Good viewing of all the big screen tv's too. Service has to far to walk from the kitchen to deliver food.

  • Meghan M.

The food is average. Drink specials are great but the place is rarely crowded. Last time I was there it was a Friday night at 10 pm. There were maybe 3 other parties at the bar. About 5 minutes after ordering our first drink, they announced it was last call...at 10:15 PM on a Friday night! Needless to say we left for a different bar in the area and have removed it from our options of places to go past 6 pm for drinks.

Worst service ever. I really hope whoever runs landmark reads this because I was in there tonight 9/25 and the manager was completely rude for absolutely no reason. We were not greeted when we came in so we seated ourselves and then the manager said that we needed to check in at the front before we sat down in a very belligerent tone. We were a little taken aback but didn't have any problem with that and then when we did check in she came over again to remind us that we always need to check in and I'm not really sure why. I'm actually pretty easy going and then it took 20 minutes for my party of six to get our first drinks. I was there then for two hours and only got two drinks. Then, the server forgot part of our order even after a reminder. The place looks nice the food and drinks were fine when we got them, but the service is absolutely horrendous and whoever the manager is just not up to snuff. I worked in the restaurant industry for a number of years and I can say without a doubt that this place is being run into the ground for no other reason than bad service which should never be the biggest problem.

  • Karen L.

My husband and I have been here about 3 times and it's been consistently good each time. The servers have been friendly, the food, while not gourmet cuisine, is pretty good for bar food (don't expect anything out of the ordinary and you won't be disappointed). They have a great beer selection and overall, the prices are fair. I do like the fact that they have a number of vegetarian options, and if you want a salad instead of fries to accompany your sandwich or burger, they'll do that for you (bear in mind there's an upcharge, however). I'm thinking that many of the negative reviews here were due to opening bugs, it seems as if they've resolved most of them.

    (4)
  • Joe D.

Awful. This is best word I could use to describe my experience. Food was blatantly under cooked, service was virtually non-existent and when my friends and I complained to the server, the so called "manager" came out and gave us the most lackluster apology of all time and presented us with "free app with entree purchase" coupons. Never again.

    (1)
  • Ron S.

Wow...at what point does the food get enough reviews of 'its ok' for the food not to be ok. Apparently now... Went out in a group of couples that won't be back to eat. I still like the bar, although the ladies drinks were made inconsistently throughout the night. Good thing I was drinking beer. For goodness sake, get the basics down. Fish tacos with a fried fish stick that looked like it came out of a bag - really? Burgers that lack any real flavor! Was also underwhelmed by the service. Management should try to quickly iron out the wrinkles or the bar and restaurant will be emptier than it was last weekend.

I have been to this landmark location a few times and have had good experiences - nothing spectacular. However, when I left after my dinner a week ago I accidentally left my wallet at the table. I went to pick it up the next day (I called ahead and the host said it was there) and when I left I realized my cash ($70+) was taken from my wallet and a crumpled $5 bill was left in it's place. I called to let the manager know - I fully acknowledge it's not their liability, but I thought he should know that someone working for him is lacking integrity. The manager was on the defense immediately and basically told me it's not his problem that a waiter or busser went through my wallet and stole my cash. There are too many restaurants in the Devon/Wayne area for landmark to afford that kind of customer service. I will not go back there again nor will I ever recommend it. I will actually make sure to steer people in a different direction of they are considering eating there.

We have been to Landmark now a few times and it is just as bad as opening week. Every time we dine there the bill just seems way to high for the food. There are a lot of much better restaurants around the main line near by. Tonight, the service was awful, the food well below average (cold wings sent them back, and the new batch came out 20 mins later, just as bad), the drinks poor. The manager came to the table and I have never spoken to a manager who could care any less about what customers had to say. Easy to tell, we won't be back again and the new restaurant they are opening next door, I'll wait a year and see if they are still in business, if so, perhaps then I will think of trying it.

Good to catch a game, or as I did, attend a fantasy draft. The food is not anything particularly special, typical sports bar menu of sandwiches, salads, burgers, fries, etc. Some items are loaded with salt or are too dried out. The space is large and open which is nice as opposed to some other dark and dingy sports bar I have been in. The service is nothing above and beyond what I would expect of a sports bar. They're quick but not there to really enhance your experience. It can get loud in here during games.

No stars from me!! Noisy!! if you want to have conversation this is not the place for that!! Some type of acoustical baffles are warranted. Food also needs work as a thimble size portion of guacamole did not cut it with the nachos that had little to no salsa.. Ill wait for the next cook!!

Outstanding establishment! Food was great (ribs and wings)and the bar area is an awesome place to watch a ball game. They have huge HD TV's surrounding the entire bar...definitely will come back again!

Passably average. At best. We went on Wednesday for Kids Eat Free, and they had a balloon artist for the kids, which was a nice touch. Mac & cheese was Kraft. I don't find boxed food in a restaurant acceptable, but it was free, so I'll let it slide for Wednesday. Salmon was a small portion for $18.99 and very very dry. Mashed were good, but the veg was a red pepper/onion/green bean medley. I love a good pepper, but the onions were so overpowering that I barely ate any. My daughter's ribs were the best thing we ordered. DH's 3-cheese grilled cheese was very good with the gruyere, but the tomato soup was very average. I had to beg the server to clear my empty sangria glass and had to keep moving it out of the reach of the baby for nearly 20 minutes until she did so. It was also very loud (ambient noise, not yelling children). The server asked how everything was and I answered "okay" with a "meh" face, hoping to open a dialogue where I told her the salmon sucked, and she brightly said "oh, great!" and walked away. She could barely hear our order, also. We won't be back; nothing special or salient to bring us back!

This is the fourth incarnation of an American type grill on Lancaster and Old Eagle School Road that should be a good location ... but none seem to make it. Landmark won't either. Menu's a bit dull. We ordered a burger with bacon and asked that it be cooked medium-rare. It came back well done -- and the bacon was underdone. We sent it back and the new version was cooked to our liking in terms of temperature, but it was very greasy. Yuck. The fries were good but when the burger came back they didn't add new ones so the original ones were cold by that point. We had also ordered a Thai noodle salad that was vile. The burger was in its re-do phase so Jess and I each put our fork into the salad, chewed, swallowed, looked at each other, and put the fork down all at the same time, looked at each other, and said yuck, also at the same time. We sent that back as well. That was replaced with a Cobb salad that was fine. We really don't do that very often, so that explains how bad it was. Won't be back. Give me CPK any time.

Definitely not coming back here! I went here for beers and wings with a friend. Though our server was friendly, she couldn't answer some basic questions about the beer list -- though it's a full page long, there are no standouts. The real problem was the wings. We ordered the medium and hot wings; both were deep fried to oblivion, chewy and tasteless. When we asked whether they had reheated old wings, our server apologized and came back with new wings. But these came with so much hot sauce (even on the medium) that they were almost inedible. This over-the-top heat is a sign that they don't know what they're doing in the kitchen. Aside from the service and food, the scene on Friday night was also a little sad. A heavyset DJ spinning to a cavernous room mostly empty except for a handful of people watching the game at the bar.

Our trusty go-to for dinner and drinks. Service is always good, burgers are an A+, have to get sweet potato fries... Chicken ranch wrAp is hands down the best thing on the menu. Not too pricey, just right. You can get a meal for 2 for 30 bucks or for 100, just depends on how you are feeling. It's great, I can not say enough positive things!

Today I went to lunch with my husband at Landmark Americana for Main Line Restaurant Week. We had a late lunch at 4:30 pm (I know, super-late lunch), and were seated quickly. The atmosphere had a nice sports-bar/family restaurant vibe. Seating in the restaurant and at the bar was plentiful and there were enough TV's everywhere. I ordered the seafood bisque and salmon BLT with fries. The seafood bisque was hearty with lots of nice chunks of crab. The salmon on the BLT was nice and thick and cooked perfectly. I felt that it was a pretty good value, too- about $10. My husband had the hamburger and short rib chili. He enjoyed both. The short rib chili is more sweet than spicy, but the waitress let us know this before ordering. So, depending on your taste you may or may not be a fan. I enjoyed it though. It was a unique twist on traditional chili. Overall, a good experience.

I went to Landmark Americana to support a charitable event the restaurant was doing for my son's school, Woodlynde. I had avoided the restaurant because of lukewarm experiences at restaurants that had previously occupied this space. But they have a new customer now due to the friendly service and good food. They did a good job keeping the menu short and sweet which seems to allow them to focus on what they do best. I had crab bisque and a Thai salad with chicken. Both were fresh and delicious. Our server kept our drinks full. I plan to visit again with the rest of my family.

My friends & I stopped by Landmark last night for an after dinner drink. I won't be back. The bar was virtually deserted at 9 pm on a Saturday night. Though we were warmly greeted by a bartender, he didn't come back after the first round was served. Not a fun atmosphere. Basically a sports bar with no personality.
