Come in from out of town (LA) and let me say there customer service was AMAZING! If I ever swing by this area I will return as a loyal customer. Me celebs job from management and employees, I felt welcomed and part of the family.

Had good service and there were five of us present, so kudos to the waitress for keeping up with drinks! I tried the queso chicken wrap which came with chips and salsa. The chips and salsa were fine but the wrap was way too heavy on the sauce. Overall a good lunch out though!

The food here is sub par at best, I have yet to be impressed or even satisfied with the quality of our meals. It is certainly not worth the cost. The servers have been decent enough skill-wise and have always been nice, though neither asset are enough to write home about. I was disgusted that fellow patrons were smoking at their tables on the patio just feet away from where my children and I were eating. The tablets with games are a nice touch for entertaining kids if the conversation at the table is too much to ask of them (slight sarcasm implied). The only reason that I anticipate any more visits would be at the invitation of a friend and proximity to my home.

Love this new Bww location! Service was great and the manager on duty (Jason) was super friendly when stopping by to ask how our meals were. The beer selection was great and their happy hour specials are even better! I will definitely be back in the future

First time back at Buffalo Wild Wings in about 12 years! Went to the one in North Fayette when it first opened and and had some absolutely disgusting (gummy,half-raw) chicken leg with wing sauce...took me this long to get over it!! Anyway, I was hoping for, and found a pretty good dining experience! The food was good, Tablegater sampler platter well worth the $12.00 with an order of wings,Spinach-Artichoke dip,Soft Pretzels with Queso, and Cheddar and Bacon Jalapeno Poppers. Blue Moon BBQ sauce quite good. I had Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and Wife had Crisy Chicken sandwich...both above average. Service was good, drinks kept refilled and everyone was polite and friendly. Appetizer took a few minutes longer than expected to come out, no big deal, but entrees came out less than a minute later. Not worth a hit on the ratings. The manager actually recognized this without any complaint from me and came over with coupons for $$ off and free items...nice job! Also, BWW has IPOD-like tablets for trivia and other games, the tablets actually have a selection of kids and arcade type games that my 6 year old daughter loved...she can't wait to go back. We will definitely eat here again.
