I bought the Premium Crab Cakes. They were delicious. Will buy more & also try there other products. They looked just like the picture on the box.

The crab cakes marketed by Sea Food America are sold under the label as "Dockside Classics Crab Cakes". They are made of minced crab and fillers. The picture on the box is completely different from the crab cakes in the box. Do not waste your money on this product. Buy the Phillips Seafood crab cakes, or Safeway branded crab cakes sold in the same section as the Phillips products. The picture of the four crab cakes are NOT representative of those inside the box.

I bought the Dockside Classics Buffalo Shrimp Bites as appetizers during a football watching party. I thought buffalo shrimp would mean little shrimps inside a tasty breaded spicy bite. OMG.....this was nothing more than a hushpuppy with a little shrimp smell. There was nothing spicy...ie buffalo about it. There was no shrimp whatsoever!! I only paid $5, so I guess I should have known better. But, really 10 little buffalo shrimp bites with a package that says "Made w/ Real SHRIMP," and "Made in the USA" made me think this would be somewhat decent. I wanted shrimp so bad...so DISAPPOINTED!!! NEVER BUY THIS BRAND!!! Flat lies in their advertising!

I was really looking forward to enjoying these crab cakes. Ended up being hugely disappointed to find nothing but mush - flour, salt and water mixed up with mysterious colored ingredients... maybe it was fish paste that gave it the crab smell. These packages are expensive, to boot. Previous reviewer was correct - these are not at all as advertised on the package. Don't waste your money.

Oh you have to check them out! I'm amazed this has not been reviewed. They have been around for many years and are open to the public, as well as supplying many restaurants. Jumbo lump crab cakes, lobsters or lobster in a Newburg sauce, jumbo fried shrimps, crab stuffing or dip. Entrees galore,. crab burritos, fresh fish. seafood pasta dishes. They now have a new line or refrigerated boxed products or entrees. Seafood America operates with over 28,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing capabilities on 4 acres of land.
