This place is sneaky! They offer a deal where you buy one entree get one free for "tomorrow night." What they don't tell you is this: THE SECOND MEAL IS ICE COLD AND UNCOOKED. You have to cook it yourself! So we are in a hotel in the area and we have no way to cook this other meal, so we wasted $16! Be upfront, Olive Garden! That wasn't cool. At all. The worst part is that one of my kids didn't eat because of this. We had to share one meal between the two of them and they were still hungry. Scoundrels! In addition, our other food was terrible. Most of the salad was brown lettuce with pieces of the lettuce head and rotten tomatoes in there. My chicken scampi had really questionable pieces of chicken that were fatty and chewy and made me gag. I spit half of it out. There was barely any pasta in it, compared to what you get in the store as a serving. AND there was a random burnt piece of ziti in there! Someone's surprise leftovers, perhaps? Leaves me questioning the hygiene of this place!

Been to many Olive Garden restaurants but this isn't that great. Staff is courteous but food quality is not up to the mark.

Yes, I know, it's a chain restaurant. But it's good. Damn good. Consistently. Despite the fact that it's a chain eatery, it still has a sort of homey feel to it without being too stuffy and is very comfortable. Food has always been very good each time I visited and the service has usually been good at a minimum. I wouldn't recommend it to those who are wait averse, particularly over the weekend. It's unreal how consistently busy this place is, even during the week at lunch. That alone should tell you alot about your potential experience!

Food is fresh and very good, service is slower than needed. Seating is always been a problem. Last visit given a 20 minute wait with half of the tables set and empty. Everyone waiting could be seated on the empty and prepared tables in the one dinning area alone.

Consistent food and an above average waitstaff. I've even called the manager over before to let him/her know how great a waitress was. I'd certainly return.

I really prefer supporting locally owned restaurants and do not go to this style of eatery often. I really don't see why so many people do. They are always busy. But here we go.....Everyone enjoyed their food. I really think people go here for the unlimited bread sticks and salads but the meals were decent for a large chain restaurant. Everything is pasta and if they messed up making pasta and putting sauce on it there would be a huge problem. The service was decent. They had 2 servers holding the doors on our way out and saying have a nice day. It is nice that they utilize their staff well durring slow times. I really would not go to this type of restaurant on a regular basis. Maybe if I was old or had a bunch of kids, which is the type of people who go here, I would actually enjoy the place. The food is just ok for what you get but I was expecting it to not be as good as it was. I think I might give them 2.5 stars but ok I will give them 3 stars for the food being better than I expected. The worst part of this restaurant I noticed when I entered was the smell. Like moldy dirty cleaning water mixed with puke and leftover food. It reminded me of the smell of school cafeterias. Maybe it was the carpets, but I think it is what they clean the tables with, or the aroma coming from the kitchen dishwasher. Either way they should figure out how to make the place smell less like a school cafeteria. And I have to add that you should not trust anyone's reviews for this or other restaurants they reviewed if they give a place like this a 5 star review. It is an insult to real restaurants that actually make high quality food and have service worthy of 5 stars. There will never be anything exceptional about the food or experience at any Olive Garden.

Stopped here for lunch while on business trip. Food was consistent as expected from a chain restaurant, tortellini al forno was quite good. However, I ordered a watermelon margarita, and the server and manager stopped by 3 times to explain that they didn't have a "recipe card" but would get it soon. By the time I'm almost finished eating, the drink isn't here yet, so I order something else. I now see that my bill reflects the cost of the drink I didn't really want... Disappointed by the handling of that situation.

We had not been to Olive Garden in at least a year and was surprised to see that the menu was redone. I had the lobster cannelloni with shrimp and my wife had the shrimp parm and a glass of wine. Both meals were excellent and the price was $45. plus tip. Excellent service and I love the new menu.

We've been to Olive Garden several times. My husband loves the pasta fagioli soup and chicken parm. I usually order the Eggplant parm which is very good. Last night (Labor Day) we ate at Olive Garden and they were out of Eggplant parm so I ordered Talapia. The fish was served with italian vegs over buttered angel hair pasta. My meal was fair, certainly not the Eggplant parm I was in the mood for. Usually we don't go on a Saturday night or holiday because of the wait and service. I liked the sample of white wine and ordered a glass with my meal. The pumpkin cheesecake looked delicious and will try some next time.

Just your average Italian chain restaurant. The wait staff is normally friendly and usually pretty attentive.

Salad was not up To Olive garden standard's,few tomatoes, too many peppers, and very small portion. main course had no flavor and served lukewarm. Service was very poor. Don't know if all Olive Gardens have gone downhill, but would not go back to this one.

This Olive Garden is always a mixed bag. Sometimes I go and receive impeccable service, while other times, like my most recent visit, I feel like the wait staff has better things to do than serve me. The food is decent, for being "authentic." Be sure to ask the waiters about any specials, since ours didn't tell us about the 4-Course (?) So we weren't able to get it. I got the Ravioli Portobello, which was decent, except I paid 10 dollars for 5 raviolis, while my boyfriend got the Mediterranean Flatbread, for 8, and received much more. This really isn't my favorite restaurant in the area, and the only thing that will keep me coming back is the salad and breadsticks.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
