I love this place. This is my go to spot for breakfast. I've never had lunch or dinner but I'm sure it's just as delicious!

I've turned a local friend onto this place and now he is hooked. Since my first review 5 months ago this place has gotten even better. Owner onsite and involved which contributes to overall quality. Stop in and give this place a try.

Service was slow. The waitress did not offer a desert that was part of the meal. Flavor was acceptable.

This diner is the best in the area. It has a cute little homey feel. The food was really good & the waitress was very nice and attentive. We went later in the evening so it wasn't crowded at all (our waitress had 4 tables including ours) and it took quite a while for our food to come out. Hopefully that means that they cook everything to order! It did taste fresh and flavorful. My boyfriend and I both got wraps (buffalo chicken and chicken cesar) plus and order of cheese fries. Our new go to diner. We will be back again when we're craving diner food!

The outside if this place is run down, but inside is bright and clean. Service was timely and friendly. My Eggs Benedict and home fries were both quite good. My kids got the Mac-N-Cheese and hated it. I appreciate that it was homemade and not Kraft, but it was dry, cold, and mushy.

Great little dinner. My wife and I had a great meal and we fed our kids all for a good price. Def will come back.

All the food is homemade. The locals go here to eat. That should tell you that this is a Great place for food. The restaurant is extremely clean, and the waiters and waitresses are very friendly. The food is excellent. Not too hot and not too cold, just right.i have eaten just about every item on the menu and all of the food is correctly prepared. The price of the items on the menu are extremely reasonable. For a lunch or dinner for two, you will pay around $20.00. Breakfast is less. You need to at least try this restaurant one time, if you are in the area, and you will be hooked.

Stopped here on my drive back to college. The service was great and I loved the burgers.

For the area this place is ok. The staff is pretty friendly and attentive. The food is a typical Dinner kind of food. I usually get the Balcked Ceaser Salad which is pretty good. Once in a while I get a cup of soup. The one thing that trouble me is a Older gentlemean that seats there for hour during dinner time. It reminds me of the show "how to catch a predetor" . I wont stop going to dine there because of the predetor but it would be nice if i didnt have to see him there.

Came here for lunch, don't know how my coworker found it but he did. Went here, saw the menu, said to myself can't go wrong with the breakfast... $2.99-$5.99. Ate it, didn't get sick. Good enough for food. Would I come back? No. Would I eat it if there was nothing else around? Sure.

Breakfast. Pancakes, waffles, omelets and coffee. Our family went for a late breakfast and basically all ordered the same. For diner food, service was fast and friendly. Food was good enough.

This little un-assuming diner was a surprise find after trying to find new grub places after I moved. We went there for breakfast and had crab omelet and lox omelet. Boy did their omelet have crabs! It was full of juicy lump meat and claw meat. Just enough to make it enough without feeling over-filled. Potatoes were also cooked on the flat-top to a nice crisp. The hollandaise sauce wasn't too good. Tasted greasy, but didn't taste like butter. The jam also tasted off. Besides that, It's a surprisingly delicious place. Will definitely try again.

I believe this place needs a little more love. Just a little.... I hadn't been here in many years, but found myself in the area recently and wanted to see if it was still any good. It's been around long enough but doesn't seem to get enough Yelp attention. Let's change that now. The place is generally clean, it was pretty busy on a Friday morning at 10, and service was fast enough. You can't beat their specials. $2.25 gets you eggs, home fries, and toast during the week until 11am. I decided to upgrade a bit and went for the Upland Breakfast which gets you a short stack choice of pancakes or French Toast with eggs and your choice of meat for $5.60. That's definitely cheaper than a lot of places for this combination. French Toast, scrambled, and scrapple for me, please! I judge diner quality on how well they make French Toast. I call it my French Toast Test. Diners make this differently all over the place. So, I'll say that they passed the test. However if the best French Toast I ever had is an A+, I'll put the French Toast here in the B- category. It was fine, but not special. Not too much batter in the toast, browned just right, no powdered sugar on it which is a slight letdown. Couldn't taste much cinnamon or any flavoring. It was pretty basic. Perhaps they save the good stuff for the other French Toast dishes they have on the menu such as the stuffed toast. But I ate it and had no complaints. That sums up the meal I had overall. It was fine. I didn't feel like I had anything special. But I did feel like I got a good deal for the money and that's worth some praise.

The food here is always good. However the service is consistent, it is terrible. Yesterday will be the last time I go here. Went for breakfast, took our order, 2 other tables were seated after us and they got their food first. The greeter didn't even welcome us, upon exiting no one asked how the experience was. Tom Jones will be the spot I go to.

2 out of 2 stars for Food 1 out of 1 star for Service 1/2 out of 1 star for Cleanliness 1/2 out of 1 star for Atmosphere I've driven by this diner so many times. Glad we finally stopped in. We had the Upland Ultimate Burger which consists of two grilled ham and cheese sandwiches serving as the bun for a burger. Excessive...yes! Delicious...yes! We split the burger and ordered a side of chile- cheese fries. The sandwich/burger was awesome! The fries are really good. The chile had too much green pepper in it for my liking, but still had good flavor. Michelle was our waitress. She was very friendly and seemed to really enjoy her job. She joked and laughed with the regulars and treated us newbies just the same. Did a great job keeping my drink full. The cleanliness and atmosphere I'm going to lump together. The place is clean but a little tired looking. I was glad to see they went with bare bones decor instead of all the miscellaneous dust collectors that so often fill diners. There are 3 television for your viewing pleasure. Overall, highly recommended. Next time I'll try breakfast here.

Great meal. I rolled up here twice after visiting a sick relative over at the hospital. Great breakfast values and a ton of food on the plate. There are a ton of cops that stop in there, and you know they know how to eat. The other funny thing was that I think the mayor was in there with a bunch of his council people the second time I stopped. If he wasn't the mayor, he was someone important, and the waitress said they come in all the time, so it's safe to say that this a hidden jem for anyone to find.

Every once in awhile I treat myself to breakfast. Typically, my breakfast consists of a cup of coffee. OK. TMI - so here we go: I've driven by this diner for years now, and today was about the fourth time I stopped in for breakfast after visiting Crozer Hosp. this is a great place for breakfast. A well run establishment from, I assume, the owner. Good hot strong coffee, a breakfast special. I got an egg, homefries, a pancake and a "rasher" of excellent bacon. About $6 plus a $4 tip. (I know, I know.) All were good quality, hot and delicious. Service a 4 star out of 5 - but in her defense it was very busy. Place appears very clean. I watched the bus boy not just swipe down a table, but actually he sanitized it. Wiped it completely clean, then even wiped down the booth seats. I had no "ick" factor here.

Decent little diner. We stopped here when avoiding horrific traffic on 95. It wasn't super expensive, and the food was ok. I don't have super high expectations for a diner, but it was fine. My husband had a pasta dish that he really enjoyed and even managed to get a second meal out of it the next day. We shared a quesadilla and I had a BLT - everything was pretty good. If you're in the area, it's a good place to check out.

It's a diner. That said, it is a pretty good diner - and I'm from Jersey, we love diners. I hadn't eaten here in two years but recently found myself in the area so I stopped in. The place looked a little more haggard than my last visit but it was typical wear and tear. Portions are still a good size, sometimes providing a meal for the next day. Quality is very good for a diner and the staff is attentive. The only negative is the area - it's in a rough area of Upland bordering on Chester, Crozer-Chester Hospital is a block away. Still, if you are in the area give it a try, you won't regret it.

A hidden treasure in Delco. A little off the beaten path but well worth the trip. Although you can find your typical diner fare, it is a big step up. The crab cakes and burgers are the best in the area and the breakfasts are fantastic. The dinner plates look like they are right out of a food magazine and are just as delicious. A great spot for any meal and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. One of our regular spots.

Was invited here by my dad who generally likes diner style food. I ordered the seafood combo, crab cake and scallops. The scallops where perfectly cooked and the crab cake was about 80% crab meat, not a ton of fillers like most places. I was impressed with the food. The owner personally served us and was very accommodating and friendly. When our meal took too long for my dad (he had limited time to eat due to an after dinner appointment) the owner gave us 50% off the bill and profusely apologized even though it wasn't his or the restaurants fault that my dad didn't budget enough time to eat. The owner is a really nice guy and truly cares about his customers. All he kept saying was "I want you to come back next time!"
