The atmosphere is nice and they keep a pretty clean place...I did see a fly buzzing around, but we are in the country! They are everywhere out here. Came in for breakfast, and I was relieved to see the cook knows what "eggs over medium" means and one of the best Belgian Waffels I have had in a while! They feature something called "The Monster"...not sure what that is, but I just might try that next time I come back.

I have eaten here a few times and always got my usual which was delicious. Today I go in and ask for it & the owner tells me they do not have it, and that they haven't since she took over 3yrs ago. I only first found out about this diner about a year/ year and a half ago and they always had it. She got a little attitude and told me that's impossible because she does all the ordering.. Between the service today and her attitude, I definitely will not be coming back here.

My family likes it here. We enjoy reading all the signs hanging on the walls. The woman that appears to be in charge has always made an effort to thank us for coming in. We also think it is great that she offers a discount to all service members, police, AND firefighters. The dessert case always looks awesome!!

My wife and I decided to stop here on our way to Wildwood, Friday before Memorial Day! When we arrived a little after 7 am, the place was a ghost town. Now where we are from at that time of the morning a diner is usually busy and getting busier as the morning progresses. So walking in the door we are wondering what we were in for! Obviously we had our choice of seats, it is seat yourself. They have a full breakfast menu as well as a buffet. We decided on the buffet, even though it cost more then what we wanted to spend on breakfast, that is the penalty you pay for wanting a sampling of everything. The menu says you need to try the eggs with hamburger,bacon and cheese. They have this as an entree. I was not impressed due to the lack of seasoning on the hamburger. I also had bacon (wimpy not crispy), sausage (really good balance of spices), scrapple ( what can I say...it's scraps!) a little to think cut for my personal liking but still crispy on the outside. I also had fried potatoes that I put creamed chipped beef on top of. Something was weird about this, the CCB tasted like they added sugar!Why?? This should never be sweet!!!! My wife was satisfied with her breakfast, I didn't pay much attention to what she was eating, but since she is watching her caloric intake, she was pleased to see they had fresh fruit salad on the buffet. They also had caramel apple pancakes, and pumpkin pancakes ( a little out of season) as well as French toast and sausage gravy. If you want toast you tell the waitress and she will get it for you. As our time there passed, the place started to fill up with more people. I guess they like to sleep in in these parts!? Waitress was friendly and attentive and I would recommend this place. Don't get the buffet breakfast unless you can eat $10 worth of breakfast! And lastly, like some other reviews. They have various signs all over the walls that have different sayings on them. I will upload the pics I took at a later time. I thought the signs were a different touch to a diners decor, but that is what makes this place! Take time and read some of them....you might learn something about life or how you should live it!!!

Boothwyn diner is one of the only true diners out there. Great food. Great atmosphere All kinds of cool pictures on the wall. Everything & everybody is friendly and it's always an enjoyable time we are there. Nora, the owner and her family are great people always take time to make sure we are happy that everything is going well. It's nice to eat at a place that's fun, relaxed, has good food served by people who care.

Stopped here on the way to the shore. Good diner food, great service, interesting place and good fun to read all the signs on the wall. The new owner is doing a great job. Restrooms old and funky but clean as a whistle.

Not much to add to Natalie's great review. She beat me to the 'first' and said a lot of what I wanted to say... of course, for Natalie, MINUS ONE STAR for math - her stars add up to a five star review, but she only gave it four!! I have to say I wasn't as thrilled with my meal - my french dip was excessively salty. But I'd certainly give it another shot as I enjoyed the rest of my experience there. We thought at first it might be decorated for Halloween - but I think that's how it looks all the time! The menus are pretty insane - overwhelming amounts of food presented by someone with a love of scrapbooking and adobe. So a pretty fun place, and right off of 322. Your other options are Taco Bell and Arby's, so... give the Boothwyn Diner a shot!

The waitress was good. And that ends the positive part of my review. None of the food is ever fresh, it seems like they reuse food to make other things. Like their "seafood chowder" had all kinds of nonsense in it, most of it was non-seafood? Hello? Their cakes look ancient, cracked and nasty looking. I didn't have dessert though. Their salad bar was mediocre at best, again, everything seemed old-ish. BLECH, I have week-old leftovers in my fridge that taste better.

So after spending the afternoon painting at a friend's house in Boothwyn, we were starving and looking for something more than fast food. Someone mentioned the Boothwyn Diner, and we decided to try it out. My star break-down is as follows: MINUS ONE STAR for being in a strip mall; respectable diners are always stand-alone buildings PLUS ONE STAR for the psychedelic and overwhelming decorations; someone's three year old decorated the place with streamers, pictures on all the walls, chandeliers and colored lights. it's overwhelming, but makes me happy. PLUS ONE STAR for a waitstaff that does everything to please; seriously, she was amazing. she kept bringing us more things, checking if we were happy, etc. we felt special :) PLUS ONE STAR for cheap, plentiful food. It's all there, just like you would expect from a diner, it's all cheap, and it's all reasonably good. PLUS ONE STAR for ridiculous menus. The same three year old designed the menu. One page must have had at least 15 colors scattered around the page. Craziness. PLUS ONE STAR for taking credit cards PLUS ONE STAR for breakfast all day and for the huge dessert case.

Used to stop in here for breakfast quite often... Their breakfast bar was pretty good. Apparently it has changed hands since my last visit so I'm not sure how the new breakfast bar is, but I saw a bunch of nice looking omelettes on the menu that I want to try next time. In fact, there were so many that looked good that I seriously don't know how on earth I will pick one. Which got me to thinking that they should have an omelette sampler platter on the menu:) Anyways, the hubs and I stopped in for dinner Saturday night and had a good meal... We both had Reubens and the soup/salad bar... The Reubens were decent but could have used a little more meat on them... Also found that the bread wasn't as greasy as it is on other Reubens. Fries were decent but nothing to write home about. The salad bar was nice and had everything I needed, but it's really not the biggest salad bar around. The soups were hot and tasty. As for the service, our waitress was just fine and the Reubens came out quick. They weren't very busy that night - I think most of their business is probably on weekend mornings. Will definitely go back soon so I can get started on trying those omelettes... It's gonna take me a while!

Not good. Looks good when you walk in but don't be fooled. It's all good. Walmart next door. Eggs taste like they are from there honestly. Most of our food came out cold or seems like they grabbed it off their breakfast buffet. Coffee is pretty good and the waitresses are magical and full of life. So people are great! Food... Not so much.

Kids meal is not listed on the menu but was offered by the waitress when I ordered 2 eggs for my 2 year old. They charged $6.95 for some scrambled egg, some potatoes and one piece of bacon. This is not the proper price point for a place like this, no matter how many cute signs are on the wall. That's all stuff that's premade in bulk in the back so shouldn't be that expensive. Be forewarned. The host dude was very nice but the waitress tried more than once to clear food I wasn't done with.

Was seated at a sticky table and the waitress seemed bothered when I asked for a cloth. Was given extra napkins. Kind of hard to get maple syrup off a table with a dry napkin. Had the breakfast bar. The pancakes were sour, maybe they were trying to make buttermilk pancakes and tripped while adding the milk? Other items on the buffet were edible but I'm not a big fan of lukewarm meat sitting in grease. Best thing we had was the coffee. Actually felt bad for my boyfriend when he had to pay the bill.
