My first time at Racehorse was last weekend and I was dragged there against my will. It is pretty much in the middle of NOWHERE.. I wound up having a great time! It was weirdly brightly lit and had SHOWER CURTAINS as bathroom stall doors...what in the holy hell is that all about? The staff was friendly, the owner was hanging around, it was clean and well taken care of. There were a few pool tables, all with crooked sticks but that's expected. Smoking allowed, so it really filled up with smoke fast and I stunk like an ashtray by the time I left, but again...to be expected at a dive bar. There was a band playing covers all night that was really fun, however the bar seemed completely uninterested in watching, listening or dancing....they all kinda just sat there drinking sullenly....and this was late on a Saturday night too! I went with fun people, so I definitely enjoyed the evening and the bar...but it didn't really look like many others were having a blast. All in all, the bar was pretty cool, but the regulars were a little boring.

Blacked out 2 years ago and woke up at the Race Horse Tavern last night. Place must not be that bad/dangerous, because I've still got all my fingers and toes and money in my wallet. Have a motorcycle? Just make sure it's "American" or looks like it is. Horses not allowed inside.

If you like dive bars, this is the spot for you. The place is actually pretty big on the inside, but the decor is pretty old and doesn't remind you of the cleanest place. I happen to enjoy the dive bar feel though. Some people may not feel real comfortable with the regular clientele, but I am a person that can usually make a few friends no matter where I go. If you like playing pool, this is a good spot as I believe there are at least 6, if not more, pool tables. The beer is cheap and they do allow smoking, so if you don't like a smokey bar you better stay away. I have only ever eaten here once, I got pizza and it was surprisingly good for only being $9 for a large. This is a great stop if you are golfing at Briarwood golf course and could use a few drinks afterwards to forget how "great" you shot. It isn't a place to come for a dinner date, but a fun place to grab drinks none the less.

I stopped in here for the first time and it was okay. I can't comment on the food because we didn't order anything. But the drink prices were good...nice little place but yes very smokey in there!

A solid dive bar with a smokey atmosphere. You can go in with $20 and have a great time. There are pool tables to pass the time and some good tunes from the DJ. I wouldn't wear anything nicer than a t-shirt and dirty jeans because you get eye balled by the locals if you wear a collared shirt. The crowd is made up of mostly locals, bikers, farmers, and drunks, and bar flies if you're lucky. Can't beat a good dive.

Awesome place, Great food, Friendly Staff, and "THE BEST ENTERTAINMENT" This place does a lot of charity events to help others. I highly recommend !!!

Not sure if I'll be back. Stopped in to check it out to see if it would be a good place for when we ride. Bartender was nice just too busy. Wings cooked ok I like mine a little crispier. Sauce well when I order mango habanero I assume they would be hot and sweet. When I order srirach wings I want hot. Both were sweet not hot. The chili cheese fries could have been fried longer. I only gave 3 stars cause of the bartender. Maybe it's an off night. But I'm a hot wing lover and they didn't deliver. Bartender did spend too much time catering to locals. Not a way to drum in business. I could thirst to death or just walk out while waiting to pay. Now most likely not coming back. No thank you no have a nice night. Scratch that on a nice bartender.
