Well, it's not bad but if you you're a beer drinker, make sure they give you a full Glass of beer. They will short you on the glass and tell you it has to breathe. The other thing was o n9ticed they didn't offer to correct anything. Does that bring me back here. ? I think not.

By far the worst take out I've ever had. It took me 20min just get the food and check out. Instead of the manager staying next to bar tender to ring me out he kept walking away making the process take forever I will never order from them again.

Awesome service. Except the waiter didn't take the old plates when they brought something new. Dishes weren't 100% clean either. Menu is limited! A nice place to get a quick meal after a long day of shipping. Cozy but just okay. Fried mozzarella had a bad after taste.

I've never ordered here off of the burger menu so I can't say much about their entrees. But when it comes to burgers this is one of my favorite places to go. I love the pretzel burgers they have started offering. When I come I always get the bacon pretzel burger. The bun is slightly salty and it comes with a special sauce, made of mayo, mustard, and maybe a little ketchup. Their beer selection leaves a bit to be desired, but they have a good selection of cocktails oaf you're into that. Also, their raspberry ice tea is delicious. If you like fruity drinks with chunks of fruit floating around or at the bottom, I can't recommend it enough.

In the mall hanging out with a friend and her toddler on a Saturday evening and need to find a place that we can all comfortably sit down and find something to eat. Ruby Tuesday provided just the right elements. We ordered the guacamole and chips to start out with. This seemed like a great idea until it arrived and was brown. The entrees were decent and they offered a kids menu which worked for the toddler. They also provide an unlimited salad option that we were strategically seated close to- bonus! Overall, this is an OK chain restaurant at a mall. Not a huge destination, but you'll step away happy after a few hours of shopping.

I don't think I have ever had a bad meal at Ruby Tuesday! I have had nothing but experiences here. My husband and I come here every so often for dinner. We always leave satisfied with the entire experience. Every time I come here, I order the same thing. I order a steak every time. I don't like to order steak at restaurants because most of the time, it comes out undercooked or burnt. However, this Ruby Tuesday gets it right every time. Although it is cooked correctly, it doesn't need more flavor. That's nothing that a little salt and pepper can't fix! Also, the drinks are awesome! They add just the right amount of alcohol, without making you feel like you're going to drink it and fall over as soon as you leave the restaurant. Every drink I have tried here tastes wonderful. I will be back again!

Visited: Friday - February 13, 2015 - 7PM I wrote a tip 10 months ago stating that "I haven't eaten here in years". I've visited several times since I submitted that tip. Like any "chain", the food is designed to satisfy conventional requirements for taste, texture, variety, and price. I had the unlimited salad bar, grilled salmon, and string beans. My lady friend had the small lobster tail, zucchini, and rice pilaf. Ruby Tuesday successfully achieved "chain" goal.

I hate chains for the same reasons many of you do. I much prefer to give my money to the little guy, as opposed to big corporate guy living in another part of the country. However, fair is fair and RTs is actually pretty decent with friendly, attentive service, in a relaxed, casual atmosphere. It is also good for kids. On Tuesdays, they have Kids Eat Free. That works out well if you have small children. They give you crayons, and usual stuff to keep kids occupied. I must say, they have an excellent salad bar. It comes free or almost free with many/most/all? entrees. Well worth it. The steaks I have gotten have been tasty and the veggies fresh. Standard booze selection as well. Prices are decent.

Very disappointing. Sorry I fell for the coupon. Service fine, but food completely unappealing. Salmon grilled, then seemed to be just smeared with sauce. Thinnest ribs imaginable and boring. Jamboulia is supposed to be rich with Cajun spice...nope. With so many choices, this is no longer one of mine.

If all Ruby Tuesday restaurants were like this one, there would be no Ruby Tuesday. Thankfully this isn't my local one. We were driving through the area and stopped for dinner last night. My wife and I each ordered a burger and drinks. Both burgers were extremely greasy. Mine actually left a pool of grease on the plate and make a few of my fries soggy and inedible. Our waiter never came back to see if everything was ok so we sopped the grease off our burgers with napkins and made due. No managerial presence in the restaurant, no one asked if our food was ok, our waiter came back 15 minutes later and took our plates and dropped off the check. Disappointing and sad experience, will never return.

Used to love Ruby Tuesdays but over the years it has lost its appeal for some reason... Still, every once in a while, we decide to eat there. This was my second time at this location... Service was a little lacking this time but it was a busy busy Christmas shopping day. We were pretty impressed with the food but the salad bar is just okay to me... Nothing to really wow me.

Garden Bar and 2 sliders (I got 1 beef and 1 turkey) comes with fries - I subbed mac 'n cheese for 1.99 more - NOT GOOD. Gloppy Cheese-Wiz/Velveeta with 5-6 flabby elbows buried. Meanwhile, the garden bar/salad bar was surprisingly good. Beef slider was nice, turkey on was dry (Granted for both I requested mayo and ketchup on the side). High calorie, moderately priced, bug portions. Middle-American "safe' chain foods which I usually loathe. Had a surprisingly decent time here. (This is the one in Springfield Mall - there is also one at Granite Run Mall). $8.95. (Plus $1.99 - but I would not do that ever again!)

Just the salad bar catapults it into the three-stars. Not many places have those anymore and I'm a salad freak. Then there was the meat. My partner had a juicy steak cooked just as he asked, and I had the salmon, also as rare as I wanted it. Excellent beer selection and good service. Yes, it IS a chain for suburban sprawl malls, that takes it down a notch. But for a decently priced, good dinner, you can't go wrong at this place.

We just start eating our salads when the appetizer comes out. Okay, fine. We just get to start to eat our appetizer when the manager brings out our entrees. I point out that we just got to start on the appetizer and the food will be cold when we get to the meals and he responds that he can take them back and put them under the heat lamp. When I reply that I'd rather the meal not be rubbery from sitting under the heat lamps he says, "Oh, I'll just leave them then", sets them down and leaves. At no point did he seem to care if we were enjoying the meal or not. If we wanted heat lamp burgers we would have gone to McD's. Not a sit down restaurant. I've worked customer service all my life. If I cared as little about my customers as this manager did, I'd be out of a job. I'm never going back to this one.

Their salad bar is outstanding. It was all very fresh and everything was very clean. The restaurant itself was also very clean. Their Peach Sangria was delicious and the service was also great, very pleasant and fast. Definitely go here for the salad bar and peach sangria!

OK, I know it's a chain. Friday's, Chili's and Olive Garden are all fighting for the same market. When you come here you need to set your expectations into "chain mode." That means the food will be mostly high calorie. That also means you will probably OD on salt. But you know what; these folks try hard. They are the only one that has a salad bar. Most of the time it's decent. They add and subtract items off their menu every few months and they are mostly OK. Although they are on the menu I would never order a steak here. Burgers are often great and generally cooked the way you request. Chicken dishes are also good. I've found the service here to be a little spotty. I've had a bad experience a couple of times but then they make up for it and I get an incredible waitress or waiter that's amazing. If the lovely wife wants to go here for a quick meal I don't object.

A few Fridays ago I found myself with time to kill before an event and since the Springfield Mall was directly in between my work and the event location I decided I would see if I could get any of my holiday shopping done. ( I didn't but that is for another review) Frustrated with the store choices I decided to grab a quick bite since I was unsure what the food choices would be like where I was going. Not wanting pasta, I found myself in Ruby Tuesday's, somewhere I thought I would never be. Places like this tend to not work for me as a vegetarian and I really dislike kids running around where I am eating. I found a seat at the bar, grabbed a cheap drink and started to look at the menu. I was very surprised to see things like spaghetti squash and other "healthy" vegetables available. I decided on the Mini Zucchini Burgers, which came with fries and endless salad bar for $8.99, a steal in my opinion. They were great! Clearly fresh made, with roasted red pepper and feta also in the patty, served on cute little buns with lettuce, tomato and pickle slices. The patties were seasoned well, flavors were great, and they didn't fall apart (a reoccurring problem in the land of veggie burgers). I was shocked to find myself thinking I would want to come back and have this meal again. The fries were the worst part, but I was expecting this. Clearly frozen at some point in their lives with zero seasoning. But the salad bar proved to also be enticing, with a large variety of toppings and even 3 or 4 lettuce choices. It was a lot of food, so I would maybe suggest they offer an option where you don't get either the salad or the fries for a buck less. As far as service, it was fine. I was left alone with my book which is what I wanted. It was very clear though that the various bartenders were having a lot of tension with each other and also that someone was training that night which was causing them issues(probably not the best day for this since it was packed at bar and in dining area). I also noticed that they make their sangria to order, so that the flavors and fruits don't get to meld which to me defeats the point of sangria. So if you like real sangria I would avoid it. Overall I will definitely think of this as an option if I find myself in the same situation with work events or I am traveling somewhere and just need a quick bite.

I'm surprised by how good the food is here! The salad bar is good but could use some improvement. Several times there was a screaming child and the parents didn't take them out which I blame the inconsiderate parents but the manager should ask them to step out to the mall until the child calms down so the other customers can eat in peace. We always request Johnny for our server because he is knowledgeable, friendly and he is there if you need anything and fast to bring out anything you ask for. The other wait staff is alright but not like Johnny. I've only had to send one meal back out of 15 times eating there and that's because they put a lot of cracked pepper on the salmon which never had any on it the other 2 times I ordered it. They offered to make me something else but I just had them take it off the check. I've ordered the chicken bella a few times and loved it and the bourbon salmon was great twice except the last time like I said.

Place is not for me I had the worst experience ever. Waiter sucked food was horrible. I rather had eaten McDonald's.

I know this is a chain so I will make this quick. I originally gave them two stars mainly due to a lousy waitress, well I am upping my ranking to a three for the same reason - a great waitress. Her name was Heather and she was very attentive to our needs, very personable, pleasant, and made the overall experience very nice. Just wanted to update the stars when warranted. :)

Came here for dinner with some older family members who like this place. It was Friday and very hot outside. Unfortunately it was very warm inside as well as their air conditioning was clearly having problems. The burger I ordered was perfectly cooked and came with two sides. They fries were pretty standard and the onion rings tasted great. The others ordered various steaks and shrimp dishes. Nothing exciting here but I don't think anyone was expecting haute cuisine. Service was fine.

We came back and our server cared more about flirting with girls than serving us. Disgusting. Never eating here. They need to hire new people.
