Hadn't been here for a while but did a stop through the drive through for a fast dinner pickup. They now have two drive through order stations that moves everyone through even faster. Same food as one would expect, and STILL polite staff with at least the veneer of pleasing the customer.

I enjoy Chick-fil-A very much!!!!' every time I go the food is hot and quick and good but the only thing is sometimes they forget to put food in the bag and I live in Lansdowne so driving back there is a pain in the butt three times I went there and I had one or no sandwiches in my bag I only went back once to complain and get the sandwiches and I was rushed to the line and they acted as if they didn't believe me and got no thing for my troubles. so my Friday night trip there has turned to once or twice a month instead of every Friday because I don't want to have to deal with the hassle that might come my way other than that they're good.

Peggy and Mike are great on the floor, they make sure you have a fresh drink if you need a refill. Food is great as usual.

Usually I would never review a fast food joint. But if you spend a lot of time on Baltimore Pike it's good to know what is good and what isn't (there's a whole lot of shit). If you want great fast food, this Chick-Fil-A delivers. I've eaten there countless times and they've never gotten an order wrong. Food is always fast and fresh. Staff is young and friendly. You won't get a typical nasty drive thru experience (maybe it's those Sundays off). It's a pain in the ass to get in that Target parking lot, but it is so much better than any other drive through on the Pike.

Whoever doesn't like Chick-Fil-A is no friend-o-mine. This location has the goodness you've come to expect, a plentiful amount of overly friendly staff, good quality chicken, and a clean place to park your tray. This location has it's own goofy quirks, like no direct line from the parking lot to the front door, and the Splenda lemonade is always a surprise...from syrupy sweet one day, to painfully tart the next. Splenda lemonade aside, I love this Chick-Fil-A and I, like most I'm sure, wish they were open for chicken giving every day of the week.

So why can't I review a fast food place on Yelp? Really, why can't I? I mean, it's not like I'm reviewing McDonalds here. The truth is, if I had to choose my last meal on Earth, and someone gave me two choices between eating the finest gourmet meal cooked by Georges Perrier, or a Chick Fil A sandwich, I'd stare at that sandwich for a long time before choosing the gourmet meal. And at the same time, I'd be thinking of a way to sneak that sandwich out in my pocket to eat for dessert. I can't help it. I have a Chick Fil A jones. i don't even care if the company is a conservative stalwart. Chicken like this crosses party lines. Also, I've never met a Chick Fil A worker who wasn't one of the friendliest people I ever met behind a food counter. They treat people right.

Seriously love chick Fil a! So differently from all other fast food restaurants. Here if you dine in, there are people who take your trash, offers refills, and are just friendly! I also love the fact that they're closed on Sundays. Many more places should be! The food is always hot and delicious.

My experiences as this Chick-Fil-A location have always been positive. The staff is friendly, and my food always comes out quickly. But my visit yesterday left something to be desired. Maybe it was because I had come during the height of lunch hour, and everyone was stressed and busy. I hope that was the reason. No problems with the speed of my food's arrival or the quality of it. What gives me pause for concern was what happened in the dining room. There was a lady working the floor clearing trays from customers' tables and refilling their drinks. This must be something new, I thought, or perhaps I had just never seen it until then. She asked me if I wanted my drink refilled, and I said yes. I was impressed at the level of service for a fast-food restaurant. Then she condescendingly told me to take the lid off my cup. Okay, if it skeeves you to come into contact with the straw that was in my mouth, why are you offering to refill my drink in the first place? I don't know, there was something in her tone implying that I should have known to take the lid off in the first place. So I took off the lid, handed her the cup, and questioned myself: Did I look dirty or unkempt? I am meticulously and scrupulously clean, and it really peeves me when sometime thinks I'm dirty. At the end of my meal, I got up to throw away my trash, and one of the employees got annoyed with me because I made the mistake of standing next to the trash can, where the high chair she was dragging was meant to go. Well, sorry... Let me end my review on a positive note and say that I'm impressed that Chick-Fil-A offers fruit salad as a healthy dessert option. And it's really good fruit salad that's not 75% cantaloupe (in fact, there's no cantaloupe at all), as some fruit salads are.

I must start out by saying "I LOVE CHICK-FIL-A"!!!!! I visit KOP MEDIA ROYERSFORD and they are all great. The Springfield restaurant has a managerial attitude and that's what the three stars is all about. Every time I visit this particular restaurant they NEVER and I mean NEVER have DeCaf coffee. It's always "We will make a fresh pot and bring it to you" It always takes 20 minutes, they almost always forget about it....and NEVER serve it in a timely manner as I am always finished with my meal. I approached two different mangers at two separate times and both said: "We don't have decaf on hand...we always make it when it's ordered" Fine if you own a Kerig ( like Boston Chicken) but I have a hard time believing that decaf is not available....If the Springfield store had DECAF soda as does the KOP MEDIA and Royersford restaurants, I would order soda because I CANNOT DRINK CAFFEINE! Both managers really didn't care....they more or less stated....That's how it is! So If you like Decaf soda or coffee....don't go to this one!

What's not to like about Chick-Fil-A, really? This location has a 2 lane drive-thru, which is pretty cool and you think that would make the lines move faster. Unfortunately, it doesn't make the lines move any quicker. You are still waiting in line for awhile. Hence, only the 4 star review, rather than 5. The wait is worth it though because the food is good every single time. Side note, I feel like this is one of the only Chick-Fil-A's that still say 'my pleasure'.

Stopped by here while driving to see what the crazy lines were about. Well, the hype is for real and the food is delicious. The employees are so friendly and did I mentioned how good the food was? I got the spicy chicken sandwich, which was delightful. Wl definitely be back.

First time at this Chick fil A, and it felt good. It was clean and the employees were really nice... Witness something today and felt people should know about it. While we were eating, a lady came in and spoke with the manager briefly... Her car broke down and I guess she needed help moving her car out of the way. He takes a look, then sends three of his employees out to help... A fourth employee runs out to help his coworkers get the car moving. How amazing is that.. There aren't that many kindhearted souls around.. So when I saw that, my jaws dropped. These young fellows are terrific!

This Chick fil A is the best one around, all the other reviews are right! The employees here are so nice and polite, the food is fresh, and they keep the place clean. The only drawback here is limited parking close to the restaurant, be careful walking across those drive-through lanes! If you go on a Saturday at lunch time, they have people out in the drive through lanes directing the heavy traffic!
