We ordered hibachi off their delivery menu and it was one of the few times in my life I've simply thrown food away. I ordered hibachi noodles with vegetables and got a small container that was 3/4 full of noodles with a few pieces of soggy zucchini, carrots, and broccoli dotting the top. No discernible seasoning, so I guess I'm glad it came with soy sauce packets. The noodles went into the garbage because they tasted like play doh. Seriously. Also I am by no means a sushi snob but how do you mess up a tuna roll? All of the sushi that was ordered comprised of 50% overcooked rice. Place gets 2 stars instead of 1 because my friend at least liked his pork lo mein.

Horrible! I've had good sushi but NOT from this place! Hibachi items were peppered so heavily it was basically inedible. Will not return.

Stopped here twice while in Scranton for a wedding. Both times the food was awesome. The food didn't feel heavy and greasy like many Chinese restaurant dishes and the prices were amazing. Will return if I ever visit Scranton again lol

Went here for the first time this evening...the place is CLEAN. Perhaps, the cleanest Chinese restaurant that I have ever been in. That's about all the positive I have for this place. Ordered beef w. broccoli (I figured this was safe), General Tso's chicken, and Hot & Sour soup. The beef in the beef w. broccoli had the oddest spongy texture. The broccoli was definitely the best part of this dish. The General Tso's wasn't bad, but it was the weirdest shade of bright orange that I have ever seen in food. And the hot & sour soup had a sugary sweetness to it that was completely off putting. Not sure we are even saving the leftovers and we will definitely not be ordering from here again.

I have eaten here several times. This place is CLEAN, cheap and insanely fast, just as Chinese delivery should be. The dumplings are great. And the general tso will not disappoint. On top of that? Their customer service skills are awesome. I recommend this to anyone who wants good American Chinese food

Best spring rolls in the valley possibly the state! Also love their hibachi and vegetable soup. Sushi is ok for being cheap sushi, better than some higher end expensive places.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
