Very consistent. I've come here on different occasions and the burgers have always been on par. The fries are sometimes a little soggy. My only compliant is the cleanliness of the store. The floor is very slippery and there always seems to be dirt on the floor and have peanut shells all over. They recently installed new soda machines from coca-cola so the soda always seems to taste like what the last person ordered. With hours like 11am to 10pm it's worth a stop.

My last review of the place was after visiting the place twice. after giving only 2 stars last time, I was contacted by someone from Five Guys for further input regarding my experience. Thinking that these people cares about what customers actually have to say, I gave this place another go. And, yes, this time it was a much better visit than the previous one with some caveats. The best part was the smiling girl who was in charge of keeping the sitting area clean. Hard working and all with a smile. She even came over to ask if everything was alright. At a fast food chain? who does that? Anyway, it was at that time, we mentioned that our ordered was not quite right - we got different topping than what we requested (please refer back to my first review regarding this) - and when we brought this up to the counter, we were given a replacement, albeit with a frown face. Never the less, the girl sweeping the floor and cleaning the tables with a genuine smile and greetings lightened up the environment. There is one odd thing that happens here when you walk through the door, that seems very awkward. Someone from behind the counter yells out the number people that just walked through the door, and that too not in an welcoming way. Its weird. You never see it anywhere else.

This is my local 5 guys burgers. I come here a few times a month. Overall they make their fries and burgers pretty consistently. On occasion, the fries are a bit overcooked and too crispy. This location is clean and the service is awesome so I never complain if the food isn't perfect perfect. Will come here before McDs, Burger King, and Wendys.

Really good burgers, staff are friendly and love when the person cleaning the tables comes around to greet you and smiles all the way.

Five Guys is a favorite of my family because it is easy, casual, and always tasty. We have dined at the Quakertown location many times. The workers are always friendly, and the dining area is clean. Five Guys has THE BEST fries. The hot dogs and cheeseburgers are delicious, too.

If you're looking for a $5 fast food meal, go to McDonald's. If you want the best burger you've ever had with natural cut fries and malt vinegar for your fries, Five Guys is the best. And they have the soda machines with the flavors so you can make whatever you want. I love Five Guys and it's always the same whichever one I go to.

This location is a bit different than most Five Guys in that they have a wall as you enter the store kind of cattle chutting you to the left and that makes for a much more orderly ordering process as opposed to the Airport Road location in Allentown with two entrance points and people queuing up from every side and angle. The food was normal for Five Guys standards although the fries were a bit on the greasy side and the fries here cost more than the three locations, different owners I guess, in Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton. The prices for a Five Guys are more expensive but it's a bit of a misnomer to compare a place like this to a McDonalds. Let's see: On one hand the burger and fries are frozen and have sat around for ??? Or the burger is "fresh" and has never been frozen and fries are cut in the store daily. You get what you pay for. Cheap = a crappy burger made their way. This place also is far more toned down with the whole "Got It" thing. When the person at the register announced the number of patties there was only a "Got It" from the person who appeared to be in charge as the expeditor as opposed to the whole staff going almost Muppet like (heads cocked back, arms flailing in the air) in response. I don't get down to Quakertown that often but this place is a solid location for a quick burger and fries that won't WOW you but it also won't disappiontment you either.

Heard good things about this place, so we'll see....it was good, but not great. I've had better burgers but the fries were really good.

Hands down the best burger joint in this general area. My standard is a cheeseburger (two patties) with lettuce, pickles, and mayo. Five Guys makes killer burgers, The beef is always fresh an cooked perfect, the toppings are always fresh and crisp, and the fries are excellent. A tip for the first timers; Order the smaller size fry, it's more than enough to feed two people! Doesn't get much better than this place on the east coast!

Five guys is another entry in the alternative burger, fast food genre (upscale or trendy vs McDonald's or Burger King). Much of the restaurant is decorated using the red and white checkered pattern that was prevalent in burger joints from long ago to give it that retro feel that is so in style these days. You place your order at the counter and they call your number when the food is ready. A regular burger comes with two patties and a little burger comes with one. There are plenty of toppings to choose from such as tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, grilled onions, raw onions, sauteed mushrooms, mustard, ketchup, relish, jalapenos, BBQ sauce, etc. There are 2 sizes of fries but even if you order the small fries you'll see the fry-person literally shoveling additional fries into your brown bag so much so that the bag looks like it needs a diaper from all the grease. Mind you I'm not complaining, it's just an observation. Be prepared for a bit of sticker shock as the food is on the pricey side for a burger joint. Example; 2 burgers (double patty), one order of small fries and two large drinks will set you back a little over $20. Granted the burgers are fairly large and they give you TONS of fries even with the small order but still, it's a bit expensive for such simple food. I got a double burger on my visit here and found that the one patty was missing about a third of the meat. I guess it had fallen apart during cooking and they didn't want to waste the patty. I felt a bit shortchanged. Anyway, it's a good if not pricey option to get a juicy and delicious burger and a mountain of french fries.

With all the hype of this place I thought it would be good but only to find it average food for way to high a price. For 3 hot dogs and 3 regular drinks was almost 20 bucks. That is way way to much to spend for hot dogs and soda in this economy. The hot dogs were average hot dogs, nothing different then the kind you buy in the grocery store. Which in my opinion would have been the wiser choice. Cost a lot less to buy a pack of dogs and buns and a 2 liter of soda at the Giant across the street then it is to get it here. And then to top it off the place wasn't that clean. Being there as soon as they opened up one would think that it would be spotless but alas no, the floors were sticky especially at the drink station. Oh and also they must not be able to tell time, they opened about 5 minutes late. Overall I was not impressed at all. The food was average, prices sky high cleanliness was miserable and promptness was lacking.

The fries are still good, but it seems the quality of the burgers has went down since it has first opened. It is overrated and overpriced at this point. It is a shame too because a few years ago this was a good location. You can't mess up the fries though so they are worth getting alone.

The best burger joint in this area period. Five Guys makes killer burgers, the dogs are soso The beef is always fresh an cooked perfect, the are always fresh and crisp, and the fries are excellent. If you are a McDonalds or bk fan this place is probably not for u. I am satisfied with extra cost for a burger since the product has great freshness, taste and real beef.
