This place is great! My friend and I decided to try it because of all the positive Yelp reviews and I'm really glad we did. The store itself is cute and clean, and the owners were so, so nice. I ended up spending $10 on juice because I couldn't help myself. A FANCY, SELF-SERVE ORANGE JUICE MACHINE THAT SLICES AND SQUEEZES ORANGES FOR YOU? How can you NOT pay $3 to use that thing? (The juice was awesome, too.) I also got a green juice and felt Really Healthy for the rest of the day. I will happily pay Yellow $5 a day to help negate my 'all hot dog, all the time' eating habits. I can't wait to go back and try some more juices.

I found my new favorite juice place! The juices are super delicious - the veggies and fruit they use are fresh. I've been twice so far and gotten the Beet fruit and juice blend and the #3 fruit and juice blend. So delicious! Although tiny, the store is very clean, and the staff is very friendly and quick to please. I might just have to come at least once a week!

Lemon-limeade. It's freshly squeezed. Literally. The juice of a few lemons and a lime squeezed out by the tiny, kind lady behind the bar. She then adds a touch of stevia sweetness...et VOILA! You're served a hearty 16 ounces of an earthy, tangy, refreshing beverage...quite frankly the best damn lemonade I've ever had.

New juice/ smoothie bar in Rittenhouse. Small and simple-- Fresh veggie juices and great smoothies. One of the only truly fresh, healthy places to grab a quick snack in the area. Love it here!

Definitely one of the best places in Philly to get any combination of vegetables in liquid form!! They have all the conventional fruits as well.

I ordered #1 of fruit & veggie blends last thurs night. The menu says this drink contains yogurt but while I was watching the person making the juice, he did not include the yogurt. He showed me "his receipt cheat sheet" which did not include yogurt. Same thing happen to my friend, "the cheat sheet" does not match the menu. Basically, their receipt does not correspond with the menu.

Health nuts, juice fanatics, and fruit lovers rejoice! Yellow Juice Bar will satisfy your thirst. It houses a really cool juicer in the corner of its storefront window. I was immediately intrigued as the owner turned on the machine and instant, fresh OJ came out. Their menu is on the chalkboard to the left. All beverages are priced around $3-$5. You can choose any 3 fruits/veggies for their blended drinks ($5) that either have fresh OJ or soy milk. After 8PM, you get $1 off by checking in on Yelp mobile. There's a nice seating area in the back and the overall decor is very clean and bright. Also, since the kale trend is so big these days...the owner informed me that they get their kale fresh from West Philly. No added sugars or powders, everything is made to order. They will be hosting an official opening soon. Really hoping that Yellow is here to stay! Wishing Yellow much success!

My favorite place to get a banana smoothie during the weekend. I absolutely love how they use real fruits and veggies in their smoothies instead of preservatives and artificial sugars and flavors. The perfect place for a health-food nut.

We get juice delivery at work since we are about 2 blocks from them. Pretty good!!!

I was driving through Center City recently with my family, and my mother had a sudden urge for a smoothie. After checking out Yelp - she decided this was where we had to go. When we arrived there was no one else there, but soon after we arrived, so did the crowd. The service was pretty slow because there was just the one woman behind the counter. The ingredients were definitely fresh, the variety is there, and the prices are okay. I really appreciated that this place exists and that it's so very fresh / made pretty well. I look forward to going back and having some of the delicious looking popsicles they had!

THE BEST juice in the city. they just got new machines too and the consistency is wonderful. they don't mind making me something not on the menu either: kale, spinach, beet & carrot. plus there is nosego art on the wall!

Ok, what is that thing I ate? It was Banana, but it was't a Banana, but it was a Banana? The nice old man and the lady [i'm a sucker for both] welcomed us and were so warm and nice. I told them how I read the reviews on Yelp and hence decided to stop by and funny thing, they were super surprised. Not to mention the picture of the thing outside sold me too. The place was clean and I also stared at the OJ maker like I saw aliens, totally got laughed at. After all said and done I was trying to leave without tasting first and the old man went like NO! You don't get to leave without telling us how it is. That right there folks, will make me go back. Clearly they care and both of them explained us how the whole banana thing works. I love nothing more than going somewhere, feeling the love along with the food. Made my evening! P.S: Located super conveniently across my fav Sushi place Vics.

Such a wonderful place to re-energize after walking down the Rittenhouse area power-shopping area. A bit tucked in, out of the mayhem and frantic pace of the shopping area, with totally friendly employees and a kick-ass menu of healthy alternatives. I told the owner I had a low energy level from all the walking around and she fixed a ginger and ginseng shot that made me feel better than a power bar. Then there was a citrus and banana shake to get my potassium up to snuff, and a noodle dish to get my carbos up. I left feeling like Superman.

Keeping' it simple What I like: banana whips (I refuse to call it a twirl because there is no twirling involved). The brightness and that green festive green maybe? Mom pops are a neato thing to have. What should be different: the juices should be served cold and not warm carrot orange apple is gross Luke warm I'm not a fan of the juice menu board since you have to come up with your own combos there isn't any listed just the jucies to be juiced. There is no juice that is yellow in this place!!!!! Why is it called yellow juice bar? Like the whole juice your own oj but if I owned a shop I would never let the general public touch my expensive citrus press machine. Ever. Over all I like the place employees are very nice. See ya for a banana WHIP

Yellow Juice Bar loves Yelpers. First off I checked in and got $1 off a salad. Boom. I got a Mango Madness fruit blend with almond milk and the free banana twirl special featured on Yelp this week. That banana twirl is magic. I didn't know that being healthy could be so delicious. I'm a big big fan of banana gelato..and as far as I'm concerned, that is exactly what I ate.

Clean, simple, fresh smoothies. There isn't too much variation on the green smoothies or a wide variety of ingredients, but its a solid drink. Great place for a light meal as a substitute for calorie-laden Shake Shack down the street.

  • Danielle P.

I have my own blender, so it takes a lot for me to buy juice drinks while I'm out, but Yellow really takes the cake. The drink prices start at $3.50 and get more expensive depending on flavors and added supplements, but are completely worth every cent. All drinks are made to order, and the produce is fresh, not frozen. The store is very small, but the atmosphere is calming and they have free wifi and MomPops popsicles.

Sooo good! Gem of a spot and got to chat with the owner- truly inventive menu unlike most of the chains I frequent in NYC. VERY FRESH!

  • Alisha D.

I ordered one of the veggie and fruit blends (Beet, Strawberry, Kale, Cucumber, Almond Milk) for breakfast today and it was delicious! I also loved the customer service. After witnessing fresh juices being sold for $10+ in NYC, I was relieved to find delicious juices in my price range.

This little place is great. I wish I had one in Bucks for Montgomery county. Many choices - veggies, greens, fruits, yogurts, etc... Reasonably priced. Very friendly, helpful & thoughtful staff.

Really great fruit and vegetable juice and the staff was friendly. I didn't try the banana twirl but I'm definitely coming back to try it.

I got the Glow juice and they didn't skimp on the local kale (some juice places will give you mostly celery if you get kale-celery juice, etc. - I like DARK green juice, give me chlorophyll or give me death lol). The owner is super nice. Answered my questions and was friendly! Will definitely go back. I couldn't tell whether it was cash only or not?

I love smoothies. I need smoothies. I got excited after discovering the Yellow Juice Bar. It gave me somewhere else to go other than Smoothie King or Sookies. Customer service is very important to me and YJB gets five stars for theirs. The woman behind the counter was so nice and accommodating. She recommended the fall harvest special and adjusted the amount of ginger to my liking. I told her I was cold and so she omitted the ice. They also have a lot of options to add things to the smoothie like probiotics, spirulina, protein etc. The smoothie itself was delicious! And even better she gave the the extra that she had made in a cup on the side. My only wish is that they had bigger sizes for the smoothies. If you need a healthy, tasty treat this is the place to go.

Finally a real juice bar. This place is great and the staff is very friendly. It has the essential fruit and vegetable juices, open until 10pm and accepts debit cards. There's nothing more I could ask for. The wheat grass is $2/oz.

I have a fruit/veggie smoothie truck at school so I am used to drinking mixed vegetables and expected this place to match it or be better. I ordered a fruit/vegetable mix of spinach, ginger, grapefruit, carrot, pineapple but it had an unusual bitter taste to it and I was not satisfied. It also was much more expensive alone that what I could have gotten at school WITH the protein added into the cost.

Wow, this place is a hidden gem. We were walking up Sansom near 21 st when we spotted this place. It is very small but adorable with lots green juices and smoothies to choose from. Everything is made fresh and there is no bottling unless you ask. For my first time ever, I tried the organic cold pressed wheatgrass shot. For no extra charge they give you a pineapple chaser. Then I ordered the mango madness and asked if I could also have blueberries and strawberries. The elderly man at the counter said sure no extra charge. Ye then recommended carrot juice instead of milk. Again no extra charge. I got a 5% discount and a 10% student discount. It was around five bucks. I will be back again!!

Stopped by here one fine hungover morning with hopes that some vitamins in my body would do the trick. I ordered a carrot, mint, and some other fruits juice in the 6oz. It was refreshing, with a good balance of carrot, mint, and the fruits. Came out to $4.80, which sounded reasonable but when I noticed how small a 6oz is, seemed a little pricey. I saw their food menu (salads and wraps) that all sounded reallyy appetizing and healthy. The were under $7 too so I might swing by here one day and hope the portions are good!

  • Jack J.

Was craving some fruit so this was the closest fruit smoothie joint to my apartment. The staff was friendly and their specially drinks mostly revolved around the use of fruit in combination with mint. We had a blend called Mojito madness and it tasted nothing like a Mojito and was brown - though it was fairly refreshing and the fruit looked and tasted fresh. One complaint was that it was over 80 degrees today, and this store was warmer than it was outside... made waiting for our drink miserable... subtract one star.

We stopped into Yellow Juice Bar on a Sunday afternoon while waiting for our table at Day by Day. Yellow Juice Bar is small and independently operated. It is pleasant inside but it could become a bit cramped if there were several people inside. There is a cool chalkboard with the menu and specials. We had the Berry-Berry and the Lime Ginger shot. The Berry Berry was very good and not overly sweet. My wife loved the Lime Ginger shot and said it helped with her allergies. If Yellow Juice Bar gets crowded the wait could be long. There was only one employee, who was super friendly, but everything is made individually. Yellow Juice Bar only takes cash also. Overall, a nice place and I would go back.

Pleasantly pleased coming from Cali n all. They have a ton of juice choices to choose from and will mix and match per request. The fruit is fresh and the employees are very friendly. I will definitely be back

Great juices every other time I've been here. Sadly today I had to use the bathroom prior to ordering and the woman thought I wasn't a customer and said "it's broken". I said I'll order in a min. Is it really broken? She didn't respond. Ill never be back. There's other juice bars in the city I can give money to that aren't rude

  • Kelsey S.

This is an adorable juice bar with tons of different choices on the menu. I ordered a veggie juice with carrot, cucumber, and celery. A medium was just over $6, so it was a little pricey. The juice is made fresh and service is helpful. Seasonal juices are offered; there were a few specials with watermelon which I though was unique. There is a small discount for paying in cash instead of debit card. I look forward to trying some of their other juices!

I am glad I made it over here to try this place out, but I left with just an "okay" feeling. First off, ambience and experience means a lot to me. I walked up 5 minutes before they opened yesterday, to find that the doors were wide open and ready to serve customers, which was an instant plus. However, when you walk in, the place looks like a renovated daycare. What's with the bright colors and painted cartoon creatures on the walls?!? It really turned me off. Next, none of the juices are cold press. That is totally fine, and they are made-to-order, but I was just surprised that they had no cold press options, seeing the current popularity of juices made that way. My juice was just okay. I got one with spinach, cucumber, kale, mango and lemon, I believe. It was an extremely unappetizing color and kind of chunky too. The plus side is that it was only $6, which is much cheaper than many other juice places. However, they seem to fairly strictly regulate credit card minimums, which is one of my annoyances. The service was good, but nothing special either. I might be back, but I'm not sure how soon.

In terms of my nutrition I like to cling to the belief that visiting juice bars here and there will somehow balance out the rest of the times I eat like a glutton. While that may just be the way I rationalize my high sugar/rich carbohydrate food choices, when I am craving a shot of wheatgrass or a delicious fresh juice, I come to Yellow. Yellow Juice Bar is a small independently owned business. The owner is usually here and takes pride in making you her special blends. Prices seem pretty comparable to other places nearby such as Animo. I love the cheerful and colorful environment, variety of choices, and in regards to the drinks being "warm", you have to request that ice be blended in. I personally enjoy it at the temperature of the food itself, but different strokes for different folks. I have taken several friends here who range from the Steak and Potatoes man to a super picky Nutrition Nazi. Everyone has enjoyed the offerings. I recommend it for friendly service and tasty health conscious drinks.

Eh, not that great. I was excited to finally try Yellow Juice Bar, after hearing about it from friends and other Yelpers. The place itself is very bright and cute, which makes for a cheery ambiance. While browsing the chalkboard menu, I noticed that the prices were slightly higher than at other juice bars, but I liked that they accepted cards. I ordered a 14oz immunity juice, a green blend of some veggies and fruits. I'm a lover of green juice and was craving something cold on a particularly hot day. Upon tasting the juice, it was lukewarm and watery. I thought maybe it needed to be mixed up some more, so I gave it a tiny shake. Nope, still horrible. I tried to drink it all, but ended up tossing half of it. With juicing being all the rage, there are definitely better places to spend your hard-earned money when you want some liquid veggies and fruits. Perhaps they were just having an off day, especially since most of the other reviews are decent. Even so, I most likely won't return.

  • Farha A.

Good juices, not great service. I've been here a couple times and each time, I have been the only customer but it takes ages for me to be served and then for my order to be subsequently made. The staff was not friendly or apologetic in either instance.

A few of us stopped by Yellow Juice Bar on Sunday afternoon after a workout. There were two people waiting on a juice that was in-process when we arrived. We placed our order for three juices which came to slightly over $20. I got out my credit card and the juice bar employee asked me if I had cash - they were having problems with the system. I didn't think I had enough on me but just when I realized I did, the credit card went through, though I was unable to get a printed receipt or tip on my card. The juices took a while to process and, I have to admit, the finished product didn't stack up to my favorite juice bar across town (the ingredients in the drink were almost identical to the blend I normally order at the other establishment). Nor did the experience overall with the employees. Hopefully Yellow Juice Bar was just having an off day but I'm not sure how soon I'll be back to find out.

The online menu prices aren't updated. They're more expensive now for most items. I've been here twice. Both times I got a wheat grass shot. Once it came with a mango chaser, once it came with a pineapple chaser. The shot tasted a little interesting, like it had splenda in it or something. I watched him make it and never saw anything added. I've tried the banana twirl once, and it was delicious. Tastes like banana soft serve and nothing is added. You get one free topping; I chose mango. The mango is frozen but still was very good. I can't remember which juice I got the other time, but I do remember that it seemed too expensive and that the cup wasn't nearly close to full. I do appreciate that they offer free delivery but if it wasn't so close to my condo I probably wouldn't go out of my way for it. It's on my way to work though, so I'll probably give it another shot.

I've been here only once and wasn't a huge fan. However, Philly doesn't leave me with much choices. (Where are the jamba juices?!) I remember the service being slow, and the juice not particularly fresh, and the price was expensive. Not worth it.

I came in, while in the area, for some juice and a healthy lunch. Yellow juice bar is small but, does have a few tables and chairs for those that wish to enjoy there food and drink inside. They also have this super cool orange juice machine where you can help yourself to some fresh squeezed OJ or bring some home for you I had the Skeletal builder juice which consists of kale, carrot, orange, banana & a joint blend powder. The juice was awesome it was flavorful and smooth. It wasn't chunky and thick. It was so good that I am still thinking of it now. I also ordered the Roasted Beet Salad which was absolutely scrumptious. My Salad also came with a vegetable soup which was nice too. If you check in on yelp you get $1 off your salad! Also, show your school ID for 10% off. I recommend stopping in. Yellow Juice Bar doesn't disappoint !

  • Alex F.

This Juice bar is conveniently located where I frequent. The inside has chalkboards with a variety of nice combinations. Service is really slow and employees aren't really educated in offering suggestions or any conversation for that matter. The product itself was decent. I think that if I didn't have to wait 15 minutes for one juice I would've liked it more. Also, it is cash only and there is no signage alerting customers walking in.

  • Steve P.

Stumbled upon this place while looking for a spot to do some damage to the old liver. Figured I should balance things out with a bit of liquid health. So much kale goodness. Loved the fact that she added more green stuff on my request. Fantastic service, no liver quivers from the many single malts that went down the hatch later that night.

  • JC J.

I really like this place but the service is SO variable that I can't really justify giving it a 4-star review. For example, I came here last week with a friend and we ordered 2 juices. We waited for over 20 minutes to get our juices. My "beet it" juice was not mixed very well and tasted no different than a basic carrot juice. On the other hand, I've definitely sampled some amazing juices here on other occasions and been pleased with the service. Overall, I think the juices are pretty good here but this store should invest in training all the staff members so that service is more consistent. Recommendations: Lemonade (add mint and blueberry) and blood juice.

  • Sean F.

As with most places in the city, Yellow Juice Bar is ridiculously small. So unless there's an open table to eat/ drink at or wait til your food is done, it might be uncomfortable at times. The menu is ok. They don't have as big of a smoothie selection as other places, but they do have a small, but good quality food menu as well. My biggest problem with Yellow Juice bar is that their smooties are $6 for 16 ounces and they only have one size. A lot of other places offer 24 ounce drinks for the same price or the option of a small or large. And to add to that, their hours are horrible. They close at 5pm, every day.

    (3)
  • Alison K.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I was not all that impressed by my visit today. I stopped by after a workout and got the mango madness. The taste was good but nothing really special. It tasted like any smoothie from Orange Julius or something I could have made at home. I get that everything is made to order, which is good, but what I drank wasn't worth $5.50. It took a while to get my drink, but that's not really a factor in my rating. It seems like a place that would attract health nuts for the juices and meatheads (about 5 of whom were behind me in line) for the protein shakes. I'm not too likely to return, but from all these fabulous reviews, my lack of patronage will not affect them.

  • Karen F.

Best fresh juices (veggie, fruit, smoothies, banana twirl and now SALADS) in the city. Love it here. Fresh Lemonade - some of the best ever. Delicious Fresh Wheatgrass shots I love it so much and hope they prosper for years!

    (5)
  • Debbie A.

I've been here quite a few times, and every time it takes quite a while to get my order. I realize that everything is made from scratch, and I do appreciate it, but numerous times the staff have made mistakes such as clogging equipment, forgetting stuff...etc that it takes longer than it should. If you have a few people ahead of you, be prepared to wait a while. That being said, the juices are fresh and tasty and you can order any combination of fruits/veggies/milk...etc. The lemonade is pleasantly tart, but could use just a pinch more sugar. The wheat grass shot is very good too. My only other gripe is the price. These juices/shots aren't cheap.

    (3)
  • Rita K.

Mmm the smoothies are not too sweet and they're healthy! Although a little pricey, I think its worth it and tastes better than say, Jamba Juice. We had the big mama (or was it the papa)? Subtle sweetness yet cool and you can actually taste the fruits. The inside is small yet cute and clean. The menu is a chalkboard all hand written nicely. The lady was nice that when we left and came back 5 min to use the restroom, she let us. Thanks! Wish we could try this place more! I recommend everybody to try this cute little juice bar.

  • Nicole H.

Both times I've visited I've tried two green juices and have liked them both. Love that I can add or subtract items and that the produce is so fresh. I'm not a huge fan of the frozen banana/ice cream thing, but others I was with really loved it.

    (4)
  • Julia L.

I got the rejuvenator vegetable smoothie which contains kale, carrot, cucumber and celery. There's literally an asian woman who juices all the veggies on her Breville machine. Pretty expensive considering their costs are extremely low (veggies are super cheap). But since my Breville juicer is in storage right now, I'm willing to pay for the labor to have a fresh veggie smoothie. The service was pretty nice and there was quite a big selection of drinks (and the guy taking our order was willing to customize any of the drink options to our own specific tastes).

I stumbled across yellow juice bar while strolling along Sansom today (apparently, they just opened their doors yesterday). As it's so early in the game, they didn't have a lot in stock but here's what you can expect: (1) A variety of freshly squeezed veggie juices (carrot, celery, kale etc.) (2) Yogurt/milk-based smoothies (sadly, no soy milk, though) (3) Freshly squeezed self-serve orange juice. (4) Le Bus sandwiches (5) Artisan popsicles (by mompops) And my favoriteeee (drum roll, please) ... FROZEN BANANA "ICE CREAM" (with toppings such as fresh strawberries, blueberries, chocolate, granola). Mmm. Oh, and the owner/employees are very friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be checking them out again in the near future!

    (4)
  • Lindsay H.

I have no idea how they do it. I mean, the frozen banana tastes and looks exactly like ice cream! Unbelievable! They essentially take a banana, bring it to the back room and send it through this "process" and out comes, banana ice cream anddd it's delicious. Yes, it absolutely doesn't taste exactly like ice cream but add a fruit topping on it and it's close enough for me.

My roommate and I have been patiently waiting for this place to open, since we live right down the street. We went to Vic's today for sushi and turned out that it was open! Hooray! We stopped into the super cute space right before they closed. They are still playing around with their opening/closing hours, but summer happy hour 8:00pm to close is $1.00 off drinks! I got Banana Twirl .. this may be my new favorite dessert! $3.50 for a decent sized cup of soft serve like frozen bananas with one free topping. Extra toppings are 50 cents. I got banana and blueberry. So delicious. My friend got a veggie juice with apple, celery, cucumber, spinach, ginger. It wasn't as as sweet as she would have liked, but it was a good fresh squeezed green juice for $4.00 for 10 oz to 12 oz sized drink. They have a few cute tables. You can DIY fresh squeeze orange juice. Mompops in the freezer. Le Bus sandwiches. Smoothies. Homemade lemonade. AS Sarah H said, the owners were awesome. Very friendly. I'm super excited to make this a new neighborhood go to.

I just called to place an order and ended up not ordering from Yellow Juice Bar. They obviously have not updated their website in a very long time and that shows lack of customer service and it's also a bad marketing practice. When I called I was told there is a $20 order minimum...what?! That's not what it says online. Then when I started placing my order, they no longer had 2 of the items that they promote on their menu on their website. The person on the phone was also not nice and seemed to not really know what was going on. Well, Yellow Juice Bar you lost my business (and I'll be sure to pass on my thoughts about your establishment to my family and friends).

  • Meg S.

I came in a few days ago for a banana whip (my first!) and it was delicious, but the real treat here is the smoothie. For $5, the girl behind the counter literally used a ton of fresh fruit right in front of me for my Berry Fusion drink this afternoon. (You can substitute OJ if you can't eat dairy or are vegan). So good and filling. I know a lot of people may complain that $5 is a lot, etc, for a single drink, but you're getting high-quality fruits and veggies freshly made and a premade Naked drink is ~$4! And cheesy as it sounds, I really could taste the difference and I'd recommend it even if you're not usually the juicing/health nut person (I'm definitely not).

  • R E.

I decided to check this place out specifically for the banana twirl, which was delicious, simple and sweet. I didn't notice her add anything except for frozen banana (and my free peanut butter topping). It only came in one size for $3.50, but was definitely more than enough to satisfy my sweet tooth.

Is it wrong that I want to steal their industrial strength juicer? I have to waste my time chopping my fruits and veggies to make sure it fits into my counter top version, where they can just have a one-way produce fight with their glorious machinery. Appliances aside, their juices are pretty tasty. They offer a good assortment of juice combos to hit all of your nutritional needs. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is a bit out of the way for me, but I am glad to know that if I am willing to go a few extra blocks, there is a sweet and healthy reward in it.

I came to Yellow Juice bar with a two other people after a working out. I have to say, I wasn't that impressed with either the customer service or the juice. There were some technical difficulties with the credit card reader which the counter server was quite flippant about. Unfortunately, juice was sub-par too. There was a TON of foam and the flavor wasn't that good (I got the #4 in veggie & fruit juices). I chose to have almond milk instead of peaches and the flavor was totally washed out. I think I'll stick with my homemade juices or Sip N Glow for the occasional splurge.

I wish I lived closer. Fresh squeezed orange juice for the win. The amazingly nice old man helped me work the machine and you literally see the oranges being squeezed into your cup -- so cool! You can also either get your orange juice in a normal cup or a cute jug in a few sizes. When I was there, there weren't many oranges left, so I suggest you get here earlier to get your fix! One minor thing that I didn't like was how the orange juice was lukewarm; I would have enjoyed it much more if it was colder, considering how hot it was that day. Perhaps I got the last of the bunch so it was like that, but I'll make sure to get some ice with it on my next visit! Can't wait to try the other fresh juices and ice cream~

Stopped in and grabbed a mango madness with orange juice and also treated myself to one of their banana twirl ice creams. The mango madness was delicious - literally bursting with fresh flavor and will definitely become my 'go-to' juice. The banana twirl ice cream was impressive. I haven't tasted banana ice cream like it before but I will be back for more as summer rolls on. The kicker for me though is the customer service. The team behind the counter are friendly and will remake your juice for you (no questions asked) should you be dissatisfied...thats a real winner! And with pretty reasonable prices, a clean, well run shop, why would you go anywhere else??

I walked in here 20 minutes before closing and they were already cleaning up.... but they happily dirtied and unpacked things to make my order. I've never had a banana twirl before, so I specifically came to get that. And HOLY COW, for someone who hasn't done dairy in years, this was a really good frozen treat. You get a decent amount of twirl for $3 or so dollars, and they even had healthy, friendly toppings like Mango. Definitely going here again. Actually, probably a good thing that it's not too close to home or work, or I'd be here all the time.

I've gone twice, and I appreciate the option of a good smoothie in Rittenhouse. I wish they were open for breakfast, and I wish the prices were a little lower. They are way cheaper than Pure Fare, and you can get basically the same thing. The staff is friendly. They don't charge extra for almond milk.

I'm really surprised at all the positive reviews! Something seems suspicious here. This is not a bad spot, the juices are pretty good. But I have gone 3 times, and it took at least 10 minutes, and as long as 20 minutes to get a juice! That is absolute madness. Also, there have been new employees every time I visited, over the course of 5 months, so they seem to have a very high turnover. The owner/woman has always been there; she is the constant. Additionally, juices are about a dollar over the average price, and the best juice bar in Philadelphia, Sook Hee's Produce, is in the Comcast center just a few blocks away.

I went here after a visit to the Mutter Museum. Just went in on a whim, and found out it was famous for it's banana twirl. I got a juice which had more vegetables than fruit and it was still absolutely delicious. Then I had the banana swirl, which you can also add fresh toppings to, and I chose the mango. It was insanely good. The staff were really friendly as well. The place was very tiny, but cozy and I can't wait to move to Philly so I can try places like these whenever I want!

Both times I've visited I've tried two green juices and have liked them both. Love that I can add or subtract items and that the produce is so fresh. I'm not a huge fan of the frozen banana/ice cream thing, but others I was with really loved it.

I decided to check this place out specifically for the banana twirl, which was delicious, simple and sweet. I didn't notice her add anything except for frozen banana (and my free peanut butter topping). It only came in one size for $3.50, but was definitely more than enough to satisfy my sweet tooth.

Clean, simple, fresh smoothies. There isn't too much variation on the green smoothies or a wide variety of ingredients, but its a solid drink. Great place for a light meal as a substitute for calorie-laden Shake Shack down the street.

Good juices, not great service. I've been here a couple times and each time, I have been the only customer but it takes ages for me to be served and then for my order to be subsequently made. The staff was not friendly or apologetic in either instance.

  • Rhian S.

Best fresh juices (veggie, fruit, smoothies, banana twirl and now SALADS) in the city. Love it here. Fresh Lemonade - some of the best ever. Delicious Fresh Wheatgrass shots I love it so much and hope they prosper for years!

Both times I've visited I've tried two green juices and have liked them both. Love that I can add or subtract items and that the produce is so fresh. I'm not a huge fan of the frozen banana/ice cream thing, but others I was with really loved it.

I decided to check this place out specifically for the banana twirl, which was delicious, simple and sweet. I didn't notice her add anything except for frozen banana (and my free peanut butter topping). It only came in one size for $3.50, but was definitely more than enough to satisfy my sweet tooth.

Awesome juices-I feel like I became one with earth after drinking one. A little pricey but it's all at the expense of good health.
