Diabetics at Pizza Hut

Pizza is neither a great meal nor the worst for diabetes. All you need is some fact check and monitoring while ordering your pizza. Diabetics can opt for thin crust or skinny pizza at Pizza Hut and avoid the cheese topping to cut down on the excess fat and sodium. If you have diabetes, then ensure to check your portion size when you order a pizza. One or max. two slices are enough. You can also avoid meat if possible and go for wings as a meat option.

Foods to Avoid at Pizza Hut for Diabetics:

You must avoid Meat Lovers Pizza with Original Pan Crust as it contains over 1000mg sodium and will add 470 calories in your meal. You should also skip Super Supreme Pizza Large Original Pan Slice which is too high in sodium and fat. Chicken wings are often tempting but you must control and restrict yourself from ordering Traditional Honey BBQ Bone-in Wings as it can add up to your sugar levels if you eat too many. On average, a person orders or consumes six chicken wings pieces in a day.

Sides must be avoided at all costs especially if it's Bacon Cheddar Fries with Ranch Dipping Cup for its high sodium content. You must also avoid New York Style Cheesecake with Applesauce as dessert as one slice of this dessert item contains 86g sugar. Pizza Hut also offers other Italian dishes such as Pasta. However, you must skip Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Meatballs and Garlic Bread as it is too high in sodium and sugar.

Their pizza is not good...simple as that. It's too greasy and the crust tastes like cardboard. Don't waste your money!

Pizza City is OK. The food is decent but not great. It is a lunch staple for all of the businesses that are nearby. They only accept cash and do not have a dine-in option (take-out / delivery only). Their $3 lunch menu offers a decent variety and is worth the price.

It has officially become the name my mother calls it, Pizza *ahem*. This past Saturday we ordered pizza for dinner. The woman that answers the phone, she messes up our address every time. She either gets just the address number wrong or she gets the whole street name wrong. She would have had the pizzas delivered to one of our neighbors on Saturday. Anyway, as my sister and I are waiting, she realizes the time and says the pizza should have been here by now. That was true because it was an hour after we had called. We looked out the window and watched the delivery driver drive right past (he then proceeded to back up). We know it was not our normal delivery driver because our usual one knows where our house is. (He loves delivering to our house because we tip well). Our pizzas arrive and we opened it to find...reheated pizza! It was burnt. We were not happy campers.

The delivery guy is a thief. He stills from 10yr olds. I've been buying food from there for 4yrs. Our business relationship has been severed, needless to say.

I grew up eating this pizza and i like it. The crust is thick and the cheese is good. Yes there are Better options but for what you pay this is a pretty good pizza. Tip.. Save some money and get the lunch specials Update Raised my rating to 4 stars based on value of product served. Came in for lunch yesterday and had a cheesesteak with pizza fries. The total was $7.15 and it wasn't bad. I will definitely be going back

When I am at work at the warehouse I either get the $3 pizza or $3 steak for lunch good food and good price.

I should have listened to the locals. I ordered a tuna hoagie, and there was barely any tuna! I think the whole thing had maybe 3 tiny slices of tomato, and was mostly comprised of lettuce. I was not thrilled with the customer service either, rude at best. However, the delivery was fast and the pizza was not bad. Still I would avoid ordering from here again, better experiences are to be had nearly anywhere else.

Decent pizza the first day, with a bubbly, crunchy crust that was the best part of the whole experience--the cheese was a little thick for my taste (and the next day had congealed into a thick layer that pulled straight off the pizza) and the sauce was too sweet, but it was OK the first day. If you're prepared to stand awkwardly around the door and outside of this place, or shoved tightly into the inside watching them make your pizza, Pizza City is for you. The service was also not so great. They were extremely busy so it is kind of understandable, but the girl taking calls and orders messed up at least five times while we were there, and people who had ordered 40 minutes ago were coming in and their pizzas still weren't in the oven (ours, on the other hand, took exactly 15 minutes). Also, because of its location, beware of running into crazy people. On our way out, holding a hot pizza, I was accosted by a very angry man who, alternately spitting on the ground and cursing into his cell phone, wanted to talk to me about tattoos (and also how much he hated his family). It was only after 5 minutes of awkwardly attempting to sidle away that we were able to escape. It is a great value though. We paid $7 for a medium pizza that lasted, between my boyfriend and I, six meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner... ok, I was feeling cheap!). So if you're in the northeast, and if you are, I'm SO sorry about that, you might as well stop by for a cheap dinner. But don't make a trip out of it.

Pizza City is a great neighborhood pizza shop. I grew up in the neighborhood and this is where we always purchased our pizza from on a Friday night. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. In all the years we've been ordering from Pizza City (20+ years), I've never had a negative experience there.

Just a neat little place that pumps out the grub. I'm not sure the prices are on the posted menu, so pick up a paper one when you go. Pickup or delivery only, but it's nice and close to work for me. The pizza is good and the lunch special is great - best $3 cheesesteak anywhere.

This is great tasting pizza. I first was put on this while we was playing pool at a nearby bar. They ordered a bunch of Pizza an i thought it was great. So i found out there was another nearby location on Frankford an went there. The pizza there was ok but not as good as here. I talk to an older driver. Apparently there was originally 3 different locations started by 3 buddies. One sold the business long ago. The other 2 remained however apparently the other location switched ownership. Although it shares the same name an roots the Frankford location is its only entity. Also the sausage used at Frankford location is totally different taste odd. At that location they used slices of sausage. Ive only had their pizza so i cant comment on Wings, Sandwiches etc. As far as the Pizza is concerned i give it a B. Slightly nit picking it can be a little more crunchy slightly more well done perhaps another 2 min in the oven. The girl although not rude per say appeared to have a mean face on her. Ive only actually physically been in there once. Looks like they are real popular local Pizzeria.
