    Guess kfc is getting better or we lucked out this day -the crispy chicken was piping hot and delicious and the sides were very fresh-better than popeyes which is extremely hit and miss as they always threw in a dried out piece of chicken. That is why we decided to try Kfc again. We will convert to kfc in the future as long as the quality stays top notch.

    To be honest, I am not a KFC regular. I consider myself more of a patron of the other fried poultry store that has a name in common with a certain cartoon character who eats lots of spinach. However, I had a few coupons and hadn't had KFC in a while, so my brother and I decided to give it a go for dinner. We pulled up in the drive through, and ordered a 10 piece bucket of crispy chicken. They told us that there would be a 9 minute wait. We said that was fine. Although secretly, I was wondering if I would regret the decision to come to KFC. After we paid, they asked us if we wanted a free soda while we waited and they also apologized again. We were told to park, and the food would be brought out to us. There was a van next to us, who I assume had to wait as well, since the food was brought out to them. Once the food was brought out, they apologized again for the wait and told us they gave us extra biscuits. Although we had to wait, I am impressed by the customer service at this location. I truly am not one of those jerks who complains about every little thing. I don't expect to get free stuff for waiting or complaining, but it is nice when a business acknowledges when they are inconveniencing a customer. They did a good job rectifying the situation, and showed us that they valued our business when we could have gone elsewhere. The chicken was a bit greasy, but it's fried chicken right? It was also reeeeally hot. Maybe we had to wait a little, but I'm glad to know that the chicken wasn't sitting under a heat lamp all day. I will be using up all of those KFC coupons I got in the mail.

    I had a two piece chicken dinner here. I even take the skin off because it's so so greasy. Today the chicken seemed extra greasy and not cooked all the way. I love feed birds while I'm eating, like to share I guess. Believe me the birds didn't even eat much of it. Anyway I ate around 5:00 and by 9:00 that evening my stomach started cramping. I knew it was a sign of food poisoning and soon as it started. By 10:00 pm I was in such pain with dry heaves that I had to be rushed to the emergency room. I usually can eliminate bad food but it wasn't moving. I sat in the emergency room 2 hours before they took me in. I'm still sick with a stomach virus from the bacteria. It's been so horrible. I was cramped up on the floor of the emergency room for hours from bad food from here. I will NEVER eat at Kentucky Fried again. This was my WORST food poisoning experience ever! Josi

    This KFC needs to be close or get new management because they're giving KFC a bad name as a franchise. I went to shop at Franklin Mills Mall yesterday, November 1, after shopping at jcp my friend and I decided to walk outside the mall and look for a place to eat. For our surprise KFC was nearby so we said, let's sit down and eat at KFC. As soon as we enter the place it didn't look very welcome neither appealing to eat, but well I just said "What the heck, let's give them a try". WOW, what a BIG mistake we did. First, I notice the there was no one at the register as we enter the place. There was a young girl cleaning a table and she 2 minutes after we enter the place she noticed that we were waiting and she ran to the register to take our order. Once she took our order I noticed that she went in the back to prepare our food. WAIT, WAIT, you just touched money and going to prepare our food. NO WAY! However, I noticed she put gloves to prepare the food but I didn't like the simple fact that she went from cleaning the table, to manage money, to prepare food. This tell you that this place has very poor management or not management at all. Our food was NOT FRESH! In the back kitchen you could see like 3 more people and, a lady with the red shirt talking loud to the young girl in the front, while also taking orders from the Drive thru. The place looks a mess, the lack of communication was very visible and that's BAD BUSINESS. Now the food. The food was awful. The chicken was very salty, cold, greasy and old. I seems like the food was cooked hours ago. The boneless chicken I ordered was very salty, I've got 2 pieces with fries and a biscuit. The fries were also salty, greasy and old. Honestly, I didn't bother the taste the biscuit and I didn't finish the chicken because all the salt I tested every time I took a bite, plus the grease. As we were leaving the place one person from the kitchen came out to smoke a cigarette. And people that owns these places, PLEASE, PLEASE, try NOT to hire people that smoke cigarette and are going to work in the kitchen. That is very disgusting to me because many of them go back to the kitchen and they don't even bother to wash good their hands. This was a very bad experience and I will never go back to this KFC. Y la gente que posee estos lugares , por favor , por favor, trate de no contratar a personas que fuman cigarrillos y van a trabajar en la cocina .     I didn't like it the one time I had it before. The chicken & biscuts tasted like it was sitting under the heat lamp too too long. I don't trust the people who are serving it at all. I think I saw two of them on "America's Most Wanted" before. I don't know what their doing to the food back behind the counter. My "gut" feeling tells me to stay far away.
