I love Coldstone. I will never return to this location. The all seeming under legal voting age attendants looked nothing less than utterly dismayed and disgusted that a family of six came over on a Saturday night to celebrate. They assigned our entire group to the least enthused of the bunch which resulted in some of us being done with our treats before others even had them in hand. Their tip songs were equally as apathetic and painful to listen to. I can forgive almost anything if done with a positive and welcoming attitude. But a lousy attitude ruins even the best of products. The ice cream itself was consistently wonderful, but if this were my first visit to a Coldstone, I would not be interested in repeating the experience.

Gotta have it cookie doughn't you want some. By far is the best ice cream place around. Staff at this location was friendly an knowledgable (ice cream does get pretty tricky). The place near my house closed down, but this place isnt too bad of a commute for some good ice cream

Like it, Love it, Gotta Have It. All of course, referring to the sugar coma you fall into after eating any of the rich flavors they have. It's like Haagen-Daz on Steroids. The servers were friendly and hollered hi's to my wife and I upon entering and worked out a pretty harmonic song with the few bucks tip I dropped in the jar.

The ultimate ice cream experience. The location on Oregon Ave closed, but this is also a short drive from Center City. Yes, I get in my car and drive to Fishtown just to go to Cold Stone. The ice cream is so thick and creamy, even the standard flavors like mint are better bc of the texture and the variety in being able to mix in whatever you'd like. And the creative flavors like pumpkin cheesecake and oreo filling are hard to find anywhere else.

Though I love the ice cream, the workers never seem to smile or act like they care. I feel like I'm bothering them by coming in. It took the girl forever to make 2 simple ice creams, and 2 groups of people that came in after us left before we even got rung up.

This place has gotten so much better! It didn't go there for a while because when they first opened, I felt like the staff wasn't well trained enough and the ice cream and service was sloppy. But, I went again recently and it was good! The staff was professional and very clean and the ice cream came out great! Will definitely go back more often.
