i've been a fan since this location opened, but they fell off in recent years. where do i begin - the restaurant needs a complete overhaul! they need a cleaning service to clean from top to bottom on a regular basis. then a fresh new paint job would give it a new inviting look. as it looks now, its drab and dirty! now lets get to the service - whew - the service, for lack of a better word SUCKS!! there is no reason u should wait almost 1 hr. for salmon and shrimp on a pick up order! i had to cancel a couple of previous deliveries b/c i waited @ least 2 hrs.! and they have the nerve to raise the delivery price to $4.00..wth?? the food is great, most times. the salmon can be a little iffy - they just revealed that its frozen, so it takes longer to cook...yea ok. it takes longer to cook if they forget your order, too. they need a new system in place so service can run smoothly. if they really care about this business, they would take the time to listen to their customers' constructive criticism and make the necessary changes. maybe i'll get gordon ramsey to help them out...lol.

One of those spots were you get seafood and veggies drowning in butter, while your heart drowns in cholesterol. Works for me, lol. Pretty good food, not too spectacular, but satisfactory. My only complaint is that, while there will be some, this place is infested with flies and they don't seem to care or keep the place very clean. Despite, I probably will be back in the next 6 months. Would give this spot 4 stars if the prices were a little lower.

Great seafood! And the veggies soaked in old bay seasoning with butter is absolutely delicious!

The food is very good here! I've had the steamed shrimp with corn, broccoli and potato. It's delicious, but LOADED with butter! Maybe a little too much, really. I'd prefer to get my butter in a container and then use as little or as much as I want. Other than that, no complaints!

complete garbage. service was the WORST, i ordered the lobster tail shrimp combo at 6:38 pm two fridays ago and i am still waiting for it. I had eaten at the old location when there was a ton of hype surrounding this place. The food was okay. If you are in west philly and want FRESH GOOD REAL SEAFOOD, go to mr hooks on 52nd & walnut...now thats good eatin and service that is as amazing as the religion that the employees adhere to(islaam). SKIP THIS DUMP, in my wife's words and I quote her directly "bottom of the sea, where the scavengers are"

I would give it a 4 star rating but their inconsistent delivery service is just off:( The food is actually quite good(at least I never have any problems with it)! But the on and off delivery service is just horrible and not business like, that's a damn shame!
