It's a shame how this place has declined over the past three years. They used to be so good at everything: food, service, sanitation. But now, they are cr u de, rude, busy on their phones, and not attentive. I ran in for some garlic knots and saw a boy who just seconds ago took my money and then proceeded to pick out 6 garlic knots with his unwashed. Ungloved, dirty hand. Gross!!!!

Usually the food is good, every once in awhile they can have a off day, but typically its good, The owner John is a great guy. Nice place for lunch and good pizza, we enjoy it because its right around the corner and the help is typically friendly. The place is excellent for group meetings baby showers and wedding showers. I had my wedding shower there and it was wonderful! The chicken alla rosa is to die for!!

The food is delicious and generous portions (most pastas are really double serving sizes). However the customer service is lacking. Have a coupon for 2 large cheese pizzas - small copy says toppings extra. Tried to add mushrooms to one of the pies and was told "what we really mean is you can only use the coupon for cheese pizza. If you want toppings we can't honor the coupon." If that's the case then correct your copy on the coupon. I am never a fan of a business that wrote their own error and won't honor it for the customer.

The food is ok and the service is a little slow but all in all a decent place to grab a bite.

Service here is terrible! I needed 3 slices to go, they only had 2. The kid made a big deal about making another pie... It's only 12:15pm on a Saturday. I'm sure it's going to be ok if you make another pizza! I would NEVER go back here again!!!

The pizza is not good, the crust is burnt. You can ask for it lightly cooked, but then it is doughy.

I'm very surprised by the negative reviews. We ordered pick-up while I was on-site with a client. I had the ziti alla rosa, which was a baked pasta with basil cream sauce. The sauce was SO flavorful and the portion was huge. Other people tried the meat lovers pizza, egg plant parm and gnocchi alla rossa, which also looked very yummy. We all shared a salad, which was fresh and had lots of good toppings. Maybe try take-out only?

The menu states: Antipasto Italiano - A Generous portion of sliced meats & cheeses as well as marinated artichokes & roasted red peppers served over a bed of greens. In real life: The only thing that was a generous serving was the lettuce, and there was NO MEAT or CHEESE on the salad at all! there were however olives, which were not mentioned in the description and I do not eat! I was thoroughly disappointed.

It's a shame that this restaurant just can't get it right. It's often hot and overrun with flies and the quality control / pride is non-existent. I've witnessed servers knock silverware on the floor and then just pick it up and place it back on a table. Food ranges from dismal to decent, but after several tries we've decided we won't be back.

We originally came here because we had an entertainment book coupon for another Italian place that used to be there, but is now Perkasie Pizza & Pasta. It looked decent inside so we figured we'd give it a shot even without the coupon. Unfortunately, I wish we didn't. Although it's great that they bring garlic knots to the table for free - they were too hard and really not worth it. I ordered penne with vodka sauce - the pasta was overcooked and the vodka sauce tasted like it was out of a jar. My husbands chef salad was served on a plate so small it made it almost impossible to eat. All the toppings were falling off all over the table. Although the food wasn't worth it - I do have to say that the staff was very friendly and attentive. They were a little overstaffed though so we noticed a lot of people just standing around.

I am basing my review on my last two visits. The most recent visit was a few days ago. I had a $15 gift certificate to use that I had won at a school bingo event. I'm glad they donated this item. I did not have a menu, so I checked the menu and prices on line. When I arrived for pick-up, my total was about $4 more than I was expecting. I was told that the on-line menu had not been updated. The price for a small stromboli was a price difference of $2.50, going from $8.49 to $10.99, and the pizza I ordered had a $1 increase. Disappointed in the quality for the price paid, as well as the "so what" attitude concerning the price difference. I did not speak to the owner, but I plan to. The food was ok. From my last visit, the food was about the same. I have had their food at other times, a year or more ago. I recall it being very good then.

This USED to be a great place for not only pizza but for many other things on the menu. Now it has new owners who hire a staff of teens who don't really pay attention to what they're doing and don't really care if they get orders correct or not. The cheesesteaks come minus the cheese and minus anything else that is specified. The dessert cakes are old and dry. What used to be a great ceasar salad is now some withered greens with very little dressing and a few thin pieces of chicken. If you ever order from here try not to personalize it too much because they don't listen to anything you ask for. I called and complained to the owner and although I was offered a credit the owners tone was frustrated and angry and he wound up berating me for not telling him sooner. Something tells me I'm not the only one to complain and certainly not the first or even the tenth time. The owner should check the orders before they go out the door. Too bad. I've spent alot of money at this place and I'm a very big tipper. I won't ever do business with these people again. They lost me as a customer.....I'd rather do business with Dominos....at least they get their orders straight.
