A solid three is the best I can do. There is nothing bad here so much as what could be better. Medium on a burger is slight pink. When you get it wrong once that's fine but when you miss it on all three burgers on the table that's an issue. Beer list was pretty good. Service was competent but again just could be better. All in all we enjjoyed the time and the overall but to make good go to great just concentrate on the details.

We've been to One Ten Tavern a few times. Their menu has many good choices and there's always a nice list of specials. The bar, dining rooms, and rest rooms are all clean and nicely decorated in the tavern style you'd expect with rich warm wood and rustic stone. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. The front room has a large rectangular bar with several 2- and 4-seat high tops and doors to a front porch with a few more high tops. Behind the bar are two small dining rooms and the kitchen in the back. We have eaten in the dining rooms a few times but if it's just me and my husband we prefer to eat at the bar. The food has always been good. All dishes are well portion and have good accompaniments. Our family has enjoyed many items on their menu including burgers, sandwiches (love the rib eye melt), and entrees. Last night my husband and I tried the Black and Blu Filet special. A nicely sized portion, the filet was rubbed with the right amount of Cajun seasoning (those who love a lasting burn will wish there was more) and topped with a wonderfully light blue cheese sauce with tomatoes. The filet was served on a bed of some of the best steamed spinach I've had and came with a potato and beautiful green beans with roasted red peppers. We both ordered medium rare, but they were both served a tick up the scale toward medium, but not too overcooked to be a problem. An extremely satisfying meal in a fun setting. We were there ahead of the Saturday dinner rush and had a good time interacting with the owner and staff. The only thing I can suggest as an improvement is the tomatoes they use. I love tomatoes and am known to gravitate to dishes including them. I've ordered multiple entrees where tomatoes were added in a sauce or topping. The tomatoes used strike me as not fully vine-ripened, or possibly hot house. It's a place to easily take the dishes up a notch. That said, we will return again soon!

Let me start out with one thing. The food was AMAZING!!! I got the taco and my boyfriend got the roast beef sandwich. The chips were delicious as were the side greens (a little limp, but I blame the warm plate) So with that out of the way... food fantastic. Nothing to worry about. Here come my complaints... - Our waitress took a very long time to come to our table and greet us. Asked for ID's before I even ordered a drink, then took the Id's to look at them under a light. (I understand its their job, but what if I wanted a soda? would she card me then?) - Never asked if we wanted an appetizer - 5 minutes later our drinks appeared. There were 4 people at the bar, 3 servers on. We sat at a high top table in the bar room. No reason for a draft beer and one bottled beer to take so long. Our waitress dropped off the drinks and then started walking away... we told her we are ready to order. She seemed shocked. Took our order and walked away. While sitting there waiting for our food we noticed how HOT the room was (it was 93 degrees on June 17th), they had 2 air conditioners on and the ceiling fans as well. But the room was uncomfortably warm. I looked around at all the guests and everyone had a sheen of sweat on their foreheads, or were fanning themselves off. If its that hot in your place, turn on more air conditioners. Or invest in buying more. It was uncomfortable. Our food came out at a reasonable time, like I said the FOOD WAS AMAZING. - The waitress never ever came to check on us. She only came over to clear our plates. I asked for our check and water. She brought both over... and checked on us two more times to see if our check was ready. Which was rude. She paid more attention to people out on the deck then us. We were nice to her. So that being said, will I return? Yes... only in winter. It is way to hot to be sitting in a warm restaurant. Things were just uncomfortable. If you sit in on the high top in the bar, look up. You'll be able to see cracks in the roof, so you can see the sky! Its like a mini sky light. . . .

I've been to 110 a few times for a burger and a beer and it was decent but I stopped by for lunch last Saturday and it was the worst meal I had in a very long time. After spending over an hour there and wasting $50, (no alcohol purchased) I left there feeling extremely ripped off. I did not complain at first because it's not my style and I cut people some slack because we all have bad days but the more I thought about it, the more negative I felt about the experience. My girlfriend, her daughter and I grabbed a table and ordered lunch. We started off with the pierogi appetizer which was good and turned out to be the highlight of the meal. I ordered the chicken caesar panini and the ladies ordered pizzas, (a barbecue chicken and a kids cheese) and some fries. None of them were good. The presentation, the flavor, not good. I'm not interested in breaking down each dish I'll just say that they were bad and leave it at that.

So the food is okay, beer selection seem good but if you are looking for some great place to hang out in this little town then this is yr place, the customer service is crazy good!!! I had a burger special and wanted well, they ask me to go medium well to keep the juicy burger that I wanted so I agreed. It did come out a bit pink for me but I ate 96% of this burger and sent the rest back with the rest of the plate. The owner comes out to ask about the burger and I said it was just a hair pink but no issues at all as I are most of it. No problem right? Well then seconds later a lady walks up with a 10.00 gift card to come back and I have to tell you with no prompt at all I was amazed. I will be back every time I am though this town and bring as many people as I can as well. Beside a little a/c I am great to back to this place.... Make a stop of yrs as well.....

So far so good... Sitting here now, ordered 2 suds from their better than average selection. The place is quaint, you enter through the bar area and seating is available in to smaller rooms in the back. Our waitress was busily working the bar and dining area during an unexpected rush of business.

Amazing food and definitely a unique menu. Will not find this cuisine anywhere else in the area, let alone in Palmerton. Between their Smoked Salmon BLT (my personal fav) and the classic Tavern Pie, the different items on this menu make you forget that you're in Palmerton. Very good and very attractive atmosphere with outdoor seating, which is great in summer.
