    Drink quality is uniform to any other Starbucks I've been to. The people working, however, had zero communication, be it with me, or the other workers. I think the only words exchanged were my order and my total. They also were slow and disorganized - there was some Asian kid behind the counter with a coat and backpack on making drinks. He was talking to some friends on the other side of the counter, but where everyone else was wearing the black shirt, apron, and hat, it looked like he works there (he did know what he was doing) and he stopped by on an off day with his friends to make drinks for them and a few customers. Really weird. Parking lot looks cramped, but to be perfectly honest, it isn't nearly as ridiculous as the Starbucks in Southington, CT, so I can't even hold that against them in comparison! When I'm at our friends' in the area I'll stop by if I need my Starbucks fix, but if I was a local I'd probably try to find another.

    Horrible Service. Unorganized. Slow. No sense of urgency whatsoever. I counted 4 people behind the counter moving slower than molasses. I've been to A LOT of Starbucks coffee houses, and this one is definitely the worst I've ever experienced. I waited approximately 20 minutes after ordering my beverage and STILL they didn't have it ready. I had to ask for a refund because I had to leave. They seemed to be upset that I asked for a refund.. like I was the problem?? Anyway, I've been to this location a few times and always left unhappy either because of the service and/or poorly made drinks. The reason I had continued to go is because the location is convenient, but I can't sacrifice my time anymore for lousy service. Get it together people!

    Good coffee and food, but the employees aren't as nice or care about the drinks as much as other locations. I do like however how large the location is. The baristas at King of Prussia are much nicer and care about the drinks a lot.

    Horrible service. The cashier obviously did not want to be there this morning and continuously rolled her eyes at every customer. She also did not convey my order to the barista, which led to a 15 min lead time for my americano. Not exactly a complicated drink, either. No apologies from the cashier, either. I actually felt bad for the barista who was stuck making all of the orders. She actually apologized to me and it wasn't even her fault. That and my toasted everything asiago bagel were the saving graces of the visit.

    Simple - my go to for iced coffee and the occasional chai latte. The germantown pike location is what keeps me going to starbucks simply due to their very nice young ladies that work there. Starbucks is starbucks, but the baristas at this location really try and give the costumer what they want. That is why i am giving this chain a 4 star rating.

    My favorite local Starbucks. Friendly baristas and Starbucks coffee, decent as you'd expect. Can get a little crowded but I come here often and always have a positive experience overall.

    I believe the sign outside says that the Starbucks closes at 9:00 PM. We arrived at 8:38 PM and the doors were closed and they were already cleaning up. This is unacceptable because this is over 20 minutes early. If I do this at my job I'd be fired tomorrow. I'm never coming back again.

    Very RUDE! USE ANOTHER LOCATION!! I have never had more poor service in my life, women working were rolling their eyes as if my order was an issue. Customer service is your job!! As a former server for over 7 years this was unacceptable to me! I will be advising everyone I know to use other locations.

    Yesterday I stopped in to get a green tea lemonade. Not only did I leave drink-less about 15 minutes later, I experienced some of the most awful customer service ever. (And ironically Mont-co just rated them the best coffee shop only in July. They may want to rethink that!) When I placed my order, I was the only person in line. The girl must have been new or something since she didn't inform the barista about my drink order. About 5 people came and went with their drinks when I went back to the girl. Her response: "Ooh, what did you order?" Then she told the barista to make it when she got around to it. No, she should have made it then since I'd already been waiting. Then another 5 minutes went by and still no drink. At this point I asked for a refund, and neither the girl nor the manager showed any remorse for the situation, didn't even try to make it right. Ironically enough, there was a girl named Rebecca there who was out front taking out the trash. I left in such a bad mood that she asked what was wrong and if there was any thing she could do to fix it. Only one employee in the whole store cared and she was the one taking out the trash? They may need to rethink their staffing roles. I used to love Starbucks, but this experience was so horrible I will NEVER go here again.

    It's Starbucks, what can I say? I mean I can't say they're the best staff in the world but they're pretty okay for the most part. My order is always correct and my drink gets made on time and I don't end up standing there for half an hour waiting for a tall latte. I'd say another plus would be the fact that they don't kick me out after 3+ hours of sitting at the same table, drinking the same beverage and abusing the crap out of their free wifi.

    This Starbucks stands out from others. The employees are always joyful and the coffee is done to perfection. This location also has a very nice and large lounge to cozy up with a coffee.
