It's weird that every promotion that Popeyes brand rolls out, this Popeyes does not have. Shrimp Spectacular...Nope. Blackened Chicken Strips...Not Yet. 5 dollar Deal....Never Heard of It. Well than what do you have...Iced Tea. Great! I'll be going to Little Ceasers next door

The cashier was a little rude. was on her phone when I walked in. Could of put a smile on her face at least. Barely had anything prepared and ready, the sweet tea tasted like it's been sitting there all day long. Gross.

The food was completely flavorless. I was really disappointed. The staff gets 3.5 stars. They were kind, professional and neat. I STRONGLY suggest a "floor monitor". UNSUPERVISED children constantly pouring out and refilling their drink cups. I highly doubt I would return. Good Luck Norristown Popeye's.

Shame on you Popeyes! Hoping things changed for the better since my previous two reviews here on Yelp, I went to Popeyes in Norristown today to find customer service is getting worse. The same female employee I mentioned on my previous reviews once again approached the counter and stared at me with an unnerving and unacceptable manner. She suddenly removed her name tag "Cassandra" and went to another employee (male) to speak about me. I was customer #57 and waited over fifteen minutes for a side order of macaroni and cheese. Finally, after customer #72 was served, my side order of macaroni and cheese completed the order and I could leave. It was a blessing that an employee named Amanda was very understanding of my discomfort. She was a gentle soul with a smile while being very courteous to me and customer friendly. This location was operating as Church's Chicken a little over a year ago and I would purchase an order at least two or three times a week. Unacceptable and a disgrace is what I will tell others about Popeyes in Norristown PA. It seems obvious to me that management and corporate headquarters does not care about the customer service at Popeyes in Norristown PA.

Awesome food terrible service otherwise I would have given this restaurant 5 star's all the people that work tgere are just plain ignorant and act as if you are bothering them when you order. Never a hi, smile or thank you just rudeness
