I have been back regularly since my review. Having overcome my hesitance about the quirky advertising with cows asking humans to eat more chickens (that's another dissertation about social morality), and eaten a few other things beyond the Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuit (5 Stars), I achieved the realization that I was too harsh in my evaluation before. The sandwiches are good, the shakes superior, and the playroom for kids, unique. I don't have to agree with corporate politics to appreciate the grub. Okay. I am a fan. I am willing to admit it.

I am suffering PTSD from my experience at this large joint. I ordered some chicken for my fellow party goers to munch upon. Instead of giving me nicely cooked golden nuggets, I received a tray of small lumps of meat with the simple instruction to "put it in the oven" that is all. The uneducated teen that gave me such terrifying lumps of Meat basking in oil looked at me like he was going to "curb stomp" me (as my grandkids would say) when I asked for further directions. I had to fend for myself and my entire party ended with everyone having fold poisoning from this chicken I had to cook. We threw up into the new year!! How wonderful is that?? 30 people are throwing up due to the lazy service of teens working at a fast food place that I PAID for. So I started 2015 with my peers resenting me.

In terms of fast food.....always a great stop......the staff is most friendly of all fast food and other restaurants. ......some people comment about the political side.....stick with the issue......they are closed on Sunday so they can be home with there families......not a bad idea .....they provide good quality sandwiches, shakes and care about the customer.....

So angry. I called to order a small tray of nuggets because it's cheaper than ordering six meals. The manager says I'm sorry, no trays after 9 pm. I say, it's 850? He says but it takes 15 minutes to make, so no. I ask when are you open until? He says ten. I say So you're going to make me drive all the way there, order the same exact amount as a tray, pay twice as much and have to sit there and wait? He says Company Policy. I got there, ordered my kids food and sat to wait watching the manager throw away the coffee, take out the trash, ask people to step away from the counter and wait over bunched up in the corner in the pick up area and basically start closing the store at 9....when they close at ten. I'm GLARING at him, he is ignoring me, and the huge line. Another employee then asks the manager why he's doing all the closing work now and he says "We are getting out of here at 10:01, and we're getting out of here earlier tomorrow because it's Good Friday so nobody will be eating meat" I've heard horrible things about the customer service at the Newtown Chik Fil A and now I've witnessed it first hand. Horrible ignorant power hungry night manager. I am very upset. My friends who have suffered thru the same said to call corporate. I'm very angry.

Day 2 still out of Peach Shakes. Not good at all. What a huge disappointment ! I think most people are familiar with Chick-fil-A so will just limit my comments to a few of my favorite things here: Specialty seasonal shakes: the now-missing peach shakes and the peppermint shakes during winter Tortilla soup during the winter:not sure if it's every year or if they skip years but it is awesome and I can't stand when they take it away And the sweet tea: it is usually fresh and I'd love to buy a gallon for the weekend. I have had a couple experiences where it was stale which tastes awful. can't stand stale tea Oriental chicken salad with sesame dressing is delicious

The thing is I really want to give this place a 5 star rating, but I can't after my latest trip here. We wet through the drive through to order. The clerk messed up our order a few times, but eventually got it straight. No big deal, things happen.As we pulled away, i went to put a fry in my mouth, and realized someone's hair was on it.i was so grossed out. Then, I look down in the bag, and the chocolate chip cookies we ordered were placed on top of the hot chicken nuggets and sandwich that were fresh out of the fryer. The cookies were pretty melted. Once we got to our destination, I actually tasted the fries; they were burned and not salted at all. Maybe it was an off day today, but I wasn't a happy customer!

As "fast food" places go, I have to hand it to Chick-Fil-A. Always pleasant service and QUICK. Love the waffle fries!

Dining area is always clean. They have never messed up my order. All workers extremely pleasant, and I always appreciate the coupons I get sometimes on the receipt for a free sandwich next time. My favorite fast food!

Chick-Fil-A happens to be my favorite fast food restaurant. Their Grilled Chicken Sandwich is fresh and tasty. As a franchise they do a lot of things right: free drink refills, customer service people wandering asking if everything is ok, and a lot of community service. Since this individual location underwent new management a couple years ago, they have gotten very stingy with their policies, especially relating to coupons. But their milkshakes are fantastic!
