2 stars due to the unbelievably long wait. I can understand that restaurants get busy, but I do not expect to wait around without even a menu or water for over half an hour. Food was good, not amazing, but good. Dog friendly on their porch.

Great selection of mix and match 6packs... Pizza is great... Subs are amazing... Bar is really nice too!! Waffle fries are a must have .. Staff is friendly... Although if you sit in to eat in the bar , some of the servers seem clueless ... Other than that food and beer gets 5 stars! Keep the great beer coming... And we will be back !

Would not let me do no stars! They do have beer so give it one star. We sat at the bar and took the suggestion of Fajitas from the bar tender. I would not feed them to a dog. No taste! Lancaster County with no spice or flavor. After the crappy meal we got no service at the bar. Would have gotten another beer but he walked by 3 times and I had an empty glass and motioned to him but he kept walking. Find another place pass on this one!

Best burgers and fries in town! Recently, they've invested heavily in renovations that have added nicer outdoor seating, a pizza oven and a bar which helps to make the place a more comfortable and enjoyable place to dine. Luckily, though, the food has not changed which has been the reason we keep coming back. If you're a spicy foods person, ask them about the grandmother's homemade relish that they often sell by the jar. It is very spicy and GREAT on burgers and other sandwiches. While not on the menu and not always available, if they have it, they'll likely add it if you ask. (Don't forget to ask for the rest of the jar to take home with you.)

This new sports bar is a sleeper success. Didn't even know about it until a couple weeks ago. They did an incredible job. Right here in Neffsville. Those other new sports bars don't hold a candle to this place. Great food, fantastic beer list, and attentive friendly service...and lots of big TVs for Sunday afternoon football. Please go but don't take my seat on Sundays.

This once-incredle Philly hoagie/steak sandwich joint has tried to upgrade itself into a big sports bar in this TINY hamlet of Neffsville, just about 10 minutes outside the city of Lancaster AND less 3 freaking miles from a Buffalo Wild Wings!!! I'd love to know who the moron is that came up with this WAY less-than-intellegent "business" model (and I'm being WAY too generous in this assessment!), especially since they LOCK THE DOORS at 9:00PM!!!! BTW, they lost every single homemade bagel & shmear customer that flooded the place EVERY week-day morning ... just to serve a few of the local drunks all the way to 9:00PM! In addition, they've cancelled their VERY respectable, very localized delivery service to a lot of customers (me incuded) for the excuse that they needed the manpower to run this fa-cock-ta bar that is TOO BIG, TOO EMPTY, and a worthless addition to their once-successful sandwich joint!!! From what experience do I speak, you might ask? I have over 30 years experience in the management of the food & beverage industry! This "sports bar" wanna-be has made EVERY rookie mistake possible in the book!!! WHO, in their right mind would try to set up this business disaster-in-waiting without checking what their LOCAL competition's is going to be even before beginning their own project?!?!?!? WORST example of a basic business plan I have EVER SEEN!!! I was a loyal customer of that one of a kind and ONLY TRULY AUTHENTIC Philly inspired steak/hoagie sandwich shop in ALL of Lancaster County! As much as I will miss that one-of-a-kind taste I grew up on, I will never forgive them for abandoning their local regulars, the bread-and-butter that was responsible for for keeping them alive and in business in the lean times of the year! But I will no longer support rank amateurs trying to open a business they have no f-ing experience or background in and an already-failed, unsound business paradigm.

For a a sandwich shop, this place is amazing. It's weird, sure. It doesn't look like it's going to be a restaurant. I didn't totally even expect to like it. But the menu was full of sandwiches, and I was craving meat and bread. The prices for the sandwiches are really amazing. We ordered a Philly cheesesteak and a BBQ chicken sandwich on our first visit. You get SO much for about 6-7 dollars. The philly cheesteaks are literally longer than my forearm. And delicious, rivaling the cheesesteaks in South Philly, dare I say better? At least as good. The bread is amazing and fresh! Their meat is really a nice quality, I couldn't believe I actually liked a chicken breast sandwich (chicken usually freaks me the hell out, but once I took a bite of my husband's we decided to split!). The fries are fresh cut and fried and super yummy, some of the better boardwalk fries I've had, especially in the area. Prices are really good. I can get two sandwiches and fries for under 20 dollars, and have left overs because seriously I cannot eat a sandwich on my own. It's perfect to pick up on the way home for days when I don't want to make dinner, and their eat in service is good too.

Mmm, sandwiches ---------- FOOD: They have soup and salad, sandwiches, burgers, hoagies and factory hoagies. Exactly what the difference between a hoagie and a factory hoagie is, Im not sure. I got a veggie hoagie, and like the sandwich factory in Lancaster, they use good bread. Look, good bread is THE key component to a sandwich. If you aint got it (looking at subway), then you aint got a good sandwich. DECOR: Its a new store in an older building. It used to be a bubbies bagels store but was recently updated. So the decor is pretty modern, its clean and really pretty big. Especially when compared to the Lancaster location. SERVICE: There were a bunch of people standing around just waiting to do something, so service was super fast. I didnt even get a chance to look at the menu before they were helping me. I got a sandwich to go, so I didnt get a waitress. But there are tables and wait staff around. RATING: 4 M's for mmmm. Remember, good bread makes a sandwich. (You hear that Subway?) ---------- FINAL THOUGHTS: If it wasnt so far away from my house, (not really, but its not blocks either) this would be my preferred sandwich place. The Sandwich Factory in the city is just way to small. Getting into the parking lot may be tricky as neffsville has a congestion problem. I went on a saturday and it was busy. During the week Rt 501 is really crowded, backed up and just not a lot of fun.

Great food and a great environment. A great place to hoagies, especially for upcoming Superbowl.

Had the egg salad on wheat, which tasted good but gave me a stomach ache. Also had a house salad, which I thought was way overpriced. A handful of iceberg, some romaine, a few tomato slices and a microscopic amount of carrots for $6.00.

Good sandwiches and they deliver. Try the Cuban, but may ask them to go light on the mustard .

We had driven by the Sandwich Factory many times since moving back to the area, and decided to give it a try. It looked like an awesome place to eat and the parking lot was usually pretty full. Upon entering, we found the atmosphere of the newly renovated establishment to be somewhat lacking and mediocre. My husband likened it to trying to be an old school, yet modernized tavern. There are definitely plenty of TVs for watching football or hockey or what have you, and everything was well positioned for everyone's viewing pleasure. There were also some cushy recliners with tables for that sports watching/eating in your living room feel. We went on the Sunday of the Eagles' bye week so that it wouldn't be too crowded, but we could still watch some football while we ate. We immediately discovered that it definitely has it's regulars, as the bar was about 1/2 full with people who all seemed to know each other and the bartenders pretty well. You have your choice of ordering take out, or being seated. We were seated at a table and given menus. When we try a new place, especially a sports bar or pizza joint, we immediately go for the wings as an appetizer. If you can't cook wings as a bar, you don't deserve to be in the business. That day, they had $7 Yuengling pitchers, which wasn't bad, so we with that. I went with the Cheese steak and the hubby with the Western Chicken Sandwich. The wings were good, but very under sauced. When you got one with sauce on it, it was great. They were well cooked, still moist, and the hot sauce was decently spicy. They just needed a little more to make them great. My cheese steak was average. The steak itself was cooked well, and not dried out, but lacked any seasoning. A little salt and pepper when cooking go a long way. The amount of cheese was a little lacking, and the marinara sauce was a little bland. The roll was done well, just a little crunchy on the edges, but still nice and soft as a good roll should be. The hubby's chicken was cooked well, still moist, and the overall sandwich, while again, lacking a little salt and pepper, was good. The only downside I found was that nothing comes with sides. We had our 2 year old in tow, and their 2 item kids menu (grilled cheese or chicken fingers) did not appeal to her. The plan was to simply share our fries with her, but with no sides to be offered, we had to order some from the appetizer menu for her to snack on. Overall, it was an ok experience and a little disappointing with how great the place looked from the outside. But, appearance only gets you so far. For us, it's not a place we would frequent, or really go again, unless it was a bar only trip and we were toddler free on a Sunday.

Service is way below par and the food really not that good had the burger and it was so dry fries were kind of good but at a total cost of over 40 dollars for three people could do a lot better in other places in town

Can't believe they opened right down the street from me! A nice variety of sandwiches that is not seen in most sandwich shops. They have a daily soup, which is tasty. Very good cheese steak but I like Captain Gus's better.
