This was the dirtiest restaurant I've been to...dust on the blinds, food caked on the windowsill, carpet had crumbs everywhere. It was as though the employees had no pride in keeping the place clean. I kept telling the kids not to touch anything. The employee cleaning the salad bar did a dismal job, dropped a tong, and left it on the floor. The food itself was fine (though I question their practices with the lack of cleanliness in the front of house). The kids' selection is varied enough and includes non-french fry options. The salad bar was inconsistently stocked when we were there. Our waiter looked tired but was nice, though one entree (a burger) took a long time to come out. Had it not been very late and way past dinnertime with cranky kids, we would have gone somewhere else. BTW, look out for 3 giant potholes right outside the front door.

Decent good and good salad bar. The shrimp dip was quite tasty! I had tilapia with shrimp and a side of the salad bar and broccoli.

Certainly not haute cuisine... But has lots of great options if you "watching what you eat". Garden bar and FT sides such as spaghetti squash, sautéed zucchini and mashed cauliflower are a nice touch. There's almost always coupons in local papers too.

Good food, good service with the exception that it took a long time to pay with few customers. Good experience overall.

RT is a favorite of ours, and this is the best of them. We always ask to be seated in Ryan's section because he's a great server.

The Ruby Tuesday in Moosic is hit or miss. Sometimes it is a good representation of the chain others it's a pretty poor experience. The restaurant is clean, the food is hit or miss, I received cold pasta and a cold burger on separate occasions. The waitstaff is generally friendly. The salad bar is also not always kept up with, which considering the salad bar is what makes Ruby Tuesday unique against the similar chains, is problematic. There are not too many dining options in the area, so if you're looking for this type of food it's probably the best you're going to do.

Menu items and staff are always on-par, but the salad bar really needs work. Constantly out of everything including plates and low-quality (sat out too long). Management needs to take notice and make it a priority.

One more stop at a chain restaurant, one more time saying to myself: Never again! As all chains do, the interior is okay, the staff is friendly, but the food - and isn't it why one goes to a restaurant? Well, it's rich in protein ,that's for sure. For the price... And the salad bar is there to save you from a lack healthy vegetables that typically come on the side... That's about where the good news end. We ordered 4 different dishes for a family of 4. All of them were quite ordinary. The food was certainly pre-made, then reheated and sauced just prior to serving... That's what you get at a typical chain. Fresh and tasty and what we ate there were the polar opposites... Did I mention dirty silver? The only saving grace was that we were so hungry (but no so much so to go to McDonald's) and after eating at Ruby's we came out quite full in the end, all carefully washed down by Sam Adams Winter Ale so my stomach was telling me - it's not so bad. But I knew that feeling was deceiving.. The only thing I am not sure if there is better food around this area... We're going to check out Longhorn tonight and Doc's Oyster house tomorrow... Will find out and let you know!

Yes my loyal and loving friends and fans, it is time for another review about the hidden wonders of everyday life. Croutons....doesn't spark any lusty thoughts does it? Probably not unless you've had the pleasure of experiencing THE BEST DAMN CROUTONS ON THE PLANET!!!! Ok you can probably see where this is going but please allow me to expand upon my statement. First of all Ruby Tuesdays have undergone a makeover since you may have last been to one and now look quite modern and inviting in all their restaurants. Second their menu is nice, with lots of options and superb burger selections at reasonable fares. In today's highly competitive mid-fare chain restaurant field (Applebees, Bennigans, TGI Fridays, etc), Ruby Tuesday definitely deserves a second look. The hidden superstar, secret weapon, and unsung hero of their menu is actually their croutons! Ever encounter a crouton that just exploded when you try to put a fork in them? These croutons are not those. Ever encounter a crouton that was so hard you could build a house with them? These croutons are not those. Imagine guiding your fork to stab that little cubed piece of heaven only to see the fork sink gracefully in and then eating the crouton only to be greeted by a pleasantly light crisp and yet soft texture. How is this possible you say? I had to ask for myself! First they use what I believe is Bavarian bread (that unbelievably delicious brown bread that taste so much better than Pumpernickel) that tastes great then they bake and fry the croutons to achieve that perfect marriage between crispiness and pillowiness. Now I know what you're thinking, and yes I do tend to embellish a little on my experiences especially when it comes to food (i.e. see Herr's Grilled Cheese talk story) but treat yourself sometime and see what you think :-D. -ct

Ok... I bumped into this spot when they were literally opening up. It was just us 3 in the restaurant so we had our waitress full attention-very happy about that. The service and food was great. It was just a quiet area and very relaxing.

Ugh, never again... Wilted salad bar, dry salmon, nasty rice. Only gave it a star b/c the crabcake was really good.

My family loved the food hear. I waiter was very sweet, but she was slow getting our refills. I love the option of the salad bar. Will return again whenever we're in the area

The food was extremely expensive, and the portions were really small. Thank goodness that I chose the salad bar option, or I would have went home starving. The service was pretty much non-existent. The server took forever and kept ignoring us. It took her forever to refill my drink, and they were pretty slow. She also called me SIR, which greatly offended me. Also, when we first got there, apparently she had no idea that she was our server. REALLY? When she took our plates back to the kitchen, she ended up dropping and smashing them! Well, thank goodness that it was on the way back rather than when she was serving us the food. Honestly, the menu is kind of terrible. They used to have a much better selection. Going here ruined my day, and I am never going back.

This place is usually very consistent with great service. However, it's gone down in both within the last few weeks. The food tastes like it's gone straight from the freezer into a microwave, which leaves an awful gummy texture in the steaks. The dessert was ok but tasted burned. I hope it's a short term thing they're working on because I like the location and never had problems in the past.

Asiago Steak is flavorless. The Top Sirloin is juicy and full of flavor, and the Ribeye is top notch! My dining companion, Abigail G., had the Black & Blue burger which was cooked perfectly, with a delicious pretzel bun. My wife forewent her usual burger of choice-the Portobello Onion Pretzel burger- and instead opted for the grilled chicken salad which was scrumptious and pleasantly immense. Special shout-out to our waiter, Peter M., who always is a friendly face! Peter once figured out the cheapest meal based on some coupons we had.

This is the only Ruby Tuesday's I have ever went to... I hate chain restaurants... And the only reason we went here was because everywhere else was all booked up! The food was absolutely horrible and I wouldn't recommend it.

The food here is very good, filling, and worth the money. This is my second time at this specific Ruby Tuesdays first time my girlfriend got a burger and she raved about how good it is when she was eating it. Second time she got the same thing, maybe a different kind. Wheat buns instead of white. And of course you always have your choice of a pretzel roll which of those are awesome no matter where you get them. As for me the first time I was here I got chicken and broccoli parm over penne pasta. It was delicious. I like to try different things so the second time I got chicken quesadillas and they come with the salad bar. I found myself full off the salad bar before my meal came but it wasn't because the meals took too long to be prepared. So after thinking of the chicken penne pasta was so good and I wouldn't like anything else is much I think I like the chicken quesadillas even more. The only thing I didn't like was the orange sauce that came with the quesadillas. But I'm sure you could probably order different stuff if you don't like it. It was some sort of hot dressing. Not sure exactly what it was but it had more heat and flavor and it didn't have much heat. No for some reason Ruby Tuesdays in Dickson city has different fries then here. I have to say the dicks and cities Ruby Tuesday fries are much better because they have some sort of batter dip before they are fried and the ones here are just plain blah fries. Both times I was here service was best in the beginning and slacked off a little bit after you got your meal. They seem to be in more of a hurry to take your order can get you your food then they are to check and see if you need anything else but it also means they don't bug you to hurry up with your meal so I guess it depends on your preference of how you like to be waited on. I don't like chasing down a waitress/waiter to get a check. Another good thing about the service was a waitress brought us some very warm and delicious garlic knots. Score, big tip for that move! All in all we enjoyed it here very much and we will be back for a third visit.

We were served moldy onions and soggy, cold burgers. Questionable food safety practices.
