I know for coffee snobs like myself, I should turn my nose up at this huge corporation. But having experienced the real deal in Italy and France I am THANKFUL I can find a decent coffee in most American cities. I like their Via- instant coffee for when I'm without real coffee- be it camping, or visiting the homes of non coffee drinkers. I personally have my own Espresso/cappuccino maker at home and I fuss over beans and the setting on my grinder. I buy Starbucks whole bean decaf espresso, but for my regular (yes I drink regular) I choose other places. But the reason for many visits to Starbucks: their brewed decaf is excellent. Also not available at all locations :( True coffee drinkers like myself must resort to decaf as the day wears on. This location was recently refurbished and the seating is very friendly to using laptops on counters with stools, sitting in comfy chairs, and an outdoor seating that is also non smoking

You know what you are getting with Starbucks if you are familiar with this coffee chain. Fast service, lots of tasty drinks for those with any different preference. Expensive. This location seems to have more indoor seating than some others I have seen. My faves are hot lattes and if you are a chai lover like me, I highly suggest trying the Oprah chai! Enjoy!

Tasty beverage. Quick service. Courteous employees. Large location. Inside and outside seating. What else could you ask from a Starbucks? I would definitely come back!

This is the largest Starbucks in the Monroeville area, but if you're stopping in for a quick coffee - try the one in Penn Center Plaza. The staff is always professional and friendly here. And don't be scared of a long line on weekend days - it moves quickly!

I am confused about everyone's attachment to Starbucks coffee. I understand the specialty drinks on occasion, but for someone who likes a good cup of black coffee on the go, Starbucks isn't your place. I've yet to have a cup of coffee that didn't taste burnt. It's a shame because of how convenient they are. Anyways I'm giving this a 4 star because it's one of the better Starbucks and the new remodel is nice...they obviously aren't changing they're Pike Place roast anytime soon, which I think is quite awful. Obviously they're not changing their coffee anytime soon as they shouldn't. They're successful and I have an insignificant opinion

This is a great Starbucks, very clean. The staff is very friendly, Tony, David, Rich, and Denise...just to name a few. So be sure to stop in for a great cup of coffee

Newly remodeled. The place opened up a bit. Have been going here for years so it was nice to see the change. There is no drive thru. That is a problem for me since I am usually on the go and it just makes things easier.

Lots of comfortable seating! The service is quick and accurate, just as one would expect from a Starbucks. The interior really sets this one apart though. It's a great place to come read or study on one of their many comfy chairs.

For avid coffee drinkers, Starbucks is the company coffee chain for you. I usually order an iced green tea latte with the occasional extra whipped cream (yum)! Likes: Chill atmosphere for hanging out with friend/s or even for an individual to do their studies/reading, Wi-Fi access (did I mention it's free?), friendly baristas and quick too. Dislikes: The restroom is outrageously unfit for anyone to use, their workers are fast but this location can get real busy real quick so expect a waiting line, large area but limited seating, the parking lot is very restricted in size and unsafe due to the shared lot with the other surrounding stores and bank, and the layout is a bit confusing (depends on which entrance you enter). Overall, if you're looking for a quick fix on caffeine then this location is for you. Also, this certain Starbucks is a lot faster, convenient, and friendlier than the Starbucks located in Penn Center.

Coffee is always great and the service is great too! It's been busy at times but they get you in and out really fast.

This is a very entertaining visit to my local Starbucks after a busy day of travel. There is this boxer guy with 2 black eyes and various face lacerations talking on the cell phone VERY LOUDLY while in line and after he got his coffee. Dropping f-bombs. Talking to his boxer buddy QUITE LOUDLY about the various problems of life, not getting paid by promoter, waiting too long for doctor, lack of sleep, getting drug tested and various other boxing related issues. He is now pacing back and forth while talking AT A HIGH VOLUME while various workers and coffee drinkers roll their eyes and smirk. I was contemplating taking a quick picture or video to document this experience but then decided against the idea - perhaps I would end up being the other guy at SBUX with 2 black eyes. YO ADRIAN! The service and coffee was excellent today.

I love Starbucks and love the atmosphere of this location, but my friends and I came her to revisit a memory of us coming here and sitting for over 2 hours and just talking. This visit though was not as memorable. We got there about two hours before the place closed on a Saturday night, so it was not a dead time for the place. However, they had the entire back section where some of the comfier seats are completely flipped up and closed off. There were still two hours before closing time, yet they had already called it a night and cleaned up part of the restaurant. We would up staying for only 15 minutes because we could not get comfortable in the crowded place. The drinks and servers were good, but the fact they had cleaned up and closed up part of the inside was a disappointment.

This starbucks was recently renovated and now holds the coveted Clover brewing machine. I HIGHLY recommend trying a clover brewed coffee, mind blowing. The inside is very modern/industrial now and there is plenty of single seating or even a community style bar/table. Pretty cool.

Our favorite and local Starbucks. This is a large Starbucks and is probably so because they moved in here and set up shop after former Kenny Rogers Rotisserie Chicken Restaurant closed. This location has a wide range of seating options with lots of room for many people to sit and enjoy. I see a lot of folks doing business sessions, or studying, or just relaxing. There is some alfresco seating for the warmer months. Sometimes the line gets long, but I think they have been working on improving the flow and speed of service. I think this might be one of the furthest east locations and so it draws lots of business from busy Monroeville and further out.

Mmm... I like this Starbucks the most. It is large and it has MANY comfy chairs. I was able to get my Black-eye and a cup of oatmeal with nuts, dried fruit and honey and just sit and enjoy myself. Funny situation, the barista was trying to show off his linguistic know how. He would do this with each of his customers by saying what he wanted in English and then saying the same thing in Spanish. Everyone was awed by his "mastery" of the language. I thought this was amusing. According to my grandmother and mother, I have an accent when I speak Spanish -- not a strong accent, but an accent none the less. When the guy did his schpeal with me, I replied. Really caught him off guard. I told him that he had a fairly strong accent from what I could tell. He blushed. Yeah...amazing how perspective can change the way you see things -- thanks Miami.

I am not a big coffee drinker but I always like Starbucks. This Starbucks is clean and never had a problem ordering. The coffee, tea, and food are very good. The problem like all Starbucks, everything is expensive.

Best Sbux I've been to in a while. Baristas were extremely friendly and funny. Also, a fairly large location, considering that newer Starbucks seem to be fairly narrow with limited seating. Additionally, my drink was made to perfection.
