OK........look at all the great reviews? Obviously written by children or people who act like children. Variety, yep. Tasty, OK. Price, not so much. If you are looking to spend a load of money, wait in line in a very unorganized system and be aggravated, then either you have small kids or you act like small children... First, be prepared for a line. Summer, winter, anytime. When you get inside you will see that this is mostly the fault of Sweet Frog. The machines line the left side of the wall towards the back. The hallway slims down the further back you go. Think of it like this. Road construction with a lane closed and every idiot runs right up to the end before merging over and wham! Traffic Jam! Now just imagine that 90% of those people are kids. No idea, spoiled, bratty, entitled children. Yeah, it gets messy..........But as always, do you blame the kids or the parents? Since beating either seems like fun, but against the law, you are left to deal with other peoples ignorance as well as a very poor design by Sweet Frog. Serve yourself..........nice concept in theory, but doesn't work so well here. So you finally get your stuff in your cup and move to the toppings bar. Plenty of options. Then you get to the register and have it weighed...yes weighed. My wife and I spent 10 bucks. Expensive? You decide. 10 bucks to be thrown in a pit of unruly children and have 30 minutes of my life wasted? NO THANKS.

Great variety and interesting flavored, loads of topping choices. Bad layout though and the pay by weight is weird. But overall I thought it was good and I will go back again

Definitely my favorite local froyo spot! They have a great variety of flavors that also change seasonally, as well as many topping options. The prices are probably the cheapest I've ever seen for a froyo place. Only downfall is that the place is pretty small so it can become crowded very easily. There are tables but again, space is limited so there have been times when my friends and I have sat on the outside curb to eat or sat in our car. But all in all, I love this place.

Decent flavors every time that I have gone but the place is so small and cramped. There have been times I have gone and the line is out the door. Also, people like to look around at stuff for a long time and the wait did take longer than expected. Toppings are always different and fresh which is good. Staff is very slow and always seem to be in some weird zombie like trance...not much talking at check out and seem bored out of their minds. The yogurt is sub par and there is not much room to sit inside. The Cedar Cliff location is much roomier and welcoming. This sweet frog seems to be hidden by everything else on the Carlisle Pike. Meh.

Most of their flavors, besides tart, just tasted like bad bland ice cream that was slightly runny and with lots of sugar. They missed the idea of what frozen yogurt is supposed to taste like: fresh, icy, not too creamy or sugary, rich texture. Some flavors, like pistachio, lacked the actual flavor. Flavors tried: Tart, Pistachio, Mint, Strawberry, Gingerbread, Dulce De Leche

The yogurt here is so good and refreshing! They have a lot of flavors including dairy free and low fat. The toppings are plentiful and I pile fruits on mine and the fruits are freshly cut. There are plenty of tables and the place is super clean and the customer service is outstanding.

Hanging out here on a bright sunny 91 degree afternoon, trying out their orange sorbet with vanilla & salty caramel topping! Must try once combination!

Finally! Froyo in South Central PA! Reasonably priced relative to the large chains like Pink Berry and Red Mango, good selection of flavors, and fresh toppings. I love this place. I only wish they would open one closer to Hershey, so I wouldn't have to drive 25 minutes each way to get to it.

This place just turns me off. It is very childish: the color scheme is white, green, and pink. The stupid frog mascot is EVERYWHERE. YOU CANT ESCAPE ITS GLARE. The froyo is pretty ordinary, and they don't advertise the middle flavor combo possibility. They also don't have any sample cups, or if they did they didn't advertise it. They had a lot of toppings, but the bar was ATROCIOUS. There were toppings mixed with other toppings, the spoons were sticky, and the fruit wasn't attractive. I also saw how they refill toppings- they just pour the new stuff on top of the old stuff. Ew. The price is good, actually cheap. The whole store was really grimey: the floor was sticky as if there was dried froyo on it, and the tables never looked like they have been cleaned. Not a good atmosphere, not clean, and we didn't receive good customer service. You get what you pay for: cheap.

I've actually been to a different Carlisle location but I'm assuming the ice cream is the same. I typically do not enjoy eating at "chain" restaurants, but I have to say this one is pretty good! Though I'm not ice cream/fro yo expert, I enjoy that I can plan for a treat without breaking the calorie bank. I love going in, choosing my flavors, and then adding whatever it is I feel like that day. My latest concoction? Toasted marshmallow yogurt, mini chocolate chips, mini marshmallows and a bunch of graham crumbs - ta da - S'more sundae. So good. I saw a lot of reviews that the price wasn't great but I've never had it go above $3.00. I have gone to a similar place in Philadelphia and spent three times that on the same type/size dessert so for me I thought it was a great deal!

I think I'd give a higher rating if the layout of this place wasn't so horrible. It seems counterproductive in this small place to funnel in your customers to the back and have them work their way forward, especially in the narrow hallway where you select your yogurt. The layout would probably work better in a larger location.I tripped over and bumped into unsupervised kids who pushed in front of other people to get their treats. Then, after it was all said and done, I was inclined to eat in my car since 1) every seat inside the small shop was taken and 2) it was a it too cold out for al fresco enjoyment. As for the food, it was great to have healthier options for both the yogurt and the toppings. I can't speak for every flavor they had available, but the orange and raspberry I tried were refreshing and had good flavor in my opinion.

The Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt shop caught my eye when the sign went up mainly because of the cute name and mascot, but I am happy to say they have some delicious treats to back up all that cute! The layout of the store is a little odd, but essentially you need to make you way to the back of the store and pick up a cup (whatever size you like, I'll explain in a moment). Once you have your cup there is a WALL of yogurt machines (maybe 8?) that each offer two flavors plus the option of twist of each of those flavors as well. I opted to try the following 8 flavors: Dolce de leche Cappuccino Red Velvet Cake Batter Cheesecake Mango Chocolate Vanilla All of these were quite tasty, but the real stand outs for me were Dolce de leche, Red Velvet, and Mango. Each flavor was rich, full, and felt like something a bit out of the ordinary. When choosing a cup, choose whatever makes sense for you, but ultimately you don't pay by the size of the cup, but rather by weight of the contents of your cup. The current pricing is 39.9 cents per ounce which averaged my wife and I about $3.00 for a fairly full 12oz cup. Last but not least is the toppings bar --- my jaw about hit the floor as they have probably 50 options from fresh fruit, to candy, crumbled cookies and other delectable goodies as well as hot fudge and caramel. At the end of the line I spied some squeeze bottle options and took a shot at Peanut Butter and their Nutella. Both the Peanut Butter and the Nutella sauces were spot on and delicious. If I could only point out one negative, it's the seating. The seating looks great but it is very lightweight as are the tables and in my toddler's exuberance to get some "ice cream" the table was easily slid all over the place. Should you go to Sweet Frog and eat some frozen yogurt pretending it's health food? Nope, but you should go to Sweet Frog and indulge your sweet tooth and be happy! If you end up liking it, they have a loyalty card they punch for each cup sold and after 10 punches you get one cup free. Enjoy!

It's strange to see multiple reviews that indicate the prices here are reasonable. I must not get out much because I felt what I got was pretty pricey. Worth it? Yepper. Very very smooth and very creamy. Loved the topping choices and no doubt, that is why my dessert cost $6 but I will definitely be going back. I'll just try not to be Miss Piggy the next time. The layout is not conducive to getting in and out fast especially if children are there because they seem to have trouble deciding. And not much seating inside or out and no space to really add any. They are probably doing the best they can with the space they have. Since rentals are priced per square foot, I'm sure they wanted to keep the size of their shop down.

Sweet Frog is so good! Their frozen yogurt quality is nowhere near as great as Pinkberry, but they are definitely my favorite do-it-yourself place. Their prices are also very good compared to most do-it-yourself froyo places! I could get the same size froyo, if not smaller, somewhere in Massachusetts and it would be at least $2.50 more, so I love that Sweet Frog is affordable! The atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing, the staff is so kind, and I love that they are a Christian company. They also have a wide variety of awesome toppings, and many different kinds of froyo to choose from. It's a great find close to campus!

Im from Pittsburgh where i worked in a Coldstone Creamery for 4 years. I went to Sweet Frog last night for some desert and oh my goodness. It was AMAZING. The only downside to this would be the insane line into the place. Another downside to this place is the fact that you could end up spending $10 bucks on yourself if your not careful. Anyways, You walk in grab your bowl and walk down the line of deliciousness. You pick your yogurt or yougurts and squirt however much you want into your bowl. Continue down the line and there are the toppings, Marshmellow Fluff, Strawberrys, fritos, nilla wafers, EVERYTHING (and yes thats not a mispelling, they have FRITOS for their yogurt). My personal creation was Cheesecake Yogurt, Cookies And Cream Yogurt, And Chocolate Yogurt all mixed up with Hot Fudge, Marshmellow fluff, brownie pieces (best part of the creation) Nilla Wafers (a Little too large for the yogurt, hard to break up with a plastic spoon) and some chocolate pieces. As i said before extremely delicious, I tried my girlfriends Strawberry Lemonade with the strawberry poppers and strawberries in it. Oh my gosh i wish i could be buried in a gigantic vat of it, im a HUGE Strawberry Lemonade fan and the strawberry poppers were so interesting and delicious. Amazing. Period. Ahh the pricing, i almost forgot, its based off of weight. You pay per ounce so depending on how much toppings or yogurt you get it could get quite pricey.

The yogurt and toppings are so good. The toppings always seem fresh, especially compared to My Sweet Cup.

Right down the road from 2 other frozen yoghurt locations this place is slightly cheaper than Bamboo and still has everything that you'd expect from an establishment like this.

im not gonna be too rude about this, but lets just say...this place is OVERRATED! i honestly been to multiple fro-yo places and this one just stinks!!! i prefer 16 handles, but needless to say sweet frogs tart is...just okay, meh..ive had better... PS; too expensive and not worth the price at all.
