Kountry Kitchen is a good diner. With a big menu including some PA Dutch favorites as well as the usual suspects, it is great for a family brunch, lunch or dinner. Friendly waitstaff are quick and helpful.

Now under new management! Now that the owners have returned, I have not had any issues at this place anymore. The last 2 times I've been here, services has been upped, food quality has been better and I haven't been disappointed.

Been here twice now for brunch and we love the place! It's become our go to spot for breakfast in Manheim. We've tried the kountry omelet, the kountry feast and the kids pancakes and French toast breakfasts and they all been delicious. The staff is very friendly and the coffee is really good too!

Was here for breakfast with a couple of Friends. Ordered the Kountry Kitchen Feast like who would refuse a full breakfast on a Sunday. Two over easy eggs, sausage, crisp slices of bacon, french toast and homefries. Simply delicious!!! The rye toast with melted butter was so creamy. I had a hearty breakfast and finally ate the french toast. Yummy. The Monte Cristo was tasty. My friend devoured the fries with the dressing and maple syrup for dipping. Staff was friendly and attentive. Brought all the entrees at one time. Came back numerous times to double check to see if we need more coffee and drinks. This is the place where all the local hang out before and after church.

Great service and awesome diner food. Everyone on the staff was super friendly and on top of service. The food was just as good as the service was. Really a great find out in the country. Wish we lived closer...!

This place is a diner, straight and simple. The menu, place mats, specials, etc are all what you'd expect from a diner. The food was not especially good, but there was certainly nothing wrong with it. The servers were friendly, the plates were clean, the tables were wiped down, etc. It's all you expect from a fine roadside diner.

KK is what I would consider a 'diner.' They do all the classics wonderfully. They offer standard breakfast & dinner options & handcut fries. Their soup could use a little improvement & their Hollandaise sauce could be less thick. But all in all- they do a decent Greek salad, gyro, turkey club & all the usuals just as a diner should.

Had good service today for a quick breakfast. The food is just a bit bland, even more since the new owners took over.

I was in town for business and didn't want to drift off of 72 since I didn't know the area and didn't have a GPS so I stopped in here because it was close. The atmosphere was decent and the staff was somewhat friendly. The burger and fries I had were just ok as well. It was an overall average experience. The men's bathroom was a bit on the gross side. I really hate restaurants with dirty bathrooms.

We've eaten here 3-4 times, both breakfast and dinner, in an attempt to find out what's good since so many people recommended it when we moved to Manheim. All our meals have been notably lackluster so far. We like to patronize locally-owned joints whenever possible and this cozy little place has a nice atmosphere. The service is okay to good and I appreciate that they don't have TVs. Always lots of patrons, many obviously regulars. I understand this restaurant is owned by the same folks that operate Brickerville House north of Lititz, where we still go occasionally and consider a 3-star restaurant. We'd eat at KK again if their quality of ingredients and preparation improved a little.

The servers are super nice but that didn't make-up for the bland food and the health code violations that were just listed in the paper. 17 VIOLATIONS and the inspection before was close to the same!

Really wanted to check this place out for awhile after driving past it a lot and reading the good reviews. Thanks for letting me down Yelp. This place is not worth a return visit. In general the place is small with VERY small booths. Service was slow to the point that I seriously wanted to leave after waiting more than 30 minutes and still not receiving our order. I decided that I should give it a fair chance because service doesn't always reflect the food. My son ordered the Kountry Kitchen fries with chicken and a fruit punch. The fruit punch tasted like soap and he traded it for lemonade. The KK fries were bland, boring and not worth the price. I ordered the Greek charbroiled chicken sandwich. It was average, nothing more. My other half ordered the Baked Mac n' Cheese special with Haddock. That was not baked mac and cheese...that was KRAFT mac and cheese straight out of the blue box. The fish was freezer burnt. The entire meal was not worth $10.25. This place needs Restaurant Impossible ASAP!

We've eaten here several times before, but the past few times, the service has been very slow. This time, we were there for about an hour. (We waited at least 20 minutes for soup & a sandwich). The noodles were cold, so we had them reheated. When they came back, they were rubbery & some were hard. We've finally had our last meal there.

We used to be regulars at this place until it changed owners this past year. What was once our go to diner has been ruined. The food is never good anymore. Their once great burgers now come out half frozen! Even breakfast has been poor. Runny eggs and botched orders. Most of the wait staff has left because of abusive owners. One once locked waitresses in so they couldn't leave before their work was done. After many years of coming here three or four times a week, we won't be back.

My step-father ended up in the hospital after eating at this restaurant! We thought he had an heart attack, but it turned out to be food poisoning. this was the only place that he and my mother had been where they had not eaten the same meal. I would highly recommend that you avoid this place at all costs!

A must when in the area. Extensive menu, great prices, nice service. We stopped here yesterday after the Renaissance Fair. Kids meal was a great value and the buffalo chargrilled chicken was awesome. I would have like a little more buffalo sauce but the waiter gave me tobasco sauce which certainly worked well. This was the tastiest buffalo chix sandwich I've had. The only challenge was deciding what to order since it is not around the cornder and we were hungry. Treat yourself if you are in the area.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
