Never a bad meal at the Brickerville ! The iced tea and chicken corn soup are a must every time I go here. The menu has a lot of options and I have never been let down by the quality of food here. Breakfast is awesome too. It also goes a long way that every time I have been in to eat at some point he owner makes his way around to ask us if everything is ok.... One of my all time favorite restaurants in the area !

This review is based on one lunch time visit. On arrival, I was promptly greeted and seated. The restaurant is mix between classic dinner and general store. The menu is extensive and they had several daily specials to choose from. I ordered the Black and Blue Wrap, Cajun seasoned chicken with blue cheese, served with chips and pickles. The wrap was served quickly (about 5 minutes) and was pretty good. It had a generous helping of blue cheese which if lacking would have been disappointing but too much was, well, too much for me. There was also a good helping of chicken. The server was attentive. My meal came with a dessert that I didn't get (rice pudding, jello, pudding, verity of flavored icecream) and I had water. $8.43.

Great food! Great food! Great food! It is hard not to pull into this place every time I drive by. I pass it on so many of my routes. Before I move on, I want to point out that no matter what meal I get I always get an order of fried egg plant. It really isn't anything special, but I love it and so I can never pass it up. I have been to the Brickerville house time and time again. I am originally from Lititz, and so its somewhat nostalgic for me. Its a neat looking restaurant that may feel a little small at times, but don't let that stop you from enjoying the fantastic food! I recommend everything I have ever gotten here. Most recently, Saint Patty's Day Corned Beef and Cabbage. It was a huge portion at a decent price with a tremendous flavor. If you've never been you better get here! Breakfast, lunch and dinner!

I can honestly say I've never had a bad meal here. The food is great, the service fast and friendly, the atmosphere is homey and charming and the menu is extensive. The best Children's Menu we've ever seen. We love the fact that our son can order french toast for dinner and they never even bat at an eye when he asks for another serving. Try the baklava cheesecake for a delicious dessert!

A wonderful dining experience. Great service, great food, great quantities. You must try it. .you will be glad you did. We had the taco bowl and the crab cakes and both were excellent. You have to try the fried eggplant.

I stop here quite often as it is on the way to many of my client's locations. Never had a bad meal or experience. Amazing food, great service and convenient location. Can't go wrong. I do have a secret item that is not on the menu. Ask for a cinnamon swirl pancake. Your life will be different after eating this yummy treat.

It is our "go-to" breakfast spot. The french toast is yummy but the mushrooms in the omelets are canned, yuck! The coffee is not great but if you get there early it's okay. Having eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner there I would suggest sticking with breakfast. The service is always good.

Passing by on 322, they were the only business with customers so we stopped for dinner. The special was chicken and waffles with choice of side. The gravy was thick and a little gelatinous, but very chicken-y, the waffle was standard, and the beet salad was pretty good. Pretty decent dinner for under $10. Nice decor, very friendly service. Very clean too. Would go back if in the area.

Large menu choices for platters & sandwiches, especially burgers...all reasonably priced with generous platter sizes. Very friendly staff with one of the owners (Tony or George) usually checking with each table for service/satisfaction! Usually a very busy family restaurant.

All make this short and sweet. Service was fantastic, pancakes were to die for and based on our party of 6....you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I can't think of anything I would change so they deserve all five stars.

Enjoyed a great breakfast here this morning. The pumpkin Cinnabon pancakes are awesome. They are huge and you can order just one if you'd like. Staff was extremely friendly and the price is great.

I had heard about this place from several people in the area so we decided to try it out. I don't really have any complaints but I don't have much praise either. The service was good, our waitress was quick to take our order and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The burger I had wasn't the most flavorful I've ever had. My wife had the crab cakes and thought they were just okay. Nothing we ordered was of poor quality or tasted bad but nothing blew our minds either. All in all I'd say the service was good, food was descent, and portion sizes were large. I have no reason to say not to eat here, but I have no reason to say you should go out of your way to eat here either. If we do decide to go back we'll probably try out the breakfast menu.

Fantastic breakfast and home-style lunch. Be careful on Sunday, the wait can be up to an hour.

Any place I can get good Eggs Benedict gets three stars right off the bat. I love those things. The Brickerville got an extra star for its friendly, homey staff. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a country cooked meal.

Excellent service, very hearty portions. I had the Stewed Tomato Special with a side of Corned Beef Hash. The hash was very unique yet delicious, with a hint of sweetness. The Stewed Tomatoes needed a little more kick (they have Sriracha as a hot sauce +++). Tanya was very accommodating. I will be back again to try the baked oatmeal, which is apparently the signature of this establishment.

The quality of the food here was unusually good...the veggies were fresh and the food was surprisingly light. I had a Gyro and my friend had a turkey club sandwich. The fries were outstanding...light and flavorful. Prices were very reasonable. The menu was large--most of it looks pretty conventional and judging by the menu I was expecting less, but I was impressed when the food came out. I felt out of place here; I think my friend and I were the only customer in the whole establishment under the age of about 70. It also had a noticeably unfriendly vibe. Out waitress was nice. But I swear, I went to the restroom and a bunch of people were glaring at me. The hostess was also a bit awkward when we went to pay the bill. We needed to get change but the waitress wasn't coming back so we went up to the register to get change and when we returned the waitress had already cleared the table...we wanted to leave a (generous) tip but couldn't find the waitress (after waiting a considerable amount of time) so we asked the hostess if she could give it to our waitress...she just sort of glared at us like everyone else. We left the tip with her but have no idea if the waitress got it or not. Admittedly, they were a little busy (but not crazily so). I dunno. It's enough to make me bump the rating down one star...if I were rating it on the food alone it'd be 4.

On our second visit the food was just as good as the first. Try the Brickerville Fries. Our server was very pleasant, attentive and knew the menu. I'm confused by the reviewer who felt an "unfriendly" vibe there. Everyone there went out of their way to be pleasant.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Greek Cuisine

Greek food is a fine melody of the finest pressed olive oil, fresh fermented bread, colorful vegetables, juicy meat, sea food all cooked in spices and fresh rosemary. The people from Greek were great scholars who aimed to excel in everything they do. The results are quite visible in their food as they are the inventors of olive oil which is beneficial to health. Greeks also made different type of wines from the best quality of grapes fermented in controlled environment.

Today, you can find hundreds of restaurants offering authentic Greek food or popularly termed as Mediterranean cuisine in New York city alone. People wait in line to taste the exotic Greek dishes like saganaki, taramasalata, souvlaki, loukoumades, spanakopita, moussaka, and many more. One thing which most people like about these authentic Greek dishes is abundant use of lemon juice, olive oil, fresh rosemary and sea salt. A smart mix of few ingredients can virtually take you on the pebble streets of beautiful city of Greece.

For those who don't have time to enjoy fine dining should try tasting the famous souvlaki with pita which is type of meat dish, also a trademark Greek fast food. For those who are vegetarian, or vegan can try different versions of Greek Salad. So, if you wish to enjoy a hearty yet healthy meal that tastes divine then try dining at the best Greek restaurant in your city. Greek cuisine not only tastes good but also help maintain your body in a natural way through healthy diet.
