Wow! I live in Pottstown and have not found a place as awesome as this since moving here two months ago. Instead of going to Philly for a awesome place to eat, try this place tucked away on the back roads behind the corn stalks. It may be out of the way for some but after eating here, this will be the only place on your mind for a long time to come. Our lunch menu: I had a brisket grilled cheese with a horseradish sauce and cheddar cheese which was pretty darn good. Hubby had Mac and cheese grilled cheese with pulled pork on top. Adding the pulled pork was the added flavor you really want. Parmisan garlic fries with a side of ranch which were very flavorful and omg. Huge portion. Beers- we had the Atwater brewery, blueberry ale, this was pretty light and not to heavy at all. Would have it with a red meat though. The river town, gala Kahului that had the essence of pineapples, banana, and other fruits. My favorite! This would go with anything. Final rating is this is the best place we have been to in months. Come and enjoy.

Our favorite place...our go to dinner. We take everyone here. If you drive by and decide against it...your loss. Food and beers are amazing. Step out of your box and go enjoy gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches and try all the beers they offer.

My #1 choice if I want to eat out. The best burgers, amazing selection of beer, and much more reasonably priced than the Craft Ale House. They also have a large selection of classic pinball machines! Love this place!

Based on the positive reviews, we decided to have lunch here this past weekend. Finding the place is a little tricky - as other reviewers have mentioned, it's definitely out of the way. Once you find it, and a spot in the tiny lot, you enter directly into the bar, and the dining area is in the back. It wasn't crowded, so we were seated right away. They have a decent sized menu with plenty of interesting options, including specials. They also have an extensive beer list, but it was lunchtime and we had our 5 year old with us, so we opted out. I couldn't decide between a brisket grilled cheese and a burger, and the waitress recommended a burger, so I went with their Peach Bourbon version. My husband ordered the Chicken Saltimboca cheesesteak and we ordered chicken fingers for the kid. The chicken fingers (2) were pretty standard, mass produced frozen chicken fingers. Tasty enough, but the kid wasn't impressed with the fries, which were both dark brown and soggy at the same time, so he ate my chips instead. I will say the BBQ sauce did taste homemade. My husband enjoyed his cheesesteak - great flavor, decent sized portion for the price ($9.75), but the bun did slightly overwhelm the filling. He mentioned that the chicken was a little on the dry side, but not terrible, and overall, it was a decent sandwich. I, on the other hand, wasn't all that impressed with the burger. Yes, the flavor of the burger itself was good - nice seasoning, quality meat, and properly cooked. But there wasn't even a hint of peach or bourbon in the sauce, and the bun FAR outweighed the burger - there was a good half inch of space from the edge of the burger to the edge of the bun all the way around. The bun itself was nothing special - not grilled or toasted as other reviews have mentioned. For $11.75, I expected more than a small burger on a large bun, slapped on a plate with a $0.25 bag of chips and 2 pickles. The kicker, however, was the root beer my son ordered. Served in a plastic cup packed with ice, it was $2.50. EACH. $5 for maybe 12-14 oz of root beer in a plastic cup loaded with ice was a shocker. If you're going to charge that much for a small soft drink (and each refill), you better a) mention it on the menu and b) bring it out in a bottle. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but it just felt overpriced for bar food and bare minimum service.

Wonderful service! Our waitress was very helpful! Excellent food and fun atmosphere! Love the different types of grilled cheese. Had fun playing pinball before we left. Will be back!

I'm told this place used to be more of a punk bar but after a recent refresh seems more like a fairly standard sports bar with a fantastic and imaginative menu. The real draw here, however, is the collection of 17(!) pinball machines, most in really great condition. They have a tech who actively maintains them and they regularly rotate machines from a much larger collection, keeping things fresh and fun. We love the food and and adore the staff but honestly we'd probably wade through garbage to play pinball. We are here feeding them quarters as often as possible. Between this and the pinball arcade in nearby St. Peters Village, we have died and gone to pinball heaven. Oh the food? You're still reading? It's perfect. Close your eyes and point at the menu, or just get the chef's choice. We mostly end up sharing a couple things so we can try a wider variety but have yet to bring any leftovers home. I have licked a plate or two... had a wet dream about their burgers once. You may wait for a table but you will not regret it.

Really enjoyed everything here! The menu is a lot of fun and creative had the lobster fries and an amazing burger. Also had a red pepper soup that I will have dreams of! Great beer selection and great entertainment! Loved all the pinball machines and arcade games.

I was very excited about trying this place because of the positive reviews that I saw on this page. I came here with few friends for dinner on a Thursday night and the place was a bit crowded, mostly families. I got the Bloody Mary special which was good since they make their mix and all that, but i think it had cream cheese in it and that wasn't really the best so I didn't finish it. We ordered the nachos for appetizer and they were the most disappointing looking nachos I've ever seen in my life. So the chips were homemade regular chips not even tortilla and they were extremely oily, on the top there was some pathetic small pieces of tasteless grilled chicken and a very small amount of tomatoes. That is all. But here's the most bizarre part, they served it with a tiny thing of salsa, when I say tiny I mean enough to eat two chips with it, so I asked for more salsa and they brought the same amount, so we just gave up because they was no enough salsa to eat the nachos. And later when I got the bill they charged me $.75 for the extra salsa. Seriously? For dinner I had the nameless salad which was good, it's only 4 ingredients so they can't go wrong with that. My dinner experience wasn't the best but not the worst either. Finally, let's talk about the service. Our server asked for our IDs in an aggressive way once one of my friends ordered a drink and she just came running to the table and said I wanna see the IDs without explaining or asking nicely with a "please" then she checked on us once and she just didn't have the personality of a server or just didn't seem like a people person. Didn't smile and didn't know how to communicate. I've been a server and I've worked in customer service since I ever started working, so I know how customer service work and I developed high standards over the years. That was my first experience at the railroad street bar and grill. Overall it wasn't all positive, but I would give it another chance and try some of their speciality sandwiches, and maybe appetizers that hopefully turn out to be more appealing.

Okay I had to get back after nearly three years and I must say I am upset that it took me that long to get back. The tap selection is best I have ever seen hands down. The food was above average "bar food" with many creative items on the menu. I just can't get over how amazing the beer selection is. One may assume from my last statement that I am a beer nerd....Trust me beer enthusiasts, this place is legit.

Yelp led me here after a day of outlet shopping, and it was exactly what I needed after all that walking around. My fiance and I sat on the outdoor patio with some perfect weather. Service was friendly and attentive. French fries were awesome! I got a veggie burger. It was homemade and pretty good but could have had a tad more seasoning. Great beer list! We came and a weird time and were leaving just as the dinner crowd was arriving, and it looked like that do get quite a crowd for dinner. Always a good sign when a restaurant is crowded!

Had several friends mention they liked this place so we went with a large group one evening. There is not a large dining area and fortunately they did take reservations for our large party of 15. As the name implies, this is primarily a bar but as someone who doesn't drink, I can't really comment on what they had available. As for the food, it was decent and actually slightly better than what I was expecting. Lots of burgers and grilled cheese options. If you are looking for something a bit healthier, they did have some salads on the menu. Sadly, the dessert menu was pretty lacking in my opinion.

Amazingly good--unusual American fare! Wings are good! Pinball room is fun. An "out of the way" place that is worth the trip! Local bar crowd-family friendly!

This place is great. I moved to the area about a year and a half ago and just visited this past week for Sunday dinner.. Its a classic neighborhood bar and restaurant. The crowd is friendly and So is the wait staff. They have great fries with bacon and cheese. Awesome options for burgers! I had the traditional but with a few custom toppings and it was big and glorious and delicious (that's what she said) They have a ton of beer options as well as a full Bar. They have many tv's for sports games and a ton of pinball machines to occupy time. This place is great for family, date night or after work beer. I highly recommend. I will be back.

Food was good. I recommend anything with the roast pork. Service was slow and waitress kept apologizing. I get tired of that. Great beer selection.

Awesome chicken fried steak sandwich!! Reminds me of Down-home Texas cooking. Service was fairly quick and friendly people too, customers and servers. Look forward to a return for the same but need to work this one off first.

I was here twice in a week, and I must say that the experiences were both very similar. This is good and bad, as the food is good but the service is quite lacking. The first visit I had the special, the Garlic Black Pepper Sausage Grilled Cheese, which was possibly the greatest sandwich I have had in my life. The sausage is locally made, as are many of their ingredients, and had Gorgonzola cheese right in it! Unfortunately, the second trip the bread was a little soggy. The Railroad has a huge beer selection on draught, which was a huge plus. It comes complete with a chalkboard showing their current selection options. The biggest detractor here is that the service was pretty lacking. We got our initial service pretty quickly, but refills came slowly and I had to hunt down the waitress on my first trip to get the bill. The experience was much the same during my second visit. The service is the main reason for a 3 star review. Cons: Very poor service. A little pricey for the type of food. Pros: good food, huge menu, locally made ingredients.

The food here was amazing. Started with lobster French fries.. Amazing! I then had a bacon macaroni and cheese burger which was so juicy and delicious. My pal had a buffalo shrimp grilled cheese which looked and apparently tasted wonderful. Finished the meal with the amazing fried oreo! All in all this place is great. Next time I'm in the area I will be back. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was due to the bar section and the bathroom was a little gross.. Food was impeccable and service was fabulous. Katie was our server, she was great!

  • M D.

The quality of the food has really deteriorated. I love their grilled cheese sandwiches but during my last visit, i ordered the shrimp grilled cheese with hummus. Just horrible! The shrimp used was the little salad shrimp about the size of a pencil eraser. The waitress took the sandwich off my tab. The menu choices have shrunk. Best time to visit is when the flag football team or whatever sport the establishment sponsors is not present. It gets rowdy in there and the wait staff tends to favor them over the patrons.

Let's keep is simple - Great Place, great food, great people. What I like the most is that the beer selection is very diverse. My wife like's her Miller Lite and I like, pretty much every craft IPA on the menu board. The selection accommodates all, which is hard to find in other craft brew pubs. The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. So come for the beer, and stay for the food. While known for their Grilled Cheeses (Shrimp special was amazing, can't go wrong with Buffalo or Carolina BBQ), their apps are also very good. Chilly, wings and fries, which you can get Garlic/Parm or even Lobster.

I am really not sure why this place has such great reviews. Service was great and staff is friendly, but this is definitely late night bar food style. People who come here must live nearby, because this is definitely not worth traveling for. Smells like old grease. I couldnt see coming here for anything other than the pinball games, unless you live within walking distance.

Railroad has great food, especially the wings. If you like them hot try the "you gotta be kidding me". Fantastic selection of taps for even the pickiest beer drinker. Only reason it's not 5 stars- too much country music! But we're not the general patron.

My family had friends in town from Austria so we decided to go to a kid friendly local place. 6 Adults, 3 Children (ages 2, 5, & 8) Arrived at 5:30pm on Sunday, Dec. 28th. The dining room was completely empty. We were told by the staff that there was an hour and 45 minute wait for a table and that we should have made a reservation! This was quite upsetting, as The Railroad does NOT take reservations and the dining room was empty. Needless to say, we had to find an alternate solution and took our business elsewhere.

There's something about the railroad bar and grill. My boyfriend and I only recently moved into the Linfield area, and by recently, I mean only earlier this month! We had heard plenty of good things about the bar and grill, but hadn't gotten a chance to really check things out for ourselves... Until tonight! The place is surprisingly big (and fun) inside! Can you ever really go wrong with arcades? It took us a little bit to get seated, but that was fine because it was super busy at the time. Food was also big and hearty- boyfriend got a burger with cheese & bacon, while I got the delicious C.B.L.T.A. Everything was enjoyable. Its also interesting that, despite operating right beside a working railroad, this area of Linfield is surprisingly peaceful and undisturbed. Parking for the Railroad Bar & Grill can be a little problematic, but the visit is still worth it. If you're in the Linfield area, we highly suggest stopping in!

My 1st time here yesterday, place was kinda empty - hardly anyone @ the bar, but about half full @ tables. Food was good, service was OK. Looks like a good local spot, but I'm not local, so I don't see myself back there anytime soon.

The food is good. Not great but good. Creative though which I appreciated but didn't deliver entirely on our expectations. If this was solely based on food I would give the place 3 or 4 stars. Unfortunately, the service is severely lacking. The waitresses we had on several occasions were fine enough (not overly attentive they did their job) but the bartenders on each occasion have teetered towards outright rude. Visits to RR are as follow: Once my husband and myself. Once with friends. Once with family. Once husband & mother in law. Any contact with a bartender has left little to be desired. The last straw was when my husband & mother in law went in. They attempted to initiate a conversation about beer and were flat out ignored. The bartender was short with them and barely acknowledged them (as an aside this was on a slow afternoon not a busy rush). If I am going to a "neighborhood" joint, I want to be treated warmly. I don't need 5 star service but I do need some eye contact. I am afraid this is now off our list of choices permanently.

One of the Top 10 beer lists I've seen anywhere, if you factor in price, one of the Top 5 beer lists I've seen! The physical location is a little strange, nothing else around the immediate area, definitely going to be driving to this place and then anywhere else, but for the beer list it's definitely worth a stop if you are anywhere near Pottstown. Eclectic crowd, service was good, food was god, prices are great but the beer list is really the draw, great place to start the night and then go somewhere a little more interesting or a good place for a low-key outing.

A great dive bar in a small town by some railroad tracks - very interesting location. The beer selection is amazing. The burgers are some of the best in the area. It can get a little busy on the weekends but the beer and burgers make it worth it. I have been here about 5 times so far and have never had a bad experience. The burgers are always exceptionally cooked and the beer selection never disappoints. I'm planning my next dinner out here as I type this.

Very cool bar next to the railroad tracks with an awesome beer selection and great food! They change the beers frequently which is a plus because there is always something new worth trying (refer to the list on the wall for beer selection because they have so many that they can't keep changing the tap handles)...The Lobster Cheese Fries are AMAZING and the Cajun Chicken cheesesteak was delicious, even when eaten cold the next day (brought it to the hotel fridge because I couldn't finish it all LOL)! Stop in this place for a relaxing good time!

First off - don't go by the menu listed on their website. It hasn't been updated since 2011. Also, I find it a little grungy to list items on a menu with name such as "Doggy Style" and "Fat Bastard" when this is a place that caters to adults as well as kids. Seriously - have a little class when you are naming things that may appeal to a wide variety of ages. Parking here is a bit sketch with a small lot off to the right of the building and gravel lot across the street. Walking into the place, you immediately hit the bar area, which is odd in shape (almost L shaped that runs back into where the pinball machines are) and is severely crowded due to some side tables and a shuffleboard table in a very inconvenient place. We put our names in and were told about 25 minutes for a table. The place was crowded with families and adults alike. The back "restaurant area" overflows onto a back patio where there are several tables. It was a little too chilly to utilize that area. Plus, being near the woods, one would think instead of eating a meal, you'd be eaten by the many mosquitos out there. We got a beer each from the bar. There's no real list for their craft beers and no description of what each is. The bartender let us try a sample of two, and we picked what we wanted, settled up and made our way back to the restaurant area. We were seated in about 10 minutes. Our waitress came over, saw we had our drinks already and proceeded to get us waters. Since we already knew we wanted an appetizer, we settled on the honey bbq stinger wings with extra bleu cheese dressing (because for 10 wings, 1 little pot is never enough) and the Loaded Lobster fries. She put the order in, brought back our waters and took our dinner orders (2 BBQ Stinger burgers). Within 5 or so minutes after she left the table, the fries and wings were out. Seemed rather quick, but we were so hungry, we just went for it. The wings were really good -- the sauce was sweet but with a small kick. The extra bleu cheese never arrived, but we figured she knew this seeing the food go out. The Loaded Lobster fries. Don't even know where to begin with these. The fries themselves were good, almost reminding me of the fresh cut fries you would get at a fair or down the shore on the boardwalk. The "Loaded Lobster" left little to be desired. Imgagine taking the smallest lobster posible, pulling out whatever meat was on the poor dead crustacean and throwing it into some watered down cheese whiz. That is the extent of the Loaded Lobster. Flavorless, watery, not what we were expecting. Not even 3 bites into our appetizers, the burgers came out. When we said something to the server delivering the burgers, we got a quizzical look. Not really sure why, he's the same person who delivered our apps. When my best friend said something about it, another guy came over and said if the food needed to go back, he'd take it until we were ready. Having worked in the food industry before -- that's a chance you take not knowing a place and it's workers. Would they spit in the food? Would they just reheat it in the microwave? Getting through the apps, we moved onto our burgers. A decent sized burger with chedder cheeze, onions, bacon cooked medium. The burger buns were stale - tasted old, the burger themselves tasted ok, but wasn't really seasoned. If it wasn't for the BBQ sauce, there wouldn't be any reason to continue eating this thing. The burger is served with two flimsy pickle slices the size of a nickle and bagged chips (mind you, the expiration date on these chips was 9/18/2013). Yeah, that didn't sit well with me. I wound up taking half the burger home, which I later had to discard because the bun was rock hard the next day. When our server (who didn't even stop by the table to see if everything was ok or if we wanted another beer) delivered the check, she walked away and disappeared from sight. My best friend looked at the bill and his eyes started to grow. Evidently, not only did she charge us for the extra bleu cheese we never got (which, at that point, we were just ready to be out of there) BUT, she charged us for two beers. The SAME TWO BEERS WE HAD ALREADY BOUGHT AT THE BAR!!!!!!!! Seriously. After seeing this on the bill, I'm wondering if this server does this alot because there are a lot of folks out there who will get the bill, are talking to others at the table, glance at the total, but will never really look to see what they are being charged for. How many times have unsuspecting patrons brought a drink to the table only to be charged again for them by this server? When we called her over (after waiting for her for ten minutes), we showed her the error and she tried to argue at first but then realized we DID bring beers with us. I had to get another waiter to take our payment so we could get out of there because she again disappeared. NEVER AGAIN!! Also, this is disgusting: webapp.montcopa.org/heal…

Great beer on tap. Very tasty food. Terrible service and atmosphere. Unless the bartenders know your name, don't expect a friendly smile or quick acknowledgment. The dining area has a bit of a rowdy cafeteria feel and it's sometimes hard to have a conversation.

This is the kind of dive bar that makes you wish you lived nearby so it could be your "Cheers"! We found this place doing a Yelp search for craft beers near the Philadephia Premium outlets and ate lunch here on the Saturday before Easter. Upon sitting at the bar, my husband's eagle eye immediately lit up as he noticed the Pliny the elder tap marker! False alarm, apparently they don't change their tap markers, they simply update their beer wall (which is weird...I found myself mesmerized by the markers and wanting to order from THOSE, as opposed to the wall, which isn't visible from all seats). The bartender was a bit frazzled, as the server was late, but we weren't in a hurry so all was good. We enjoyed a West Coast Palate Wrecker and Port Mongo Double, not bad for a "dive" bar ;) The food was great, too. I thoroughly enjoyed a Lobster Grilled Cheese, while my husband really liked his Get Railed burger. Any time we're visiting family in the area, we will make it a point to stop here for craft beer (and, I have to note, EVERYONE who ordered a beer while we were there ordered a micro, though none screamed hipster...our kind of crowd) and a lobster grilled cheese (a bit pricy at $18, but quite delicious and big enough to be sharable w/an appetizer).

food sucks but the beer selection is pretty good. as others have mentioned the staff needs to be trained better on what types of beer they serve. i have eaten here once and honestly, it sucked. we ordered the lobster cheese fries and mozzerella sticks with the chicken bites. the lobster cheese fries were good but the cheese on top was almost room temp and the fires were hot which was odd, the mozzerella sticks were also borderline room temp and not even hot on the inside but not frozen so they were edible. We didnt want to send them back in fear of having someone do something to our food after reading the health report. the chicken bites also came out in a weird way. they just cut a chicken breast into some slices with sauce on the side. i felt that was a pretty lazy way to make it. not very bite sized either. maybe the chef was new or wasnt trained properly. who knows. all of the appetizers during happy hour are supposed to be half price, but they dont specify which ones which pissed me off a little bit. lobster fries arent included. would have been nice if they told you this. they need to fix that or make a separate menu just for happy hour. i like coming here for the drinks since the prices are good and they have a good selection of beer on tap, just avoid the food.

My husband and I are beer enthusiasts. After hearing about the Railroad from multiple friends, we decided to stop in and give the place a try. On the positive side, our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable, and there was a draft list of at least 20 different craft brews to choose from. Excellent! There is also an extensive bottle collection (but no bottle list to help you out!). Everything was reasonably priced as well. Sadly there are some areas that could use some attention. The place is offensively dirty. The ceiling tiles were falling down and there was dust, cobwebs, and a couple fruit flies. The food was pretty tasteless as well. The Railroad could be great instead of forgettable if they'd give the place a deep clean and add some barbecue sauce to their pulled pork sandwiches. Go for the beer only.

I have lived in Royersford for about 3 years now and my only regret is that I didn't find this place sooner. I have seen it on Yelp but had never gone there till about 3 weeks ago. You can't see it from the road so I figured it was just some dumpy little dive bar. I couldn't have been more wrong. The place has a HUGE beer selection (barely a notch below Craft Ale House). It has that local "dive" feel without the feeling of being an outcast if you have never been there before. I have been there twice now and although I have only tried the Lobster grilled cheese I have a hard time believing that I will be ordering anything else. It was a close to a perfect sandwhich as I have had in a long time.

The Railroad Street Bar & Grill is an eclectic, local bar... a bit like a suburban "Cheers" located in Linfield, PA. The bar offers a selection of domestic, imported and craft-brewed beers that rotate every few months. Take-out beer is available. A full bar with top-shelf liquor is also available. The menu ranges from appetizers to standard pub fare (burgers, wings) as well as some specialty sandwich items reflecting the unique personality of the owner. A pool table and some video games are available. Live entertainment on most weekends, starting at 9:30pm. Smoking is permitted on the outdoor porch and patio.

A friend told us about this place so we decided to check it out. I liked the laid back feel and they had some good beers which is always a plus. What we really came for was to try the food and unfortunately were so disappointed. The menu looks amazing online and in person. They had a whole page of grilled cheeses and some really different appetizers and sandwiches. The food was only good on paper though. We both got burgers and they were honestly the worst burgers we have ever had. We asked for ours to be done medium and they came out overcooked and dry. I felt like I was eating rubber. The worst part was they had no flavor, whatsoever. Mine even had cheese, pulled pork and bacon on top and I tasted nothing. It was like they took the meat right out of the packaging and threw it on the grill without even an ounce of seasoning. We also got their bacon, cheese and ranch fries which were cold and the fries seemed like they had been under a warmer for days instead of freshly cooked. I hope they read this and change it up because we were hoping for a new spot to hang out at, very disappointing.

My first visit to the Railroad St bar! This may be my favorite dive bar in the area. I had about 90mins to kill so I stopped off for some beers and some wings. This was during an Eagles game so the crowd was festive. The bar was packed but there was plenty of room to move around and I easily found a seat at the bar. The beer selection was surprisingly huge for a place like this. 90% of the taps were craft beer sections. And about 1/2 of them I had never had before. They even had a beer on cask!! The bartenders are great and very friendly. Service was fast and I enjoyed more beers than I thought I would be able to in the 90mins I was there. Wings were really good. I consider myself a veteran on wings and was very pleased at their sauce variety. I tried the spicy ranch sauce which was really good. Had I more time, I would also tried their hot BBQ as well. Great bar, can't wait to go back.

I went here for the first time this weekend. The food was fabulous! All the different grilled cheese sandwich look amazing. I had the one with the crab cake. It was out of this world. The staff was very friendly and our server was fabulous. It was an overall amazing experience.

We went here for a late night bite on a weekday. The bar itself is pretty great. I ordered a veggie grinder with garlic parmesan fries and my wife got a grilled cheese. Both were amazing and so as the service. The only thing I don't like is their bouncers. We sort of fell out of place and intimidated because the way our IDs were examined. He took it to the back of the office and he said he has to verify with his boss. I am not sure we will visit here again, although the food is good.

Good for what it is: a neighborhood bar. Very simple. Old and a bit tired but clean. Gravel parking lot and walkways uneven and hard to walk on. The menu has some imaginative specials in addition to pub food and locally sourced beef. Server was friendly and helpful. Not the place for heart healthy and skinny food, Heard they have a busy dinner crowd, which is understandable for a casual affordable place. Don't make a special trip, but OK if you are in the area.

I went by this place on a bike ride about a year ago, and made a note to pay a visit. I am sorry it took me a year to get here. We sat outside on the patio for lunch, and fortunately had a "regular" patron next to us who advised us on what to get. He was right that anything would be good, but we went for the variety of Grilled Cheese sandwiches..all of our choices were terrific! Garlic Parmesan French fried were KILLER! So many beers on draft, we got to try a couple and will try more next time. I love this place...and will now be a regular stop. Can't wait to try a burger that come from Why Not Farm here in my area...great beef. Nice server...didn't hover but was never far away! Will be back for a dinner soon...YUM.

For a small bar restaurant, it's a hidden gem. If you like grilled cheese sandwiches... this is the spot!

Always a good time at the RR. I would gave them 4 out of 5 stars due to their lack of an updated bottle list. They really need to get one and keep it up to date. The food is always good and the prices are on the higher side of fair. The do have many different beers on draft and they are constantly changing. This is a casual, dive type bar that has a good food and good beer.

Been here a few times but just cannot get over the attitude of the female bartender during the day shift. All of the food is good but trying to get a beer or drink at the bar during happy hour is useless, unless you are a local. I feel like I am imposing if I have to ask her for a drink or food. Probably will not go back again. Three strikes and you're out.

Let's start with the Pros: 1. Great tap list for beer nerds (me) 2. Awesome selection of grilled cheeses and pub grub. 2a. Homemade hot sauce is the bomb. 3. Bartenders are super friendly and helpful. Now for the Cons: 1. A dive bar still, so don't go here expecting a romantic night out with your loved one. Go here with a mindset that you are going to eat unhealthy and spend $6/beer. 2. As nice as the staff is, they need to learn more about craft beer, plain and simple. 3. They will mess up your order, but it will still be tasty. I order the Veggie grilled cheese most times and even though the menu says broccoli, sweet peppers and onions, you will get green beans and carrots. Still tasty and if I had more time to wait for them to correct their mistake, I would but it's a $6.50 veggie grilled cheese and that's what I got. There you have it. Pros and cons even up here. If you want a great place to go unwind, get your craft beer fix on while sitting and talking to locals who want their Coors light in a bottle, one after another, go here now. Very solid bottle selection too with some nice deals if you know a thing or two about craft beer and the competition nearby. 2 stars seems low, but the place needs some improvement, so "I've experienced better" applies.

Lot of pluses and minuses for RR Street. They have a ton of beers on tap (good), but the staff knows next to nothing about them (bad) and there's no description of the beers - just the names on a whiteboard. Most of the beers are US micros. The food is good (at least the food I have had is good, though the lobster cheese fries are really gross, just lumps of lobster and cheeze wiz on fries), but the service can be hit or miss. I've had waitstaff that went from very nice and knowledgeable to full-blown asshole. The place is a bit out of the way (a plus) but has become popular with the locals (I'm fine with that) and parking can be really bad. Their parking lot looks like it was bombed. The locals really do take it over and the staff goes out of their way to serve them (again, understandable) and the rest of us get ignored. When it's quieter, it's fine. During peak times, it can be an exercise in futility to come here. No tables, bar is pretty packed, and ordering anything other than a point at the tap and hope it's good beer isn't going to happen. I will say that I've had the best god damned burger that I've ever had here. I think they grill the bun with a mixture of butter and crack. On the down side, all you get with a burger is a bag of chips, which is bush league. Chips are for sandwiches, burgers deserve fries. In the end, it's a place that we hit every once in a while not because it's far from us (it isn't), but because as a bar/restaurant, it has a few too many minuses.

Stopped by on Friday evening after reading all the good reviews and seeing stickers on everyones cars. Liked the craft beer selection, but thought slightly overpriced. Food was good, but not great. Started with spicy ranch, decent wings but sauce didn't have much kick. Lucifer burger had good quality longhorn meat, but was kind of bland. Sausage grilled cheese had good quality sausage and cheese. Server forgot the grilled cheese and it came out not too long after, service manager quickly took it off the check which was nice. Overall OK, will stop in again to try other menu options.

If Linfield has one claim to fame, it is this place. An out-of-the-way place with a big selection of craft beers and a menu featuring grilled cheese sandwiches. Where else can you go to hear conversations about landscaping and Fortune 500 sales. The crowd is rugged, but only because the Yuppies don't know about it.

As my motto says... Mmmmmmm Beer...... This place has a wide variety of beers, and I am not talking about 5 kinds of Miller, 10 type of Bud and some Coors products. This place has a huge board of all their selections on tap. I tried 9 in two night, and not a single one was bud, miller, coors, yuengling, or anything else you find in your typical bars. I look forward to going back and trying more new ones. On to the food.... If you love bread and having stuff shoved between two pieces of it, this is the place to eat. They are all about their grilled cheese and burgers and they are delicious. Amazing sandwiches + Great beers = Mmmmmmm.... It is also a fun place to hang out with some friends and watch a game.

Huge disappointment! Went here with a group of friends for a few drinks and dinner. Unfortunately our dinner took 45mins to be served! This is unacceptable considering their menu consists of mostly fried and grilled meals. When the owner Mike was made aware of our ridiculous wait time his response was.... 'We are a little backed up right now'. No apology! Unless the owner, Mike, gets a clue about how to treat his customers with proper customer service and realizes that the customer is who pays his salary, I will never step a foot in his establishment again. After reading the health inspection reports from January 2013 I don't understand why anyone would want to eat here! webapp.montcopa.org/heal…

We had our company party there on Monday. From start to finish the staff were superb! ! Very knowledgeable on beers and you're never left waiting for a drink. The food is top notch and what an imagination with such a variety of mouth watering delights. We also had a pinball tournament with over 15 great machines to pick from. I will be coming back for more for sure! !
