Frozen yogurt places seem to be popping up all over the Philly suburbs lately. Yapple is sure to be one of the most successful. A simple premise, a delicious selection and a wacky modern decor seem to be putting a lot of smiles on people's faces. Each time I've been in there, the place was filled with an amazing cross section of people, all smiling and all clearly enjoying their desserts. The set-up is nice and easy. Grab a cup, serve yourself the yogurt flavor(s) of your choice and then top it off how you like. The thing that's really a nice surprise is that they have just as many low fat and fat free flavors as they do regular flavors. And so far, the ones I've tried, have all been excellent. I especially recommend the salted caramel pretzel. Doesn't even need any extra toppings. Speaking of topping, they have a broad selection. Everything from cookie dough to crumbled candy bars to different sauces to top off your concoction. I love that you don't have to settle for a preset size or flavor combination. It's really worth checking out and coming back multiple times. The price can garner a bit of sticker shock if you aren't conscious of how much you're piling on here. But the tastes and selection have been worth it to me.

Very cute frozen yogurt place. Probably the only place I know of with Taro flavor. But most of the other flavors are pretty basic. The inside is clean and fairly empty for a weekend making it a peaceful place to relax and talk with a friend.

they give you sample cups to try out their 14 flavors (salted caramel pretzel, peanut butter, espresso, butter pecan, mango lemonade sorbet, strawberry, moon pie, mint chocolate chips, chocolate, vanilla, cookies and cream, birthday cake, original tart, and taro) based my choice off my goto choice for ice cream, so I went for cookies and cream. good choice but my only complaint, if they actually used cookie piece it woulda been better (then I thought, is it even possible?) and tons of topper choices. my always addons are mochi and fruit poppers went with 4 friends and the server was kind enough to offer a punch card, 10 purchases get you $4 off your next purchase.

The build your own Sunday style is nice. The yogurt is of the frozen variety - which wasn't entirely apparent to me at first. Expect to spend $5+ per person.

The decor here is pretty cool but for me this falls short of expectations as well as the other yogurt places. The toppings particularly the mochi kind of ended up getting thrown out--it was dry, crusty and just overall unappetizing. Toppings wise, I think it's best sticking to the ones that don't run the risk of drying out. The yogurts themselves are decent; nothing to rave about. Also keep in mind that this seems to be a hangout for high schoolers

I made a special voyage to Yapple today since I'm still on a froyo kick! Since I'm not from the area, it was a bit tricky to find (read: buried in a large shopping center and not too conspicuous from the highway). If you see a Panera Bread and a Chuck E Cheese, you're in the right vicinity. On to the yogurt - 14 self-serve flavors at your fingertips. I wasn't offered any sample cups, but I could have asked. Instead, I dove right in and went for the original tart + blood orange. It was good stuff - not as dense and icy as I'm used to from YogurtLand, but it wasn't runny by any means, either. Pretty darn close to just right! The toppings bar was really extensive, extra credit for that. The decor inside is really futuristic and interesting, with lots of space and seating. If I lived nearby, I'd probably be a regular here!

-Update- Yea! Taro and Tart flavors are back. Went in on Thursday and they were both as delicious as ever!!

Now that my teeth are better, I decided to revisit Yapple. I'm definitely glad that I did. The second trip was a lot better. I decided on the original tart and the chocolate sorbet. The original tart was better than before. As for toppings, I noticed that they do have mochi now! Not only, they have mango and green tea mochi too. Unfortunately, they were kinda hard and stale tasting. The cashier was very nice. I'd definitely come back.

I've come back a few times and every time the flavors have been the same, making me look for an alternative with some variety. While the yogurt and toppings are tasty, the fact that the flavors don't seem to change and primary customer base seems to be teenagers makes me want to change my rating a little bit.

If it weren't for frozen yogurt I'd probably be at my goal weight by now, haha. This place is great. They have a ton of flavors, which they change seasonally, and you may sample as many as you'd like. Plus, it's self-serve so you can get as little or as much as your heart desires. They are tricky though - they only have XL size cups so you always end up taking more than anticipated. Hey, no complaints there!

I'm still obsessed with Fro-Yo since I ate it every day in Hawaii, so I was rediculously happy to find this place near home. They had a lot of great flavors. It would be nice to be offered sample cups, but that's about the only gripe I have with the place. I love the decor inside. Now for the flavors: I had Blueberry tart, strawberry, bananna, taro and perhaps mango. All were very good, but I think my favorite might have been the birthday cake or the cinnmon bun that I tried after I asked for the sample cups. Tons of fresh fruit toppings, sprinkles and tons of other goodies. 2 thumbs up for me and I can't wait to go back!

I no longer have to wait for a trip downtown for good frozen yogurt. There's a great place right here in Bucks County, and its Yapple! First off, I have to give them props for the free froyo on opening day. They even let my sister leave with 3 free cups of yogurt, since she was taking some home to my parents. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, the froyo is delicious. I only put fruit on my yogurt, so fresh fruit is important, and its been fresh every time I've been there. I've tried all the flavors so far and they're all good, and they seem to always be rotating in new ones, but blood orange and plain tart are my favorites.

Very nice place to just relax and hang out. The setting is nice and everyone here seems pretty chill.

Your standard frozen yogurt place that seems to be popping up on every corner in the Philadelphia area, but it's the first one around here. The flavors are really yummy, however, at .49/oz, the price is rather high which is why I gave it 3 stars. You can easily leave here spending $15-20 on 2 soft serve yogurts after toppings.

I went on yelp to find this yogurt place at like 10pm I was so surprised that they were actually open (btw there open till1030 on Fridays) I didn't know weather I was going to walk into a standard ice cream place or a real yogurt shop. It was fun and quite amusing how many favors there are and I love the full bar of all the toppings to choose from! I would definitely come here again to try more of their yummy favors!

Become your own mad scientist creating your own concoction. Excellent choices of yogurts and toppings that taste great. Star lost for lack of being able to figure out how much your creation will cost you before you start and tip jar at register for making my own.

I finally managed to try out this place last week for the first time and I loved it from the moment I walked in! I love the way the place is set up, and the frozen yogurt is delicious as well as the variety of toppings! It's great that customers are able to serve themselves, as now I don't have to feel weird asking for both Oreos and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups on my yogurt. :) Definitely coming back, hopefully tomorrow!
