Juice & Grind Menu

Sorry, We are updating this restaurant menu details.

Diabetics at Jamba Juice:

Eating good food at the right time can control your blood sugar, also stop you from craving wrong sort of food. Jamba Juice offers drinks in three separate sizes: 16, 24, and 32-ounce. You can choose the lowest serving size and cut down on sugars and calorie intake. If you're diabetic and concerned about the sugar intake, then you can opt for the smaller 9.5-ounce smoothies available for kids at Jamba Juice.

Foods to Avoid at Jamba Juice for Diabetics:

Jamba Juice is primarily known for its highly satisfying and nutritive smoothies and juices. Almost every smoothie and juice item on the Jamba Juice menu contains sugar. Diabetics are recommended to opt for smaller serving size while ordering at Jamba Juice. Also, avoid opting for creamy treats as all the smoothies offered in this category contain a load of sugars.

Keep the sugar content below 50g per meal at Jamba Juice and ensure that you don't follow it with a heavy meal. A small size regular smoothie is equivalent to a meal for everyone. Classic smoothies at Jamba Juice are also heavily loaded with sugars. Stay away from that section if you are a diabetic.

It's not a terrible place. It's not a great place. Our server was very helpful. But the prices are a tad high for food that is relatively unremarkable. I like the eclectic furniture arrangement inside and the free wi-fi.

I stopped in yesterday and recommend this place. I felt it was necessary to write this review for a couple reasons. First, I don't think the current rating reflects the the establishment. There are only a few ratings and one that dragged this place down doesn't even rate anything. Second, this is the only place around where you can get a real juice. "the only place around" isn't exactly an endorsement but the juice I got was excellent. You can customize the juices to your liking and add supplements. The person who waited on me was very friendly. The setup inside is unusual and it took me a little bit to process what was going on in there. It's not a bad thing. It's a multi-use space. I don't comment often but the juice was not only the only one you can find, it was a standout product.

Juice & Grind is an awesome establishment. We went for the first time Saturday night. All the employees were super friendly and attentive. Even when they weren't right at the register (they want to go home at some point too), they were there within a minute or so. We had a larger group and we all loved the pizza and crab popcorn. The strawberry banana smoothie, minus the dairy was super refreshing on a warm evening. I did want ice cream but we've given up dairy (for the most part). It is true that everything is served with popcorn, but I'd rather have popcorn than fries or anything else greasy, any day. I am glad we found this little gem and we'll be going back next week too. Maybe this time we'll try the wraps/salads. They all looked amazing, but we had already eaten dinner. And pretty cheap too. Not sure how a wrap being 6 bucks is expensive to some.....

I'm on the fence about this place honestly. On the one hand, this area is lacking in places that serve fresh juice, on the other hand there isn't much else to make me come back. The Flicker juice was good, priced at what I expected, but the breakfast sandwich was just an ordinary sandwich. Don't get me wrong, it was good, but it wasn't something I would go out of my way for, just a muffin with egg and cheese, when there are plenty of other places in the area where I can get the same for a lower price. I suppose I would come back if I was really craving a fresh juice but for breakfast food not so much.

Not going to lie to Yelp, don't remember much of the experience here except for they served everything with popcorn and there was popcorn EVERYWHERE. It weirded us out, totally. Popcorn everywhere, popcorn as a side for every order. Popcorn for breakfast? You don't say... Yes, I do say. Popcorn for breakfast.

The wraps are awesome! And the sweet potato & kale soup is equally awesome. The gingered kick is my favorite juice so far and I highly recommend it. You seriously need to give this place a try!

Only true juicer in the area that I know of. They customize based on your preference or select from one of their menu options. I always get 50% beet juice in mine. Where else can you get fresh beet juice?!? Great wraps too.

I had high hopes for this place and maybe that contributed to my disappointment. There were several things on the menu that looked absolutely yummy--like the curried chicken salad--so when my friend who had eaten there before and loved it, suggested we go for lunch, I was eager to try it. Another poster had commented on the popcorn, and it's true--there's a lot of popcorn, all different flavors, all over the place. Your meal (wrap or salad) even comes with popcorn. I was stoked as I LOVE popcorn. Yeah, not so much. I am gluten free and usually a salad is an option. Even though their menu didn't say anything about gluten free options (which was surprising--no gluten free wrap option???), I ordered the curried chicken salad. Imagine my surprise when it came served...on a flour tortilla. Okay, I can eat around it, I thought. Except that aside from the flour wrap and LOTS of lettuce, a couple pieces of cucumber and a sliver or two of tomato, there was a small scoop of bland chicken curry (really--where was the curry?) salad. Oh, and the popcorn? The VERY salty popcorn was under the flour tortilla. I also ordered the Lemoyne Flicker--Carrot, apples, lemon and basil. Sounded refreshing and light. Well...it was light. It tasted like incense smells. If patchouli had a taste, this would have been it. I tried one sip, then a second, just so I could be sure it tasted as bad as the first time. This meal wasn't inexpensive--the salad and wrap cost $14.58--and I felt really bad about throwing away a nearly full drink and half of my salad (lettuce), but there's only so much lettuce one can eat, and there was no way I was able to gag down the drink. My friend (who loved her wrap and drink) got an ice-cream cone on the way out. One SMALL scoop of ice-cream on a cone. For a new place that appears to be health-conscious, I'm really surprised that their menu doesn't specify vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy free options. I don't know if I'll give this place a second chance. It's a bit expensive to take another gamble and end up throwing away half of my lunch.
