Went back again, against my better judgment because our electric went out. I ordered a jalapeño burger. It was extremely salty and just had a very funky taste. The fries were, meh. I've had much better. We also ordered the Thai Poon shrimp which we have had before and it wasn't bad. This time it was hardly spicy at all, and pretty much tasteless. Over all, the entire meal was just plain bad. I told the waiter that I couldn't eat the burger and exactly why. He asked if I wanted something else to take along. I said no, considering the experiences I've had here. I really didn't want anything else. I checked the bill. I was charged full price for the burger. I can guarantee that this will be the very last time I ever eat here. Regardless if the electric is off for a week. It was awful. Went and had the lobster tail special with beans and potato. It was terrible. The lobster was like rubber. The beans were dried out and I edible. Te potato was over cooked. MIT was just a horrible mess of a meal not prepared with any care.

Never can go wrong here. The only thing is their biscuits are the tiniest thing i ever seen.

Had a very good lunch here. The Cajun Talapia with grilled zucchini and summer squash was a winner. Veggies nicely prepared and the fish was suitably jazzed up by the spices. Service was friendly at the bar. Food was piping hot. Really nothing to complain about. Free wifi. Even the coffee was really good (they brewed a fresh pot of decaf for me). Too bad the washrooms don't benefit from the same speedy and comprehensive service that the dining room receives.

I ate here on Saturday and I dined on the Gumbo and my two sides were their salad bar and roasted spaghetti squash and I enjoyed it. They had an extremely fresh salad bar. Some of the items on the salad bar were spring mix salad, peas, broccoli, tomatoes as well as other various items. I found it to be a little pricey but overall I would definitely dine there again. I would definitely recommend this place.

Just had a wonderful dinner here. Even 30 mins before closing the salad bar was still fully stocked and I had prompt service from a friendly waitress. My food was delivered quick and cooked perfect. If you are just looking for a good dinner this is the place to go

Update: Someone from Ruby Tuesday management reached out to me and spoke with me about my experience and wanted to know about what went wrong. He apologized on behalf of the Lebanon restaurant so I really appreciated that. Thank you! ---------------------------------------------- Not impressed with my dining experience here tonight. I ordered the jumbo skewered shrimp with my side as a "fresh baked potato" however when my potato arrived it was rock hard and looked like it had been reheated about 5 times. I asked to switch it out for some broccoli, and they did bring a tiny plate of broccoli but I think my 3 year old niece had more broccoli with her kid's meal than I had gotten. It was pretty lame to pay $15.99 for a couple of skewers of shrimp and about 6 pieces of broccoli. Our server was very sweet though, so that's about all they have going for them.

Disclaimer*** We ate at this location a while ago(early 2014) but I didn't have a help account at the time. To start, this is a terrible chain restaurant as a whole. We ate at the East Harrisburg location and walked out without ever receiving our food... anyway, the bottom line is this: 1. my son's milk was old and had turned sour. He literally did a spit take because it tasted so bad. 2. My medium rare burger was well done and I refuse to eat meat that's been burnt to hell. My lady ate hers just because she 2as so hungry 3. We were given cupcakes as an apology for the bad food, and the box they came in HAD A SPIDER IN IT!! This is one chain we will never again visit. May God have mercy if you decide to eat there.

Simply put, my aunt and I LOVE their raspberry tea, but ever since they started calling it a "Garden Bar" they seem to be sliding downhill. I haven't been too disappointed with a meal here (yet), but I haven't been overly impressed for a good while either.

For Catering---- I usually use Panera but this was requested by a location and I gave it a shot. So a few complaints. They F-ed up on the soup and gave me the wrong kind but I didn't want to complain, wait longer, there was no price difference and the catered lunch had no idea what they were getting. So, I took the cheddar broccoli instead of the chili. They put all the items in plastic bags and random boxes that they had food delivered in (I showed up to a catered lunch with a box full of soup that advertised cookies on the side of it). Saving grace was I had a nice looking, large container with handles on it stowed in the back of my car that I just stuffed everything in. The tea container leaked. Pro - you get a ton of food on the cheap. I set it all out and it looked like I spent double the amount I actually did. Unsure of the taste because I didn't try it. I would use Rudy's again for a large group simply because of the amount you can get from the price.

I'm just taking a shot in the dark here, but I think the cooking process at Ruby Tuesday goes something like this: 1. take a piece of whatever meat the customer ordered, cook it in the microwave for 15 minutes or at least till blood stops coming out and it has no taste 2. over salt/season whatever strong sauce you're going to dump on the meat from step 1 to cover the fact that it's not good (cream sauces are preferred) 3. put meat on plate, drown in sauce from step 2. I'm not trying to bash the chefs, well I guess I am, but it's not their fault in a chain restaurant, not like they really have the freedom to change the menu when everyone is a sous chef and the head chef is some marketing guy in some city thinking what will sound good enough for people to waste money on. If I could give 0 stars I would think about it, but I would probably still give one for the waitress I had, she was very nice and helpful. Go someplace else, really.
