The first 2 people we came in contact with (hostess and server) told us it was their first day. They had wonderful attitudes and were eager to give great service. My wife's filet with bacon and mashed potatoes were delicious. I ordered the ribeye (medium) with broccoli which came out way too well done and was about 1/2" thick. I told the server and she was quick to take care of it. They brought me a new meal which was much thicker, and grilled to perfection. We both had the wedge with blue cheese, mine had filet slices and hers had bacon. Both were very very good. The drinks were also a pleasant surprise. My wife had a strawberry margarita, and I had 2 drinks that were angry orchard mixed with bourbon (delicious but I forget the name ) and a Long Island iced tea. The steaks were succulent, the drinks were cold, ad the service was prompt and very friendly. It's not a Capital Grille but it's Lebanon, what do you expect? We're excited to have this place here and I hope they're able to do well because I'm tired of driving out of town to get a decent steak.

We went last night to celebrate birthdays and Fathers Day. Now, we've all been to these kind of places so we knew what to expect. We called ahead and was told there was a 15-20 minute wait. When we arrived, we only waited a couple minutes before our pager went off. After following a very quick on her feet hostess (she almost lost us while showing us to our table) we were seated in a booth. Shortly after seated we were cheerfully great by our server. Wish I could tell you his name but he never introduced himself. He quickly took our drink order and returned promptly with them and warm bread, then took our food order. Our appetizer was the shrimp and lobster dip and it was good. Nothing spectacular but not bad. Our salads followed and again, pretty generic. We all got steaks and they were all cooked perfectly. We did hey dessert- chocolate stampede. It was plenty for the 4 of us and then some. All the food was good. Nothing fancy but none of it was bad. What I found most disgusting was the physical appearance of most of the service staff. Our server was sweating like a pig and had stuff on his hands when he would hand us our drinks and food. Gross. Many of the staff wore shirts that didn't fit only showing their soft bellies laying over their belts. Look, I understand that you staff with the people in the area but could they at least tell them to wear shirts that fit and doesn't look like the buttons are just minutes away from putting someone's eye out??

I ordered the Flat Iron Steak off the 500 calorie and under menu. They season their steaks perfectly so you don't need steak sauce. I like a medium cooked steak but most places don't get it right and end up giving me a well-done steak, so i ordered medium rare. The steak came out rare so i couldn't eat it all but i guess better then over cooked. We sat at the bar to eat so I'm mot sure if for that reason we didn't get bread with our meal or what. But i heard the bread is good hear. Too bad we didn't get to try it. The bartender also forgot to get us our salads so our meal came out first. Then I reminded him about the salad. Bartender seemed to be a little off his game and for that i would lower the rating slightly but it was really good food.

Visited here for the first time 3/27/14, at about 5:30. Had a family of 4 My wife, myself and our two small girls. Ordered the firecracker chicken wraps and loaded baked potato soup as appetizers. Short wait and They were delicious. Although $8.50 was a little high for the chicken wraps. I got the sirloin and my wife got the porterhouse, the kids want steak so we got them the kids sirloin. I asked for med-well as did my wife and well done for the kids. 25 min later! My wife and my salads were absolutely delicious! 15 minutes after finishing our salad the steaks arrived Out of all the steaks the porterhouse was the only one cooked correctly. Mine was more medium as where the kids and theirs should have been well done (no pink in it) I don't understand that since the porterhouse takes the longest time to cook. The other thing that annoyed me was my 8oz sirloin and fries was the same size as my kids portion and mine was twice as expensive. We got deserts too, my wife and I shared the sundae, and the kids split a lava cake. Those arrived fast and were absolutely marvelous! This would have been an awesome meal if the steaks had been made as ordered. Was definitely shocked when i got the bill though over 90 dollars. Wow! we have had similar meals at Texas Roadhouse in Palmyra and walked out about 20 dollars cheaper, and had much better flavor to our steaks and they were made correctly.

Ordered 2 wild west shrimp appetizers and chilli fries for pick up. We were next door store at price rite. We were told 15 minutes. We went over in 20. They maybe had a half dozen customers in the entire restaurant at the time (Friday night around 7pm, not a good sign). The food still wasn't ready. We left and started driving home. Halfway there we tried the chilli fries. They were soggy and slightly undercooked. The shrimp we're limp as well. The food shouldn't have taken that long to prepare and then to have it done so poorly does not bode well for them. I question their future at that location unless they make some serious immediate changes.

I will preface my review with these points, i am a professional cook, and have held almost every position in the hospitality industry. I would never judge, write a bad review or not return to a place based on 1 experience. That said, i have been to this Longhorn Steakhouse on 3 separate occasions with large intervals in between hoping they would eventually "get it together". After today i have resigned myself to travel if im feeling the need for Longhorn. 1st visit we went in for apps and a beer. We ordered the shrimp dip and the mac n cheese. We got our dip and asked about the mac which the server forgot about. We told her it was cool, no rush, were good. We started snacking while we waited. The mac came out a minute later, burnt on the top. I said whatever lets eat. It was cold. The cheese wasnt melted at all. All in all everything was ok till we got to the end of the dip. My girlfriend(who is also a professional chef for 25+ years) found uncooked(blue) shrimp, and mentioned it to the server,"just let the cooks know, its all good." When we paid she asked the server if she said anything to the kitchen to which the reply was,"i did they said thats how it is suppose to be". She was furious. 2nd visit we went in for drinks. They werent very good. 3rd visit we had an appointment at tires plus and figured we would give it another shot. We started off just ordering tea which i had to tell the server 3 times no lemon and we didnt get and spoons. After 5+ minutes she brought out the salad(no bread yet) which was a 4 bite, iceberg, $4 salad(4 heads of iceberg cost $4), i finished and the bread came out about 10 minutes later. It was smashed. We all ordered burgers medium, soup, salad. 2 of the 3 came out 40 minutes after ordering. It looked like cheddar an i said so to the food runner. The reply i got was if thats your soup thats what you ordered. I tasted the cheese while she was gone(cheddar, not the american i ordered) It took a couple minutes for the 3rd burger to come out and i asked for a piece of american(not even to melt it). At the same time my girlfriend tasted hers, also cheddar when she wanted american. We asked about the side of fries we ordered which i could tell she forgot about. The server went to get the cheese and fries, mean while i tried my soup. Cold and bland. She comes back without the cheese and says both cheeses are the same color, are we sure. We explain we cook for a living and yes. She leaves again and comes back with fries and cheese. I put it on realizing, no mayo, mustard, ketchup on the burger or table. Not offered either. So we asked for some. She brings it out minutes later. The fries are barely cooked and soggy. By now im almost done eating my burger which is mid well. My girlfriend finally starts eating hers and its well. I mean well well. All in all our soup salad and burgers took well over an hour. The only reason im giving 1 star is 0 isnt an option

We ate here the Friday night before Christmas. Knowing full well a new restaurant, plus being in close proximity to the mall, and being 12/20, it would be busy. We were seated in about 40 minutes (not the 60+ originally told), which was great. Our server seemed very new to the business of waiter, seemed very rigid and uncomfortable. Some of the other wait staff that were waking by seemed to be much more personable. My 11 yr old has a "unique" hairstyle, so they were stopping by and talking to him throughout dinner. The food itself wasnt bad. I had the trout, which had decent flavor. My wife and son both had burgers, nothing spectacular. My other son had the chicken tenders, which may have been he best meal of the night. They tasted as though they were very fresh and hand breaded. All in all, for the money we spent, it wasn't horrible, but a bit over priced for what we got. I'm sure we'll try it again, once the newness wears off.

We had a good meal here last night. Our steaks were delicious and cooked to our specs. The special $30 for two people was good. We got a lot of food for a reasonable price. Skip the chicken wraps appetizer though. Not good. Raspberry iced tea was overly sweet. But overall I liked it and will return.

I have tried this restaurant a few times and each time it was worse than the last time. The servers never refill drinks, forget to bring out salads, and the steaks have never been cooked the way they are ordered. Last visit I ordered my steak we'll done but it came out med rare, I sent it back and 30 mins later it came back but was still very pink in the middle. I would have told my server but she was nowhere to be found. My suggestion is drive another 20 mins to Texas Roadhouse if you want great food and service.
