Quickly became our favorite pizza place. I posted a 0 star review by mistake. oops. Great crust, thick, fresh made, not greasy... perfect! Beer selection is a bonus. There's always something interesting on tap because they have the bar next door. Friendly family atmosphere.

When I entered into hotel loyal for the first time I had a deep dish pizza and it was as good as the reviewers said buttery and sweet excellent...the second and third time the pizza was burnt...how the cook could send it out to customers was ridiculous...I also ordered a chicken tenders with fries...the fries were left in for so long that the outside was so hard and the potatoes inside had disintegrated...was very disappointed with the quality and will not be back!

hotel loyal? more like hotel SOILed my appetite. i've had freezer burned pizzas better than the pizza i've got at this place. the crust always seems burnt, and the cheese is like plastic. reminds me of the school cafeteria pizza i used to eat. i'm giving it two stars because bad pizza is still pretty okay pizza...

I love this pizza. Thin bakery, buttery crust and a great sweeter sauce. It's my pizza place of choice in the Latrobe area. They do deliver, but it tends to take longer than other pizza places. If you go into the resturaunt, the service is typically friendly. One downside is if you call in an order when they are busy, they put you on hold for a while. I waited on hold for over 5 minutes yesterday, hung up and called back again a little while later only to b put back on hold, which is just them laying the phone down. They need a hold button so you cant hear what they are saying. I sure was looking forward to eating the delicious pizza, but should have just went in to eat.

This place is fantastic- I've loved it since I was a kid because the pizza is amazing. Now that I'm older they let me in the bar side- even better.
