This is a great find at a terrific price. Two of us had salads, one had a calzone. The salads were generous with some really terrific balsamic salad dressing. I had the Greek salad which was very tasty. A bonus is that they served complimentary garlic knots. Service was very attentive. This is a BYOB.

Don't come looking here if you're looking for quality pizza or good customer service. Very rude and gave me an undercooked pizza. NEVER ordering from this spot again.

At a little after 11:00 AM I placed my order on PayPal, which uses Eat24 and places the order automatically. I selected Veal Marsala with linguine and a side salad. I selected my pick up time on line for 2:40 PM. I placed my order. An hour later I get a call asking where I am and why haven't picked up my food. Mind you this is now just after 12 PM and I told them I would pick it up at 2:40 PM. I told the girl to look at the order and see what time I requested it. She admitted to her mistake, and said she'd make a fresh batch for me to pick up at 2:40 PM. Ya think!?!? I show up at 2:40 PM, and was made to wait another 20 minutes for the food that I now requested over three hours earlier for a specific time. Don't get me wrong, the food was good, but the service was ridiculous. If I say 2:40 PM I mean 2:40 PM not 12 PM or 3:04 PM!

Open for breakfast! The info on Yelp says open at 10:30, but now it is open at 7:00am. I wasn't sure about breakfast at a pizza place, but it was done very well. The staff was friendly and attentive. I had the Greek omelette with home fries and whole wheat toast. The homefries were perfectly done, crisp and brown on the outside, and creamy on the inside. The toast was perfectly browned. The omelette was delicious with generous fillings, but just a little shy on the feta cheese. The waitress was back several times to refill my tea with hot water, and brought my bill promptly. I believe I have found a new breakfast place :)

Not my idea of good pizza. We didn't like that or the wings.

I use Spatola's almost exclusively for business. I often need to have lunches catered and, on the rare occasion, with only a few hours notice. This place cannot be beat. They keep all my info on file, the receipt is itemized, and they always are on time and in the right place. Having a meal catered with them is so incredibly simple: you pick a protein (chicken marsala, florentine, alfredo, a la vodka, limone, cacciatore, or scampi) a pasta (penne, spaghetti, linguine, etc.), and it comes with salad and garlic knots for about $110 (full tray; will feed up to 14. Half trays are $55 and feed about 7). They also have sandwich and cheesesteak trays, lasagnas, salads by the tray, and can make anything from the menu into a catering platter. So, from a B2B point of view, they are a pretty great place to do business. They also accept AMEX.

Horrible! My work orders here for lunch and my order has NEVER been correct. Several colleagues have had issues with their orders and service. I have ordered the chicken panini and asked for cheese on it instead of mayo. I got mayo AND cheese whiz. I ordered a turkey wrap and they sent tuna which I am allergic to so I did not have lunch that day. I will not be ordering from them again.

Nice people own the place. Food is always tasty and priced fair. I love the chicken parmigiana.

My friends and I used to hang out here in high school when it was Garibaldi's. Yesterday I went to Spatola's with one of those old friends, and it pretty much looks the same as it did back then. Our server Roblyn was super friendly and attentive. We ordered a large pizza and my friend wanted extra cheese on it. I don't usually ask for that, and it was super duper cheesy. It sort of ruined it for me because it was just overwhelming. But, that's what we asked for, so I can't blame the restaurant for that. I sort of wish there was more of a crust, but that's not a deal breaker. I still sort of prefer Guiseppe's around the corner, but at either place, you'll get excellent pizza and service.

Spatola's of Lansdale is a really great place to eat. My girlfriend and I live right around the corner and we always find ourselves comparing other places we are considering to Spatola's. Most of the time, we realize the value we are getting at Spatola's and just how great the food is, so we just go there. Definitely check it out. I recommend the Chicken parm with Penne pasta, all done in Pink Vodka sauce. It's not on the menu, but it's delicious and they'll make it for you.

This is one of the places my parents frequent often and take me to when I am hope visiting. The whole restaurant is very basic with decorations that kind of remind you of your grandmother's house. The pizza here is good, not great, but good - stay away from the salads and the veggie grinder. The one item that was a hit was the Stromboli - the sauce was excellent, the dough tasty and the cheeses and other fillings were perfect. Their policy is BYOB, so bring whatever you like. All in all, I'm not going to kick and scream if my parents take me here (if I can get the Stromboli) but I'm not going to suggest it either.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
