I used call ahead seating and that worked out very well. Unfortunately after being seated were greeted by our server who quickly told us there was no fresh fish! How does a seafood restaurant run out of all fresh fish? Go pick some up from another location? A Bjs down the street? Just seems odd to have none at 5:00 on a Sunday night. I got a seafood trio special. The Lobster pasta was better than expected. The coconut buts where over fried but the sauce was great. I couldn't get the salmon option because of the fish situation. Salad dressing was poured heavily all over the salad. I have had better meals at this location. Will not go back on the weekend.

Here is Red Lobster's Biscuit recipe, for those of you who are asking! Bookmark it or jot it down. It is the only good remaining from the Red Lobster Restaurant!

Not the best place to take your date for dinner... The menus are sticky and mainly pictures, to appeal to the eye. But once the food is served, the menus are gone and you have no way of comparing with the picture, but in your mind, it looked better. After you ordered drinks, you get 2 cheese rolls per person, that actually are good... Then again, you are so hungry that anything would taste incredible at this point. As an appetizer we shared a lobster pizza, which was so salty I couldn't taste the much of anything, but the crust was crisp and we still ate it. After that, my date and I both ordered the 4 courses special for $16.99. My clam chowder was mainly a potato soup, and the caesar salad was okay. I had the chicken alfredo linguine and once again my plate was extremely salty. My date tried and confirmed, so I took the whole thing home and after adding pasta and cream made it edible the next day. I gave my dessert to my date, and we left. The place could be cleaned a little more, as the tables, banquettes and carpet feels greasy and nasty. Maybe I was unlucky about the salt, but I thought it was a recurring thing during the meal and wished I had said something.

Been coming here twice per month. But today got nothing but poor service. Brief conversation with the shift manager Rachael, who, in my opinion, has no idea how to manage. A very immature and inexperienced manager. Maybe it's time for Janette Raleigh to look into the management and waitress situation a little closer.

I typically do not like red lobster I don't think that their food is anything exceptional but my boyfriend wanted to go and so we went. When we got there they told us it would be about a 20 minute wait we got seated in five minutes ... So win!! But once we got seated it was just downhill from there! It was literally close to 15 minutes before our server even acknowledged that we were there and when she came to the table it was Oh hey didn't even see you guys in the corner . really?! Well you know what shame on you but, even more shame on your place of business because you should probably implement some sort of system where a table is seated and the server is notified! ( maybe have a manager walk around Like other places.... I seem to get much better service when managers are walking around checking on guests experiences) Then we got salads with our meal and it's like she disappeared into a vortex and it was like 10 minutes before she came back and only brought biscuits and said she'd be right back with the salads you were gone for 10 mins you should have brought both! .... And this vortex I'm assuming was there for most of the night because anytime she came to the table she was gone and there was these large increments of time ! It was close to am hour before we even got our food! What?! It's red lobster?!?! I don't understand! Then she asked me if I wanted a box to take our stuff home I said yes she came back with the check and no box ( our neighbors got a box) then asked me of I wanted a box.... Well yes I DID, but no not now because who knows where you will disappear to this time.... We were there for an hour and a half!!! And not for a good reason! What an awful awful experience! I won't throw her name out there but BEWARE!

I went to the Red Lobster in Levittown for the first time since I don't like the one on the Blvd which is the closest location near my home and the location I normally go to near my job was too far. Well I was very pleased! My server Stephanie P. was awesome! Everyone was very nice, the food was delicious and my extremely large(not complaining) piña colada was perfectly made. I had the pick two: Walt's shrimp & the coconut shrimp and I had no complaints. I will most definitely be back! This is my new favorite location!

Fabulous service and good food. We always take advantage of their call ahead seating for two. When we arrived the place was packed inside and out. I took a chance to go in and see how long the wait would be with our call ahead seating and it wasn't even 5 minutes. We were seated within seconds our server arrived, had our drinks in less then 5 minutes, rolls, salad and our wonderful lobster meal. She thought my lobster looked too small and said she would bring me another one. The one I had looked fine. Can't say anything bad about our visit, an hour and we were out of there. Believe me when I give a 5 star they truly earn it. I don't give them out too often.

The service was what you'd expect at a red lobster. Not the greatest, but not the worst. I always order extra biscuits and take the rest home. I ordered a chicken and shrimp dish. The shrimp was great, and so was the sauce. The chicken on the other hand was inedible! It tasted like leather!! It was terrible.

Red Lobster has turned into one of my kids favorites, and I find myself oddly conflicted my this. On one hand, the restaurant delivers a relatively solid seafood experience on a modest budget, but solid does not reach the exceptional level I look for when I dine out. In all, I always hope for a better experience when we walk in the door but don't leave hungry. The decor is a bit on the darker side but well appointed and appropriate for a seafood restaurant. You'll see the nautical theme play strongly throughout with some rather nice oil painting spotted around the dining room. The noise level is nice - not hush-hush quiet but not so loud you can't hear your table mates. The food is generally acceptable. I've had overcooked, dry fish at times, but the flavors are usually well balanced and bright. The single standout are the biscuits - they are the signature item for the chain and, best of all, they're free! Long story short, don't expect fine dining and tolerate the rather eclectic crowd ranging from a house full of seniors to screaming kids and you'll get yourself a palatable seafood dinner that won't break the bank.

Standard Red Lobster fare. Got a free appetizer in addition to the one I ordered! Not mad at that.

It's a Red Lobster. Nothing too special about it, but every now and then I get a hankering for their biscuits and I end up here. We took advantage of the "two people dine for $25" deal, and the meal came out exactly to $26. The waiter ended up putting my ice tea down as a water. Pretty nice of him, though I don't expect every waiter to do this. So basically, we had some decent food and a decent waiter and everything was just pretty decent.

I know I promised my stomach that I would avoid chain restaurants if I could help it, especially around my neighborhood. I'm not saying they're bad, but just too commercialized for my taste. Red lobster is usually always packed with cars, as well as the Olive Garden next to it so maybe it wasn't too bad.. It was rainy that morning after our adventure at the driving range. We were starved and chose Red Lobster on a whim. Bad idea..It was like shopping at the grocery store with an empty stomach. A total mouthful of regrets. Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs. We started off with the stuffed mushrooms and the lobster bisque. The stuffed mushrooms were okay, not anything to excite my taste buds. The lobster bisque was too salty. Of course, all I really wanted were the biscuits. I used to crave these biscuits. Now that I had them...it seems like everything is tastier in our minds. For entrees, we ordered the Lobster Lovers (it was lobsterfest). The rock lobster was rubbery and overcooked. The Maine lobster tail was decent but small. The pasta was creamy (not that that is a bad thing but it doesn't present itself well as leftovers). We also got the NY Strip Oscar. It was topped off with lobster bits. The steak itself wasn't seasoned; good thing for hot sauce! We also had the Strawberry Smoothie..I wonder what's in that for it to be curdling so soon after... All in all, we spend $100 for lunch...and left quite unsatisfied.

Took my wife and son recently to this Red Lobster because my wife kept bugging me. I do not eat seafood and neither does my son. The food was actually better than I expected it to be but the service was very poor. We saw our waitress 2 times....once to order food and drinks and the 2nd when food was delivered. We had to ask numerous times for sauce that was never brought to the table. We were there for about a hour and was never offered a refill our drinks. Please note......I went without something to drink for 30 minutes. Needless to say she got a bad tip.

Sad. I like Red Lobster. I am trying to eat healthier... More fish. They definately had their Monday night cook working. Over cooked Fish was the specialty tonight. Should have gone to Red Robin across the street.

I was surprised to find such a small menu at a Red Lobster. Usually Red Lobsters have many pasta dishes and alternatives to plain fish dishes. The food we had was okay, but nothing too exciting.

Cashed in my Mother's Day gift from hubby and went out to get some lobster last night (Saturday night) .Again we got a babysitter and were out to get away from the kids. We didn't have to wait because I snagged a seat-yourself table for two in the bar area. No kids there! Drinks: Red Lobster is usually the only place I can count on before I walk in the door to have Parrot Bay coconut rum on hand for a piña colada. Well, wouldn't you know they were OUT of it this night. GRR. So I tried the Sunset Passion Colada with some Bacardi O and it wasn't that great. The strawberry garnish was overripe and I couldn't even eat it. I made up a drink and ordered Alizé Red Passion liqueur on the rocks with a splash of cranberry and ginger ale. The bartender didn't think I'd like the stuff but I did...it's made with passion fruit, of course I like it! It was nice and strong, had her garnish with an orange wedge and that was old too...I advise they restock the fruits or not prepare so many before hand as I do like to eat them with my beverage. Anyway.... The Food: I just had to try the lobster nachos...I'd been craving Mexican food but had a gift card to Red Lobster, so it was perfect. They were delicious! I liked that and I'm a native Texan, so that's saying a lot. I was starting to get full though so I didn't really eat much of my salad. I had the Rock Lobster tail...HELL YEAH, that bad boy was perfectly cooked and delicious. The bartender/server cut it off the tail for me and tried to take away the shell but I told her to leave it cuz I wanted to pick off the little morsels LOL! I almost tried the live Maine Lobster but I didn't want to do the work and it only had about 6oz of meat in comparison to the amazing 12oz of Rock Lobster tail. My husband had the Ultimate Feast and he was quite happier with his Maine lobster tail, although smaller than mine of course hehe, and the fried shrimp was as expected (I like mine crunchier than they do it there, but I digress), he substituted grilled shrimp for the scampi (less buttery saucey stuff) and they were really good. Unfortunately the mashed potatoes were instant. You can totally tell and what a shame. The seafood was consistent and good, but even Outback uses real potatoes...I was better off with my steamed broccolli (which was thankfully not coated in butter). The woman serving us (and the people behind the bar) was on her toes all night and she was very knowledgeable on the food (how I got my weight stats above) and super friendly in a non-annoying or fake manner. She was great and so we left a well-deserved tip. I had a great time sitting in the bar area and I didn't miss anything about the dining room area...we could even see the Phillies game on. :)

Since our birthdays are back to back, we planned a fancy dinner to celebrate. On my actual birthday, I chose a casual meal at Red Lobster to celebrate. I know, I know. What was I thinking? Whatever. I haven't been to RL in years and I was craving some cheddar bay biscuits. I had a Caesar salad and the make your own meal with fried shrimp and grilled salmon. T had the grilled shrimp, scallops and lobster. The shrimp were crunchy, the salmon tender. The lobster sweet and buttery. Is it the best seafood I've ever had? No. But if you go in with the right (ie, non-snooty) expectations, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Sucked all the way around. Bartender ignored us for at least 20 minutes. Stuffed flounder was soggy and tasted microwaved . Biscuits were great n so was our waitress. But the overall experience just flat out stunk,

Ok I have been here many times had decent to great service depends on the servers, two stand out in my mind John and Lisa Marie, John has left but Lisa Marie still there. Now they have done the greatest thing so far made entire place NON SMOKING good for you a big hand clap, now hope there other companies follow suit Olive Garden, Outback Steak house and a few other places. As far as the food it is pretty good for not being a seashore place, good prices, nice presentation of the food, desserts are nice be nice to see more to choose from. Biggest disappointment to me is they don't have all you can eat crab legs again, I know they lost a lot of money one year cause they extended the special to long. Over all a nice place to eat at and SMOKE FREE.........

If you've never been to a Red Lobster, then you've obviously been living in some sort of cave or out in The Arctic Circle or something. Red Lobster of course is the preeminent middle scale seafood chain restaurant. I went there last Friday night with 3 of my friends and my friends 5 year old daughter. I was shocked when we were seated right away, even though it was already about 8:30 PM, because the parking lot was jam packed as usual. We of course helped ourselves to the fantastical other-wordly Biscuits they are best known for. Then it was on to Salads (I had a Ceasar), which was fresh and pretty good (might have had too much dressing on it for some people, but I like that). For my entree I decided to go with a newer item over my usual Ultimate Feast because I had just eaten an Oreo Ice Cream Sandwich an hour before we got to the restaurant. I went with the Peach Bourbon BBQ Shrimp & Bacon Wrapped Scallops Skewers. They were shockingly delicious. The sauce was just sweet enough that it was a perfect match for the salty Bacon on the Scallops. The Shrimp was also cooked as good as it gets at Red Lobster. My gigantic Baked Potato was also good with its salt rub and sour cream. Hell, Red Lobsters pretty solid for a chain joint. The service was also pretty good, and quick for a Friday night. I wanted to get the Chocolate Chip Cookie with Molten Chocolate Center because it looked AMAZING, but I just didn't have the room for it. Plus the whole aforementioned ice cream sandwich. Anyways, good stuff all around.
