Everybody knows Starbucks is Exhorbitant in its prices. No one's going to change that. But the food that they offer to go with coffee is really insulting you can get better at Turkey Hill down the road. Not a good comparison. My biggest complaint with Starbucks is not the staff, they are for the most part underpaid and quite nice. My biggest complaint is that the store on Fruitville Pike is filthy. I want a place where I can go and be comfortable and do some writing and some reading and just hanging out with friends. Do I really have to drive to New York or New Jersey to find a clean Starbucks. Appalling. Get your act together.

Drive thru is horrible, slow and inconvenient. It's basically the equivalent of playing Frogger & two cars deep your blocking in someone who is parked. If you manage to get to the window, they are most likely going to be out of the special monthly drinks. I end up usually going inside to order but it isn't much faster. Go the extra few miles to Lititz Pike.

Standard Starbucks, but the drive-tru is getting slower each time we visit. If there are 3 cars or more we just skip it and go someplace else.

Great customer service. Girl knows my name and what drink I want before I even get to the window. Drive through could be quicker but with the amount of people come through this place they do a great job.

The quality of the food and drink here is on par with many other Starbucks locations. Most of the staff is kind and friendly. The drive-thru is incredibly slow and can sometimes take upwards of 10 minutes from the time you pull into line to the time you pick up your order.

Subpar service in comparison to all the other Starbucks in Lancaster. The staff is unfriendly, inattentive and obnoxiously loud. Not a good store to get work done at. I recommend the Lititz or Route 30 Starbucks.

I come here about 5 times a week and never had bad service. I use the drive-thru and they are super friendly and fast! The only downside is it is a little pricier then dunkin donuts but oh well...

Friendly staff and standard Starbucks food and beverage offerings. They offer free wifi, but I find this and other local locations have a cold atmosphere, literally...every time the door was opened every patron in the place, myself included, shuttered at the drop in temperature. Seating is rather limited at this location, but it seems like a popular meeting spot and hang out which isn't surprising for the location.

I've been here many times for meetings and it is most of the time very off for a Starbucks. And I know it is not me because whomever I am there with says the same thing. Sometimes the coffee doesn't taste right. Weak coffee like they did not use enough. This is the only Starbucks I know that hide the wrap around heat guard for your coffee so your hand does fry. Hope management tries to stop pinching pennies. This is what it seems like. Internet is not free there either, so don't go thinking it is.

Let my start by saying I'm a huge Starbucks fan, so this review is comparing them to other SBs. Drink was done right, muffin was ok. What set me off is I walked in the door and there were 20-some people milling about, I couldn't tell who was in line, who was hanging out, and who was just a homeless person there for the ambiance. I've been to many high-traffic stores and never had this issue. The store layout and lack of organization is a problem.

While it doesn't seem this Starbucks location corrected its under-strengthening of its coffee when brewing a pot, I can't say anything bad about the service. Also, while I may have gone at an off time (2PM), there was only one other person in there and he was sitting with a book and drink from Starbucks (probably not homeless or confused). The cup sleeves were also not hidden, as a matter of fact I recall this in particular after the cashier could not fit the cover on my cup and some coffee spilled out, she not only put it in a new cup but gave me a new sleeve which was right next to her at the bar area service station where you pick up your order. It seems this location turned itself around in customer satisfaction, however, the coffee was very weak, especially for the Christmas blend. Unfortunately it's the only Starbucks around. Outdoor seating in front. Parking in front.

I gave it two stars since it's my second visit there and my last. The service I rec'd was not what I've come to expect from Starbucks and I've been a loyal Starbucks customer since the early days in Seattle (probably before the employees at this location were walking!) Today I order 2 drinks and one of them came up and I stood there and waited for the second one. My name was called a 2nd time and I said I was still waiting for the 2nd one and it was made and slid across the counter to me with nary a word. I'll take my gold card elsewhere - like Stone Mill Plaza where they smile and treat you like they're glad to see you. Two stars = one for each visit and that's generous!
