Not bad..not great, but not bad.. ---------- FOOD: I got a 10" pizza with mushrooms to go. It really wasnt all the bad, but its certainly not the greatest pizza Ive ever had. A little on the crunchy side if anything.. DECOR: Its a pizza shop. Plastic tables, glass counter with pizzas behind it, soda fountain.. SERVICE: Good. They waited on me right away. It took about 15 mins for my pizza and they take credit cards. ---------- FINAL THOUGHTS: Would I go back? Sure, but cafe east is in the same shopping center, so unless they are closed.. probably not.

Friendly staff, cheap prices, large servings and great food. Ordered the cheeseburger sub and side of fries; it was enough for two people. The bread was excellent! Will comeback!

I stay at a nearby hotel every other week and have been here 2 times now. I love the wings. Nothing crazy just regular unbreaded and perfectly cooked. Crispy on the outside and moist and juicy on the inside. Just a solid go to wing. Tried the pizza tonight. Being from Jersey I'm always skeptical of pizza outside of NY and NJ. This was very good. The service is tremendous...like you're at an extended family members house. Two reasons I did not rate a 5... I have only had the wings and the pizza. Normally I don't like to judge pizza that is warmed up. I prefer it fresh from the oven but dining alone I went the way of the slice. Next time I will bring others so that I can try several other items.

Went for lunch. Ordered 2 slice special. Served obvious day-old pizza. There's no excuse for this. Avoid.

Super fast service, my order was done perfectly! Ordered the cheese steak sandwich and wow definitely well worth it, I highly recommend it and I'm very picky!

Ordered for the first time last night. First I was happy that they delivered, so many of the "mom & Pop" type pizza places around here don't deliver, which is such a bummer. Anyways...We ordered 2 pizzas, boneless wings & a cheesesteak. The pizza was good, the only thing I would say it could be cooked a little longer, but my entire family liked it. The wings were not good, very spicy for mild and they were a little overdone. The cheesesteak was delicious and I'm really picky about cheesesteaks, really good!!!! Delivery guy was super nice too...Will definitely order from them again and would recommend to others!!!

Family run business. They make you feel right at home and take the time to make you feel like you matter! They make their own bread and it is great! Good Value!

So, the atmosphere isn't perfect. As a previous reviewer said, it looks like any other mom and pop shop. The food is delicious though in my opinion, and the family that works there.... so incredibly kind. I am not quite a regukar but do pop in quite a bit here and there. They have gotten to know me and my mother and are just absolutely lovely people.

I've been eating here since they opened over twenty years ago. Cheeseburger subs are really good. The pizza is good especially if you want a break from chain pizza. My wife and my favorite is the cheese steak. Best around. Make sure to order with extra sauce.

Last couple pizzas I had delivered were done perfectly. Tasty. Yum. Looking forward to the next one.

Regular pizza was good. Sicilian pizza dough was very sweet. They charge a lot for their items. An order of fries were expensive compared to only a handful they give you. Friendly staff though

Always very happy when we order pickup from Ruffinos. Subs, Pizza, Strombolis are all good. Friendly staff. Only once I ordered a salad which was pretty pathetic...shredded iceberg lettuce and tomatoes and croutons.. That was it.

I love this place. It's not a spectacular environment. The outside is no different than any other "Mom and Pop" pizza place in the world and the inside is the same. But, their pizza and strombolis are very good. The pizza dough is a little on the sweet side but it is very good. I go there frequently. If you're someone who thinks that "There's just something about local pizza places that is better than chain pizza restaurants." Then this is the place for you. The other thing that makes the place stand out is the service. Every time I have ever been there (afternoon or evening), they have been extremely friendly and helpful. These are the kind of people you would likely do business with even if their food wasn't the best. Their food quality is excellent. Their prices are reasonable. The service is far better than most "order at the counter" restaurants. I would definitely recommend Ruffino's.

Went here last week with my husband and daughter for a quick dinner while visiting Lancaster. I wasn't feeling well and we were staying at a nearby hotel and wanted to run out for a quick bite to eat and then get back to the hotel and relax for the evening. We weren't in the mood for the more typical Lancaster food so we stopped in here. We ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and lasagna (really ordered the lasagna for our daughter). The pizza was tasty, nothing spectacular but the crust was pretty good. The lasagna was pretty bland (and so hot it was actually a little ridiculous - took like 15 minutes to cool to enough to eat after cutting into it). My daughter seemed to like it though (although she is a toddler and not very picky) so maybe it just was just my husband and I. The salad that came with the lasagna was pretty pathetic - iceberg lettuce with a few sliced white onions, two tomato slices and oregano. Really? Not exactly my idea of a salad. The bread that came with the lasagna was ok but didn't taste very fresh. They also didn't serve iced tea (fresh iced tea not in a can) so that was dissapointing. The service was good though, very friendly and we would possibly go back if we just wanted a slice of pizza the next time we are in the area.
