Authentic. Cambodian. I don't even want to imagine a Lancaster without their lemongrass chicken wings and sticky rice. It's a flavor I could eat every day. I also highly recommend their dessert egg rolls. The owners are wonderful and super friendly. If you dine in, you'll likely get to know them pretty well over the course of your meal; it can make for a funny date night, but we we felt we walked away with new friends, so that's fun! Now, we usually just order takeout and pick it up a 1/2 hour later. Love this place so much! Can't wait to introduce some new friends to it tonight!

KHOM'S IS A RIP OFF. I read the reviews about the spring rolls and I thought I'd give Khom's a try. After three different visits here's my report: Fresh ingredients, but, the spring rolls have one little piece of shrimp and pork at each end and the REST OF THE SPRING IS NOTHING BUT NOODLES AND LETTUCE! That is why the spring rolls are so fat, they are nothing but "FILLERS". For $3 a piece, this woman needs to give people what they are paying for, NOT A BUNCH OF FILLER.. I'm going back to Rice and Noodles.

We had seriously high expectations of Khom's, but we were a little disappointed. The eggroll selection was definitely unique for us, while the taste was just ok. We tried the shrimp and pork, yellow, as well as the coconut and banana. The shrimp and pork was the highlight. We also tried the Chicken Lo Mein, which was absolutely forgettable. For us, the best eggroll remains the shrimp eggrolls with homemade duck sauce at Chinatown Inn, downtown Pittsburgh.

Cozy and intimate dining experience. The owners and chefs are a delightfully friendly couple. There love for delivering quality food is evident in each dish they serve. We found this little mom and pop place through yelp and trip advisor while visiting the Amish Country for the weekend. We were definitely not disappointed; the food was AMAZING! We had their vegetable, tofu and shrimp spring rolls. Delicious! I highly recommend the banana coconut cinnamon egg roll! And their smoothies are quite good! Everyone should dine here again and agin! :)

Simply Ahhhmazing!!! We've had her food several times and have been beyond pleased every time! The roast pork lo mein is unlike any other. The food is not greasy and very well balanced. The Asian Sub was a 1st this time and it was out of this world and we've had many Bahn mis. The prep takes longer than most but it is well worth the wait. And the Eggrolls, oh the Eggrolls... are incomparable.

I can see why this place got the reviews that it did!! Very small and no real parking but the food and service makes up for that and then some. AWESOME egg rolls!!!!!

Khom's passion for sharing the perfect egg roll is most apparent by the evolution from home kitchen to her new James Street location. Her dedication to finding the right ingredients to make a perfect, inexpensive meal makes her business shine. See you for lunch the next time I'm in Lancaster City !

We have eaten here several times and love it! But I have always been an egg roll junkie! This is the best place to get my fix.

Summary: great food, great price, great people. Pros: this is the best hidden gem in Lancaster. My boyfriend and I were in town and looked for a place to eat. The 5 star review from 32 people made this an obvious choice. Now I know why. The owners are so friendly and the food is VERY REASONABLY PRICED, AUTHENTIC, HOME MADE and DELICIOUS. It's very easy to find parking, but we went at night so the daytime might be different. The portions were very large for us (we literally wobbled back to our car from how satiated we were). They officially have a 32nd 5 star review. Great job khoms!! Cons: I honestly can't think of any.

Phenomenal food with depth of flavors all freshly crafted for you while you wait. Khom was so pleasant and worked quickly to make my Asian sub which was ...out...of...this...world. Did I mention I REALLY LIKED my sammich? Lol. It was made with a special spread with different types of meat and pickled carrots and daikon radish - typical of Asian fixin's. Khom also shared personal stories while we dined voraciously on our fare. Definitely will come back!

Khom's is a delightful place with home-style, made from scratch, "feel the love" type of food. The spring rolls are refreshing, tightly rolled, loaded with herbs and come with a choice of homemade dipping sauce...I chose sweet & sour. The egg rolls are neatly rolled and fried perfectly, leaving hardly any crumbs or oil behind. I got a sweet egg roll, the Yellow Roll. The flavors of bean and coconut married perfectly. The roll also came with crushed peanuts to add crunch. The mustard greens & pork soup was so generously packed full of mustard greens that I used both a fork and a spoon to lap up this wonderful dish. The Asian Subs are amazing. I was asked for the level of heat I would like...I went with the highest of "10." The bread was a soft roll with a creamy spread, whole sprigs of cilantro, pickled onions, thick slices of ham/pork, cucumbers, carrots and peppers to give a punch of heat. Great restaurant, owned by great people. TIPS: Accepts cash and credit card. Little place with street parking and a small parking lot. Has 3-4 dining tables inside, 2-3 dining tables outside Give orders about 30 minutes preparation time as they're made fresh & as ordered.

I love Khom's and drive over an hour, round trip, every other week or so for her eggrolls. This place is easy to miss and quite small, but don't let the outside fool you! This is nirvana in deep fried rice paper!!! Please know that everything is made fresh, so if you want it fast, CALL AHEAD. Also, there is minimal seating. It might hold 10 people at best if you choose to eat inside, but the conversation and company is priceless, because Khom is a true hostess in her establishment. The food is exceptional and the must try items are the Chicken Curry Stew (though it is light on chicken, so I always order extra) and The Original Egg Rolls, which are to die for! I also have a strong affinity hfor the pineapple coconit smoothie!

Fabulous. Passionate owner, friendly, fresh. This is SE Asian like Cambodia, Vietnam type. Such a refreshing break from typical American "Chinese" fare. The "egg rolls" are actually crispy spring rolls and are great. But the gem is the "spring rolls": steamed rice wrapper around rice noodles, fresh cilantro, meat and lime. With peanut or sweet vinegar sauce. Made to order and simply the best anywhere. You don't wanna miss this.

I just love this place! Tried the Lo Mein this time and it was wonderful! So nice and fresh it puts all others to shame! The egg rolls are awesome and the home made duck sauce is out of this world good, sweet with a tiny kick! A must try when visiting Lancaster. It's really small and well worth the wait for fresh made food.

A gem of a place. I had some delicious egg rolls and vegetable dishes. Service was very good, and we were treated very kindly. I'll certainly be back!

This place is amazing, maybe one of the best Asian meals I have ever tried. This place is located around a few college campuses, a few miles away from each, and is located by the baseball stadium. Parking is an issue and the restaurant is easy to drive by. The decor is basic, with three tables and an open kitchen to look at while you eat. The service was amazing. They chatted with us about the restaurant and about their fresh ingredients. The menu is really interesting, with the renowned egg and spring rolls, along with hot soups, sandwiches, a few meat entrees, noodles, and desserts. The prices are reasonable and are convenient when trying many things out. The wait for the food might be a little long, since they make everything from scratch and to order. We were the only ones in here, so Khom, the owner and chef, talked to us. They said that last Saturday night, they had a line out the door and they had trouble keeping up, but I expected that to happen due to over 90% of the reviews on Yelp being 5 stars. We started off with a pork and shrimp egg roll. An order comes with 6, but they are more like "American" spring rolls and their spring rolls are more like summer rolls. The egg rolls weren't greasy at all, very crunchy, and very tender from the pork and shrimp. Their spring rolls were also amazing, since the skin was so thin and the ingredients inside were fresh and delicious. They were out of 2-3 items on the menu, but it was fine since we already had enough food. Their lo mein, even though it sounds boring, was amazing and very authentic. The spices of Cambodian cooking really shined through, along with the delicious vegetables. The sauce wasn't too powerful, letting the noodles and the chicken add its own flavor. Their sandwiches were amazing. Their boneless pork was amazing, cooked perfectly and amazing. All sandwiches come with fries, vegetables, pickled guava, and Asian spices. Their tilapia sandwich was also really good, and the fish was extremely fresh. This place will impress even the culinary masters, since the food is just that good.

Delicious food, great prices, and you can tell the owners really care about making sure that you enjoy your experience there. Very small with only two tables inside and two outside, but worth it. The eggrolls were divine and much different than what you might be used to from your local Chinese takeout, but they are delicious. The homemade duck sauce is wonderful and the Asian sub was absolutely amazing. I will be back!

I really enjoy this place when I want to make a feast out of egg rolls. Normally I'm eating a bunch of other stuff with pho at other venues, but this place is close, great at what it does, and super nice to experience. Local and exotic - best combination.

Highly recommended.Found this place via Yelp and checked it out during recent trip to Lancaster Co. Phoned in our order to go. Original egg rolls (shrimp and pork) were great especially w/ the dipping sauce. They weren't greasy at all. Don't know why they call them egg rolls though. They are small and really are spring rolls. You can tell by the wrapper (thin and made from rice). The spring rolls on the menu are really summer rolls; you know veggies, noodle and herbs wrapped in rice paper. Confused? No matter; it's all good. The Spring(summer rolls) we got were chicken.Abundant filling, tasty and a great dipping sauce again. The highlight of our meal was Chicken Curry stew. While it was a bit different than what was listed on the menu(no rice noodles or French bread) it was incredibly delicious. A soupy consistency it contained various veggies, chicken, in a Thai like sauce with just the right amount of heat(spicy that is) Served with rice on the side it came in a quart container. The price was $12.95 which seemed a bit steep at first. However it fed three and we all loved it. It also was made fresh to order.Only low point were the fried egg noodles w/ shrimp. They were good , not great and really greasy. Also there were like at most 2 shrimp( chopped)in little pieces. Definitely a rip off, especially costing $9.50. The owner was very friendly and talkative. All things considered I would definitely return again for the rolls, chicken curry stew and to try another dish or two.

Came here with my family because I heard so many positive things about it and I must say that it lived up to the hype for sure! The spring rolls were incredible. Every order is made FREAH on the spot so don't come in a hurry. You can call ahead and take out. I love finding these little gems in Lancaster City

without a doubt this was the best eggroll and fried rice that i've ever had. ordered the daily special today for $7.95 which was 2 original eggrolls with pork fried rice and ribs. let me count the ways in which this meal was totally awesome. 1. when i called in my order, the owner stated it would be about 25 minutes. after about 15-20 minutes she called me back(!) and said that my order was ready and i could come by any time. talk about amazing customer service. 2. this was my first time there but khom chit chatted like we were old friends. how inviting and welcoming! 3. the business was very clean and you will be greeted by angels and buddhas. 4. i got back to my office and opened the delicious smelling package. the eggrolls were hot, crispy, and not at all greasy! the homemade duck sauce was out of this world, a little spicy but not too much and had a great flavor. the original eggrolls (pork and shrimp) were perfectly rolled, a little bit smaller size than standard eggrolls but they had so much flavor. 5. the pork fried rice had big chunks of pork, lots of veggies, and best of all it was not greasy either! 5 star experience. can't wait to go back!

Egg roll paradise is such a hidden gem. I have drove past this place for years and finally made the move to try it out. And woah, have I been missing out. These are by far the best egg roles, and even the best spring rolls I have had-- at least in Lancaster, and maybe ever. The man and woman who own the place and cook all of the food were so helpful in explaining the menu and giving us suggestions. My friends and I tried an assortment of egg rolls and the softer spring rolls. I had chicken for both and they were SO delicious. Crispy, flavorful, warm, and a perfect size. We also tried the sweeter, banana cinnamon and coconut spring roll which I highly recommend (about $3.00 for two, with a dipping sauce). We also ordered entree dishes: chicken friend rice and veggie lo mein. Both were perfect portions for sharing, or saving some for leftovers. The dishes were flavorful and not greasy or cheap tasting, yet they were quite affordable ($7.50 for the chicken fried rice!) Egg Roll Paradise is your classic hole-in-the-wall, neighborhood treasure that should not be overlooked. It is, however, a very small place to eat in, and since everything is made fresh to order there's a bit of a wait. Family owned, and such kind staff, please check this place out!!!

Tiny restaurant with great food that is prepared on the spot, often with conversation that makes you feel like a friend or family member is cooking for you. There are only 4 seats so takeout is a great option. The owners are very nice - take their recommendations! The sweet egg rolls are amazing.

So when I saw that it was Cambodian resturant, I was super happy. I was a little disappointed about the menu since I was looking for more village food. However, the taste did not disappoint me at all. Taste just like my grandmother made it. I'm usually picky when it comes to Cambodian food since I grew up with it. The egg roll was the best and that duck sauce is amazing. Like the kabobs but wish I could have it with cambodian Papaya salad.

Every dish I've had has been amazing. The duck sauce is the best and I would bathe in the peanut sauce if I could. The spring rolls are so fresh and delicious. Make sure to call ahead because everything is fresh to order. Go here. Now.

Wow. Just, wow! I read the reviews and was skeptical that the food could really be as good as everyone said, but, wow, it is AMAZING!!!! We placed a huge order for pick-up and everything, absolutely everything, is fabulous. The spring rolls are huge, and the dessert egg rolls are definitely not to be missed. The food is fresh and all completely from scratch. I'm really looking forward to my next order. Yum!

This place is awesome!! Very cozy but the food has huge flavor. Caramelized pork was my first meal here and not one bite of disappointment to be had. We also had shrimp spring rolls and cinnamon banana coconut egg rolls. You must try!!

Small place, BIG FLAVOR. Wonderful food, even better owners! We had original egg rolls, spring rolls, Lo mien and a tilapia sub. The rolls were really good but the sub and noodles were the star of the meal.

I didn't really like egg rolls before I tried Khom's, but I do now. They are the crunchiest and most flavorful egg rolls I've ever had and they've made a convert of me. There are three varieties and I like all of them but I think original is my favorite. The duck sauce is also amazing -- homemade and the perfect compliment to the egg rolls. The owners are friendly and pleasant, and the other dishes are very good, too (although, really, the egg rolls are the star of the show). The only caveat is that it's best to call ahead and place an order, rather than walk in and wait. All of the food is freshly prepared and none of it is sitting around in heat trays -- which is a really great thing! But be prepared for a little bit of a wait. There are two small tables if you would like to eat in, but Khom's small space currently does not allow for large parties. My husband and I go a couple of times a month and we split a dozen. Three each are enough of a meal for us so we'll save the others for later. A really inexpensive and delicious meal.

best egg rolls I've ever had. First time trying Cambodian food it was delicious. my husband tried it and said it brought back the taste from Cambodia, when he had visited years ago. must try the Asian style sandwich n the egg roll. I've also tried their special Asian stir fried macaroni, sooooo good.

You should try it. Egg rolls and streamed buns are really good. They have the best egg rolls in Lancaster of any I have tried. The duck sauce for the egg rolls is delicious and home made.

I visited with high hopes about a month after they opened. Ordered a variety of items with some input from the helpful proprietor and staff. In general we were disappointed. The fresh spring rolls were really not up to snuff, way too heavy on the noodles, limply rolled and kind of a mess. Ordered a Cambodian curry/stew which was not distinctive. rather bland sort of like my Grandma's stew. Ordered some barbecue pork, my mistake really. It was more or less the sort of pork that is roasted and sliced into Thai noodle soups. All by itself it was dry and lonely. In fairness I may have misordered and been better pleased with some other menu items. I did get the strong feeling though that the large menu was overly ambitious for the size of the kitchen. Primarily take-out the food was slow in preparation and I was 2nd of 4 parties waiting. Seemed to me that the menu options should be reduced in number. I will go back and give it another try. Hoping for a better result

Awesome. Wonderful lady and food is made fresh to order while you wait. You can get anything spicy on a 1-10 scale. Omg! Just excellent!

Great take-out! "Original egg roll" is fantastic--best we ever had. "Steam roll" contains pork and usage, and is nearly as good. This is take-out only.
