100% greasy , unhealthy goodness! The fries are to die for, and the burgers are big and juicy. Plenty of calorie overload going on here, enter at your own risk!

Very good burgers. Very good fries. Friendly service. Fresh, juicy, and lots of options to build exactly the burger you want. Been in here about 15 times and never disappointed. I reserve 5 stars for truly unique and outstanding places, but this place is a solid 4 stars every time.

Let's be clear one thing, this isn't In-N-Out. Not by a long shot. Not for a lot of reasons. I would suggest that people who say things like, "better than In-N-Out!" should actually go to In-N-Out and eat the food (and pay their prices). But let's talk about Five Guys. Five Guys is one of the best fast food burgers in Lancaster. The fries are great (though sometimes oversalted). What you get is an almost ridiculous amount of food. Now, what you pay for that, figure ten bucks a person. As restaurants go that's cheap. As fast food burgers go, that's pricey but, Five Guys food is worth it. Sadly, you have to go in and order at the counter and wait for your food to be cooked. It's only "fast food" in prep and serving style. Expect to wait at least ten minutes or more, usually more, as FG tends to be busy. Eating there is, from my perspective, mildly average. It's loud and there are usually kids running around. You get free peanuts. If that excites you, then you're home. Bottom line, great burger and fries. Well worth going there and waiting for. And, by the way, I've always had excellent service from nice kids who seem to really care. Which is nice, if not almost entirely unusual, in this class of eatery.

Probably not necessary to do a review on 5 Guys. I mean I haven't met too many folks who aren't familiar with the superior burgers and fries they produce. So I'm just going to summarize a few thoughts I've got about the place: - the place is generally busy, finding a table can be tough - lots of condiment and topping choices, I get tongue tied, I wish they had some standardized burger combos (the western or the ball park for example). Even if they were "secret" ways of ordering like In & Out Burger. - I wish the jalepeno's were not raw - I love their Hot Dogs - I love peanuts with a meal - have you noticed that "springtime" seasonal fries seem to be a darker color. Potato variety or maybe my imagination. . . - Someone else complained about a dirty bathroom. Luckily I haven't had that experience. And the staff has usually seemed very friendly and helpful, even when busy. - I love that they have Coke Zero and Caffeine Free Diet Coke So, yeah, I guess I like their food!

Food is fine, burgers can be greasy but it's what you expect. The staff is terrible though, particularly the girls who take your orders. They constantly seem put out to even be there and would pretty much rather being doing anything but be friendly and offer decent customer a service. A smile wouldn't kill you, when I (as a customer) am friendly enough to say how are you today? You can be bothered to do more than look at me with dead eyes and mutter fine. I come here because my wife likes the food to go. The cook staff is friendly, but if you're looking for anything other than a burger that's a small step up from fast food, drive down the road another minute, in either direction.

I want to express how good the staff was on 8/1/15. Around 3:00 and I don't have their names but they deserve an Atta-boy. I am handicapped and they really helped me. thank you MUSIC IS LOUD

This is our go to spot for a classic boardwalk style burger and fries. Always have friendly, quick service with consistent service. I like having the option of choosing a number of toppings. For me I have two double patty burgers with tons of toppings and a large , Cajun spiced fry. They still have in shell peanuts to nosh on while you wait. They installed two of the new digital soda machines and free refills. Easy in and out location right of the pike.

Let me just start off with saying the burgers are AMAZING. This was my first time ever at Five Guys and I loved it. I wish I would have gotten another burger because of how good it was. The fries are really good as well and you get a lot for what you pay for. They also have a soda machine with 100+ drinks you can choose from so that was really awesome and I highly recommend getting a soda and trying a bunch of different drinks they have. I had a raspberry sprite, so I was a happy camper. The only complaint I have is that the music is really loud. When I was ordering my food the cashier couldn't hear me and I had to repeat myself a lot because the speakers are right above you. Besides that everyone was really friendly and the food was scrumptious!

We've eaten at several Five Guys restaurants and always liked them, but at this one, we were not at all impressed. The men's bathroom was filthy and had no toilet tissue. I told a clerk, who just shrugged and turned away. There was also no ice and our sodas were room temperature. Again, we told two different employees, who just said "yeah, we know. The machine's broke" If this had been our first exposure to Five Guys, it would have also been our last.

This place just opened up in the last couple of months and this is the first ive gotten to try it. All they have is burgers, fries and some hot dogs. One is a 100% kosher dog. Although cooking it in a non kosher restaurant makes it no longer kosher, thats another subject.. I got a veggie burger, but when you order it make sure you know what youre getting. Its not a garden burger, just the veggie toppings on a bun. Still it was good. But wait! Its the fries thatll get you. Theres soo many, you cant finish them and I just got a regular size. They give you your bag with your sandwich and fries, and most of the bag is fries! 4 M's or mmmm! Located on fruitville pike near walmart and savemart. Credit cards are accepted, there are just no signs saying so.

Always excellent. Takes a while for them to make your burger, but it's worth the wait. Everybody raves about the fries, but I only think they're so-so. I like mine crispy and theirs tend to be soggy.

It was the same old kind of Five Guys. They did not get my order right though, so was a little dissapointed.

This place seems like an East Coast version of In 'n' Out Burger. If you've been out to California and have had an In 'n' Out burger you know that they are very very good, as are the fries, but one thing they don't give you is options. This place does only burgers, and as the other reviewer said, hot dogs and veggie burgers. But you will find no chicken sandwiches or the multitude of other options most burger places give you. What they DO have, is really good burgers and fries. The fries are like boardwalk fries...sooo good. So if you're a burger and fry person like me, this is definitely worth a try!

What can I say? Grease rules! Fat tastes good. Not an everyday place, but the burgers and the fries are the best anywhere, BAR NONE. I don't even think about anything else when I'm here. It's the food that gets all five stars at this party.
