More family oriented, but I usually am able to find a table with an outlet for my studious demands. =P Cozy, toasty and welcoming. Free wifi and friendly staff. Not too shabby, folks. Parking is the only reason why this place doesn't have 5 stars. If you're a new starbucker of this location, you'll get frustrated of the limited parking spots if you don't know how to nagivate the lot.

Perhaps the SLOWEST Starbucks in the country. Regardless of the hour of the day or the amount of people in the store, I've never left without a wait. Regardless of the specific barista. It must be something about the management and the workflow. Avid unless you have time to kill

It is 8:15am and the store isn't that packed. The parking spaces are very few and people have to park illegally just for a fix of their Starbucks. The staff is also few, and SLLLLOOOWWW. Why Starbucks? Why?! Even when I come at other times of the day, parking is awful. Wifi is slow.

This Starbucks location is hit or miss. Mostly miss. Since it's in my neighborhood I visit often, which makes me kind of depressed to think about now that I'm sitting down to write this review. They recently re-did the parking lot, which seems to have made room for an extra space or two. I know it's not their fault, they don't have much to work with. But when I have to park in the handicapped spot because all of the other spots are taken (even the make shift spots that hang almost into the road), I get dirty looks from other customers. Give me a break people! As for the coffee, it's your standard Starbucks brew. I don't usually purchase drip coffee, I'm more of a latte gal. I'd have to say only 1 or 2 regular baristas are friendly. The rest act like there's someplace else they'd rather be, and that's to put it nicely. One of them is super talkative and it takes forever for her to get through a line of customers because she wont shut up. I wouldn't mind any of this so much if they made my latte correctly at the end of it all. But they usually do not. And you know what? I'm tired of asking for it to be remade because it makes me feel like a snob. And i'm not a snob. So I just bought a french press. And I'm looking into purchasing my own espresso machine. C'est la vie. It's a shame that there's not a nice independent coffee place in Jenkintown that has a chill vibe and plenty of seating. I guess there's not market for it outside the city.

The baristas here are quick and knowledgable. However, the parking lot is a nightmare and far too small for the popularity of the location. I've never stayed sitting in this's location, so I cannot comment on the ambiance.

Same old story .. Good Starbucks, pretty much the norm with the some outside seating but the parking lot can be a nightmare. They've recently made some adjustments to the parking lines in the lot itself but it is still very tight and limited. Be careful pulling in and out onto 611. It would be nice if they relocated to a larger location & lot !

I love Starbucks, but this location I'm not to fond of, and the reason is because I have come here a few times and my order has been ruined. The parking lot is horrible, the bathroom was disgusting, and how many times can you come to the same spot and they mess up the order. I try to avoid this spot, but I come back trying to give them another chance to not mess up. I still come back to the same problem.

I think everyone has the same issue with the parking lot. It is God awful. I am noticing all the stand alone Starbucks have terrible parking and this does not disappoint. I like the staff there. Always very friendly. I've never had a bad order.

Best Starbucks. Worst parking lot. There's nothing they can do about it, I know, but still. The baristas are always smiling, knowledgeable and friendly. They give my daughter stickers every morning. The have big, comfy chairs we chill in and that we love. The walls used to be covered in local children's artwork. I miss that. They always have plenty of everything and it's fresh.

The only bad thing about this place is the lot. I curse aloud every time I turn into it! I come here for my caramel macchiato and very berry fix. The barista Aliyah makes a mean and delicious caramel macchiato! Had one tonight and it changed my evening! Best I've had at any Starbucks so far!

I have been here twice now. The first time was great. I got my drink and there were plenty of places to sit and the barristas were awesome. The second time was awful. I asked for a skinny mocha frappachino light. It came with whipped creme, which I expressly asked not to be included. It's not really a big deal; when I brought it up to the barrista, he made me feel self conscious in front of the other customers and only offered to scrape the creme off! I really didnt have a choice to ask for a new one without looking like a jerk. It was busy at the time I was there but next time I'll just stick w a black coffee.

Everyone is complaining about the parking. Me too. The issue is not just that there's only a tiny lot, but that the surrounding streets all have parking bans or permit parking only, so there's nowhere to go for overflow parking. The parking lot is too tiny to reasonably fill this coffee shop, assuming about 2 people to a car. There's ample seating but barely any parking. There isn't even any METERED parking nearby. But to add insult to injury, this place isn't exactly easily accessible by ANY form of transportation. I'm a walker, and a SEPTA user. This location is along a big street with fast traffic, and the lot is between the sidewalk and the door...not friendly to walkers. It's very near the SEPTA station but the walk from the station to the Starbucks isn't a friendly one. Other than that, this place is decent. Nice employees, decent decor. But seriously...I'd like to see them do something about making this location more friendly to people trying to actually GET to it, whether by car or by foot.

yup, parking is still an issue. but the staff has been pretty wonderful the times I've been in. I did stop going for quite awhile but I'm back once every couple weeks now. The guy who private messaged me about my reviews here doesn't seem to be there anymore. Also the times they forget to make my drinks it's usually because a regular is being tended to, so good for the regulars not so great for the rest of us but it's not every single visit. So
