I like the food but like someone else mentioned, the staff needs a refresher course on customer service. Every now and then, I will get a nice employee with a smile.

Wow....this place left me speechless, it was truly one of the dirtiest if not THE dirtiest eating establishment we've ever been to. We went in with no expectations. This chain is not local to our area and we didn't know what to expect. Basically it's like a "Subway" set up but for cheap Americanized Mexican food. If you are new to the food and concept as we were you might want to look over a menu online first as I felt we were shuttled like cattle and discouraged from really looking over and rushed into picking what we wanted. I choose three tacos with pulled pork, assuming it was the carnitas I've come to expect with Mexican. I think not, it was a ladle of slop basically that vaguely resembled meat. A considering it was an upcharge for pork the portion size was very meek. Approximately a tablespoon total for three tacos! My partner ordered chicken quesadilla and the portion size of the meat was no better. If they want to charge prices like this they need to up the meat! While the rest of the toppings looked fresh, again we were rushed thru the line, although there was no one behind us to pick our fixings. The dining hall was disgusting! Stainless tables full of crumbs, smears, and snot like residue. The floors were filthy. We put our food on the table and it all but collapsed on us as there was a problem with the stability. The flavors were not impressive either - both of our meals ending up being a runny, sloppy mess dripping all over the place and leaving us very unsatisfied and hungry. I don't know if every location is like this but this experience alone made me not want to find out.

The Food at Qdoba's is always a treat. The menu is fine. Now. Your employees, they need a refresher in the customer service and civil etiquette arena. Be warned folks, they change in the restrooms and one gentlemen might curse you smooth out if you come in (not knowing it's his personal bathroom). Also, why was this same employee carrying his shoes through the kitchen? And I don't mean on his feet, but above the waist at counter level! As for me and my family, this location is off limits. Could not enjoy our meal, we left. Like the shoe guy's feet, this place has an unclean odor about it.

Americanized Mexican in the same vein as Chipolte. Food is not bad and relatively cheap so good quick Friday lunch spot if you don't have a lot of time

Jeez, harsh reviews. It's Qdoba, you either like or you don't. I like Qdoba more than Chipotle. They have more choices, including really delicious Queso. I love the gumbo, its a huge bowl with pretty much everything in a burrito, dolloped with tortilla soup. This specific restaurant, at least when I come, is clean. The staff is generally tolerable, and they get the job done. This Qdoba differs very little from all the other ones, if you like it, you'll like it.

It's is fast food mexican place what more can I say? The food is mediocre at best but the staff here is really nice. They make things exactly to my specifications and even give me free guacamole because I order vegg food! WOOHOO for that! It's nothing amazing, but if you are in need of a burrito fix, and you are in the area it may, potentially , possibly, hit the spot. At least until the next day when you can go someplace better!

Mango chicken salad = yum. Also, can't go wrong with double points Tuesdays. This location is close to work for me, so its a good choice for lunch.

Alright, I'm going to drop a mind bomb on all of y'all. This is fast food. Just like the other elites mentioned - it is not autentico - it's a massive burrito made subway style for you to enjoy. If you're counting calories, get a naked burrito. Otherwise, let the inner fat kid come out, get that queso burrito, and enjoy every bite. The people here have been as friendly as I would have expected. The location is tops. It's been clean every time I've visited. It will get my business again.

Our visit here tonight was disgrace, I'm not usually one to complain about stuff but there was just so much wrong here. First there was only 2 people working the front and the line was to the door. It felt like forever to get to the register and finally got to pay and sit. Then we find there are no napkins and there is a broken bottle of hot sauce right in front of the soda machine. At this point I wanted to just get the hell out of there. Almost every table was dirty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned all day. All that being said there's still more, the trash cans were overflowing with trash and people didn't know where to put there plates and trash. It was terrible compared to any you find in center city. It will probably be a long time before I hit this place up again for a burrito.

Look this is fast food in a nice atmosphere for fast food - nothing more. If you order wisely you can have a decent made to order Americanized Mexican style meal. If you order in another way you can have even more fat then a big mac - it's your choice. I think this is just another flavor of Baja Fresh (which if you like better is 4 miles up the road at the target center on 611 in Abington.) Made to order food thats ok, get your own drinks and soda (good for seltzer fans like me - just press the button that says soda) for all you want, and decent help. Not Parc but not Ihop either.

Dirty as hell restaurant with lukewarm food thats comparable to taco bell. Will not return ... Management needs to step up and earn their pay.No napkins, trash cans over flowing, dried cheese and beans on pretty much every table... nasty stuff mon. 23$ down the drain

Always a friendly staff and always great, flavorful food. I like to stick with the naked chicken taco salad while my husband likes to try everything on the menu. He has yet to be disappointed.

Hey, it's not a great burrito, but we're in suburban PA; I don't whine about not being able to get a good Hoagie when I'm in Tucson. Qdoba is a chain, counter service restaurant that is barely distinguishable from Chiptole. The place is clean and the service is fast. I agree with a previous reviewer that the food can be a little bland - I compensate by asking for less rice and more salsa.

Ok, kiddies! It's time for a pop quiz! Was my naked veggie burrito: A) cold and unsatisfying B) bland C) did it give me horrible indigestion for the rest of the night? D) all of the above Answer: D I won't be going back.

The restaurant was clean. The employees were friendly. They give free drink refills. I'm sorry, that's all the nice things I can think of to say about this restaurant. My son and I ordered basic hard shell beef tacos; not too easy to mess up. The ground beef tasted muddy or something like that. The salsa wasn't good either. The shells did not hold up at all and got soggy super fast. Never again.

Let's be clear-- I'm a huge fan of Qdoba. This Qdoba is the only location that has let me down. The staff is extremely slow, provides small portions, and is generally disinterested. It seriously takes SO long for you to get your food here. Once they put brown guacamole on my burrito and I complained, and the manager/owner told me that was the normal color of guac and she gave me hard time about giving me a fresh product. That was a shocking experience. Oh and I swear they cook their rice with butter. Their rice does not have the lightness that all other Qdoba rice has, theirs tastes like it was made with butter and it's way too oily for Mexican rice. UGH this location really sucks. Also did I mention they're sooo slow?

Dirty. Every table was dirty and it was not crowded. Also soda machine got stuck. What a mess.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
