What good is call ahead seating? I was told call ahead seating would be 30-35 minutes after we arrived. Well an hour later and we're still waiting. All we're getting are excuses. What a disappointment. Won't be spending our money here. Thanks for the bad service Outback - Jamison

Used the new click thru seating. Arrived ten minutes ahead of the scheduled time. TOTALLY USELESS. Arrived to find we would still have a half hour wait. All it appears to be is marketing ploy to get your personal information. So now we stand here in a restaurant that twenty minutes ago had no wait according to their website, waiting with two young kids and no place to sit or stand out of the way waiting for a table that has no shorter wait than others waling in the door behind us. Worthless. After we were seated and ordered, I was told the special I oredered (prime rib and lobster tail) was no longer being offered and would be $5 additional. Waitress could not offer any explanantion as to what changed between the time I ordered and when she came back to inform us.Not Happy at all with this visit. Got the New England clam chowder as my choice for the other side. It would jave been excellent if it didn't have so much pepper in it. Also got the cheese fries appetizer but there wasn't enough bacon on it.

We don't typically eat at Outback as we prefer another steakhouse. But we received a giftcard so we figured we'd use it up. We ended up ordering some "takeaway" since we didn't feel like eating out. We ordered some burgers, chicken finger platter and some quesadillas. I don't expect a lot from Outback but it was a mess when I opened the containers. The burgers where just thrown onto some fries. The chicken fingers were also thrown onto some fries that were way over salted. And the quesadillas were over cooked to the point they were more black than tortilla colored. It was gross. In the future if we get another card, we'll travel to a Carrabba's.

The two stars are for the server. She was great. The food is another story. The last few times we've been to this Outback, the quality of the food has gotten increasingly worse. On this last visit I had the Outback Special with scampi-style shrimp. My husband had a cheeseburger. None of it was palatable. We used to enjoy going to this location fairly often. I doubt we'll be visiting again. It honestly felt like a total waste of money.

Really clean restaurant with a staff that cares. Above average for a chain restaurant. Dishes are always expertly plated and you can tell they care about the customer here. It's always mobbed!

Haven't been in here in many years but decided to try it again. Not a very good meal the bloomin onion was blooming terrible the steak was very poor quality, very tough and seemed like it had been boiled, there wasnt a single girl mark on the steak. There were a lot of flies landing in the food, better to just avoid this place. The kids mac and cheese was pretty good.

Came for late dinner 9 pm on Saturday night. Got seated quickly. Waiter did not know contents of chopped salad, so I had Caesar. Small salad, very generous side of anchovies which I requested. My ribs and chicken combo was skimpy. 3 ribs were tasty, chicken breast way overcooked. Aussie fries soggy and not too hot. Given the long wait, was probably sitting to be picked up. My wide had steak salad which she had enjoyed in past. Steak undercooked and tasteless. Side of mashed potatoes sent back because not too hot, second try no better. Would have to be desperate to come back.

love this place, great wait staff and food is usually done perfect, but wow, why such a high increase in the filet. it jumped up to over 26.00. too rich for my blood,. me and my wife and our 2 kids were regulars for both dine in and take out, but we are gonna have to stop because of the price increases. very upsetting.

We normally don't like chain restaurants but we had a gift card and this place was really good! Service, food, atmosphere, it was all good. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely go back.

Definitely love this place! The food is awesome. Definitely get the bloomin onion! The servers are always fun and energetic (And if you're a guy, well let's say you'll enjoy the waitresses :) Also, the manager is really cool. The one time I had an issue, they solved it right away!

Service is so important in today's world and the service i got at this outback...was terrible. Our server would disappear for lengths of time and our food was constantly late. The food was good, as usual but the service...eck....terrible.

The female server was quiet unfriendly. No smile...no introduction..nothing..The waitress gave a weird look when we said we have a coupon. Note- lunch ends at 3

The Outback in Jamison is always busy. That puzzles me. It's certainly not because of the uncoordinated service there. Tonight I had everything surrounding my food go wrong. The room was ice cold; the table lacked cutlery; the coffee had no creamers; my entree had two potatoes and my wife's had none. The food? The coconut shrimp were not very large, but okay. My Outback Special steak was a shrunken morsel of its original serving size a few years back, but done exactly as ordered. The potatoes were encrusted with salt to an extreme with mini-monkey cups holding minimal "fixings." The chopped blue cheese pecan salad was ice cold (as I said, the room was ice cold) totally lacking in pecans but instead had Asian noodles for crunch. Did they run out of nuts? Or are they just cheaper? Australia is on the Pacific Rim, correct?

This place is one of my favorite place when I think about dinning out. The food is excellent with a good price. The entree usually comes with a side salad or soup. I would say the amount is worth the money. Lately I tried out the margarita at the bar; it was excellent. However, the service is kinda unsatisfied coz I barely see the server. And I have the feeling that they just wanna kick us out of there as quick as they can. Not very friendly. However, I would recommend this place to everyone who loves full dinner :-)
