The food and service here was great! I got the orange roughey and it was to die for. The second time I went, my mom and I got the homemade ceasar salad, which our waitress made in front of us. It was delicious! This is a really nice place to take a family or got on a date. Good food.

I believe this is a 5 star for Indiana. Nothing happened on my last visit that I would deduct stars from a review. I have been twice before and have thoroughly enjoyed both evenings. This most recent visit I ordered the bruschetta and the BBQ pork chops. Both were excellent. Our waitress was very personable, made great recommendations, and genuinely made us laugh. All this put together makes for a great evening. She was like a true host, and made us feel like we were genuinely guests in her home. I cannot wait to go back!

Well we decided to try this place tonight. We were impressed with the service. The appetizer that we ordered was coconut shrimp. It was okay, a bit over done but tasty. Our salads we very good with the house dressing. Then for our entree we ordered the filet mignon and it was prepared nicely with a baked potato. Our over all experience was very good and I would recommend this place to anyone. Next time I go back I am going to try their pizza.

I was staying in Indiana for Groundhog Day and looked on yelp for a good dinner spot. The Grapevine fit the bill and my wife and I had a good but not quite memorable meal. The menu specials were impressive and gave us lots of options. The server was attentive & polite and the hostess even checked on us a few times. As far as the food is concerned, there was nothing that was bad. My wife opted for veal with cream and chive sauce. The veal was tender and the kitchen cut back on the amount of sauce as requested by my wife. The only downside was that the sauce really didn't have a strong seasoning. That's better than too much seasoning but the result was that the sauce really didn't make her entree stand out. The same thing could be said for my prime rib. It was cooked perfectly but the Au Jus didn't really add much. Maybe some horseradish would have helped. Even the redskin potatoes were mildly seasoned. Good, but not memorable. Fortunately, we ordered the Sicilian mushrooms as an appetizer. They were listed as seasoned with aromatic herbs and really made a nice compliment to my entree. The portion size was generous and I had plenty left to eat with my meal. At $6.50, this was a bargain and I would strongly recommend them. The ambiance was very nice and we were entertained by talented Bob Bretz on his guitar. All in all, we enjoyed the meal but would be hard-pressed to rave about either entree. Take away the excellent service and ambiance and it would definitely be a 3-star experience.

This was a great find for us on this rainy night. We went there for dinner tonight, and came away quite delighted with the exprience. There was live music (a talented gentleman on the piano), and a romantic ambiance. We started with the coconut shrimp (very good). The salads were great, though they really should go easy on the dressing. My filet mignon was great, and the sauteed zucchini just outstanding. My husband's swordfish steak was excellent. Attentive service. We'll definitely be back!

When we came in, we were promptly seated and given water. Then, we were given a port wine cheese ball and crackers. This was nice. I ordered a t-bone with corn as a side. I ordered it medium well, and it was a little more done than I liked it. That is ok, however. It was still tender and tasty. Just a little charred on the edges. The service was good, as our waitress was attentive and was always stopping by to refill our water or ask if we needed anything. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience and will be returning to try other menu items.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
