We had a great experience at this Chipotle. Staff was nice, line was short, and food was delicious as always. Chipotle always has a long line regardless of what location you go to so we were pleasantly surprised to see a short line for dinner on a Saturday. The portions were great, we weren't even able to finish all of our food.

I came here after an evening at hershey park. I wasn't up for culinary experiments at 9:30 pm. I was also with my kids. "When in doubt, hit up chipotle", I always say. We walk in and there was quite a long line (this doesn't affect it's rating, just surprised) While we waited in this absurdly long line, I got to observe the staff and really look around the restaurant. All but 2 of the tables were filthy. The bathrooms were gross. There was a strong cheese smell in the dining area, and the servers were quite off. Orders were mixed, food wasn't being dropped on time, just really chaotic. Please take my review date into consideration and don't go at night. I'm sure a manager will catch wind of the disorganization during the evening shift. Till then, STEER CLEAR! I will revisit this a few months down the road. I am too big of a chipotle fan to give up on this convinient location for economic post amusement park Sustinance .

I was thrilled a Chipotle opened in Hershey closer to where I live and saving me a trip to the one on Rte. 22. After several bad trips however, I'll be going back to the other location. Be prepared to WAIT. The time it takes to get through the line is pretty crazy. Food itself is fine but portions are small. Staff doesn't seem to know how to handle the lunch/dinner rushes, get overwhelmed easily and can be rude. (Asked for a cup for water on my last visit and the cashier rolled his eyes like it was a chore to hand me a cup) Interior is cramped and feels more like a high school cafeteria with long tables. Line is always long and wraps though the dining area. Snag a table outside if you can and it's a decent place to eat. Not the best place in my opinion but it's cheap food. You're better off heading to the outlets or one of the other local places in the area.

I've been waiting in line here for 7 minutes, not a long time, except that not a single person has been served. I've watched six employees wander around, cleaning tables, pushing in chairs, refilling a few things, and not at all attending to the three people waiting patiently in line. Get it together.

It's standard Chipotle food with a slightly smaller restaurant and smaller food area. There is some outdoor seating. Overall good and quick service.

***WARNING: Graphic content*** Overall, this Chipotle was good. Our food was cooked well and the dining area seemed as cleaned as it could be for how many customers were there tonight. However, when my husband and I were waiting outside the restrooms, a male worker stepped out of the male stall {they had single stalls only} and left some really nasty poop all over the toilet SEAT. I also doubt he washed his hands... Health violation!! Actually, human violation! Please clean after yourself!

I've had better, I've had worse. Really convenient location near Hersheypark. Glad the place wasn't crowded (yet, curiously, parking was at a premium,) but the patrons in the place didn't believe in allowing anyone personal space. I've been in packed Chipotle locations with way more room to breathe. Not that the establishment can really do anything about its customers, just felt it needed to be mentioned that if you're in line asking for ingredients, expect to have some guy's face nearly touching yours because god-forbid they wait a minute until you finish. The staff was very friendly, but it seemed to take a while to wrap our burritos and get the proper ingredients. By the time I was able to eat, it wasn't even really warm. Meh.

Clean location, Chipotle food is very consistent, and staff was friendly. Some outside seating available, which is a nice touch.

The only good thing about this Chipotle is its convenient location and the outdoor seating. The staff is extremely slow, they give you very small portions (which I think is starting to become the trend for Chipotle) and the food is sometimes just old.

The service was slow. The tables had scraps all over them. They ran out of chips. I guess it will be a long night since this was 5:30 in the afternoon.

Good food and delicious vegetarian options, but the line often wraps around the store, and you may wait as long as 30 minutes. If I wanted to wait in line that long for something, I would have gone to Hershey park! I say only go in non-peak hours, and don't go if you're already starving.

Horrible service and food!! Poor service despite there being not much rush. Chicken was burnt, very small portions. Worst chipotle experience ever!

I ate lunch here about two months ago and was not very impressed. As others have stated, it is smaller than the average Chipotle and space is tighter as a result. The food was okay, but I doubt I'll come back to this location again.

We were used to dining at the Chipotle on 22 but Hershey is much closer for us. We've been there a few times and service does lack slightly. However you are visiting a tourist town that is packed during the summer months (trust me, I live here). You will nore than likely wait anywhere you go to in Hershey over the summer. I did notice that they tend to fill online orders much quicker than in person orders, but you can only stretch people so thin, I get it. The kids that work there have always been super nice and very accommodating, asking if I wanted things on the side since I asked for "not too much". You don't always get that elsewhere. And their food is affordable, which is awesome. And organic which keeps me coming back for more and more. They haven't been open for very long, and most fast food workers are just kids so give them a break. They are doing great for the volume of people in and out of there.

Chippy has been a staple of my life ever since I moved to Boston. Coming home, I was glad that Hershey finally came to their senses and got one of these beauties so I didn't go into total withdrawal during my first summer home since high school. Step 1. Enter establishment to find that it is filled with people from your past Step 2. Look down, avoid eye contact, think of burrito/bowl fillings Step 3. Order food quickly in the hopes no one sees you Step 4. Attempt to get food and escape quickly Step 5. Fail, make small talk, feel uncomfortable Step 6. Drive away quickly, eat burrito in car, make mess

I've been to chipotle in many states, this location suck ass. The girl with a tattoo on her left arm was barely putting food in my plate, never spoonful, just at the tip or pinching ingredient with 2 fingers. I asked for more rice and she sighed. They don't offer you trays and the sour cream is milk consistency. Fake a little smile, you work in the customer service business. She doesn't seem very happy to be there. If I was the manager... She would be working at McDonald down the street like yesterday.

Don't even bother ordering online and expecting to pick up your order at the time you choose. Expect to wait at least 20 more minutes while ONE person covers lunch rush online and fax orders and other staff members stand around chatting. Every time!

Did not even order. More food on the floors and empty tables than I saw in peoples hands. Note to management- If you see people slipping on the floor, it may be time to get someone to clean it up. Especially since it was 3:30 in the afternoon.

I went opening day. Note: Do go to a place on opening day because it was pack like I thought but the line progressed well. It was a small restaurant then the one in Harrisburg. The people were pretty nice even though they were busy and working well together. The food did not last great to go still good but that was my fault to rush to the theater. I would go back to review this again So if you like Chipotle and in the Hershey area go.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
