Found this on way to Hershey Park and wanted a quick bite. Went in and only saw cheese and one pepperoni option. I'm used to veggie slices being available. My son ordered a sausage slice that they threw the sausage on so when he tried to eat it, they fell off. We got 5 cheese slices that while big and cheesy lacked flavor. This place is just mediocre. Won't go back.

Huge, delicious slices of pizza goodness! I wasn't looking for a big dinner and decided on pizza. Two slices was more than enough and the toppings were delicious.

Pizza...what's not to like???! Bricker's serves up a very respectful pie!! Pretty much your typical slightly worn restaurant, but don't be put off by the interior. Quality New York style slices that you will want more of once you've eaten it!! Perfectly cooked crust and deliciously seasoned sauce. It'll make your stomach happy!! Promise. And it's directly outside of Hershey Park!!

My #1 pizza spot when I spent a summer in Hershey. Located right on Chocolate Avenue, this restaurant is in an easily accessible area and features ample parking behind the restaurant. The dining area is no frills, but the pizza is fantastic! Both their traditional and Sicilian pizza were fantastic and I loved that you could get both by the slice as that's not always an option with Sicilian pizza! If you're looking for some fantastic pizza in Hershey, this is where to head!

Pizza was good. I know good pizza I grew up in Ny and mostly ate pizza. Wish the bearded gentlemen that gave us our first impression at the counter was more welcoming but overall good.

Random stop. Great beer on tap. Awesome service and management. Nice folks. Super great food! I'm a vegetarian and the Greek salad had plenty of everything you would want on it. Will be back if I ever visit Hershey again. Thank you for making my bucket list so special. Thank you for my candy! :-)

Ordered delivery one evening while staying at a hotel, so this review does not reflect the dining in experience. We got a thin crust, old world style pizza. It's a little thinner crust than typical. The crust isn't that crispy; it seems chewier than most. The sauce is bland, as were the cheese and toppings. The pizza seemed to be made by a committee with the intent of producing the fewest complaints rather than made as a signature representing a unique style. It works as food, and if that's what you want, it will feed you. But I would be shocked if anyone would claim this as their favorite pizza. It's a step up from the national chains, but only one step up. Still, it was delivered quickly and pleasantly, and is pizza. It lived up to my expectations, but not my hopes.

Summary: quick service, good enough food, great price. We had a few pizzas, a few salads, and a pitcher of beer. After we ordered and paid at the register the food was quick to arrive. The place itself is clean and gives a good local vibe. There didn't seem to be any hershey tourists there except us. The old world pizza was better tasting than the neopolitan- it was very cheesy and a good ratio of all ingredients. The neopolitan was a little bit thicker of a crust than my preference but was still pretty good nonetheless. I would definitely go back for these cheap good eats in a family friendly place.

The best old world style pizza in Hershey! Ask for it well done and you won't be disappointed. The Sicilian pie isn't too bad either, and the owner is a really great guy. Does a lot for the Hershey community.

We have been going here for about 4 years. My family all love the Old World Pizza. Once when Brickers was closed, we went to Fennicci's/Phillip Arthurs across the street for Old World, and was very disspointed. There is a rivalry in Hershey as to who has the best Old World, and I think Brickers wins hands down. I wouldn't even order it at Fennici's after trying it one time. I beleive that recently their traditional thin crust must have changed, because now I really enjoy it as well, or maybe I just can't remember because I was so enamored with the Old World for the first few years we went. It's super thin and crispy crust causes us to order an Old World and a thin crust so everyone can have both. We have also had various appetizers, and they were all good, but have never ordered the wings - maybe next time and I'll update then. Beer on tap is a plus! The only reason I don't give this place 5 stars is because the owner can be cranky at times. It doesn't affect the food or the speed of the service, but he sure can be "short" with you if you catch him on a bad day. If the pizza wasn't so good, I probably wouldn't overlook this - but it is, so good that we'll always be back even though we have to pass 8 pizza places to get here! Not open late, but the bar side is - so if you want pizza, check the hours!

Nothing, and I mean nothing, special about this place. A slice shop with greasy pizza. The total lack of decor would be forgivable if the pizza were worth eating.

Called in advance from road so we could "perfectly" time the hotel checkin and pizza pickup. Staff was friendly and "to the minute" with ETA on our Old World and Plain pizza order. I walked in for the pick up and was greeted with a smile and a ready order. The Old World pizza, first time for our family, was a big hit! Great fresh tomato taste and awesome homemade dough! Regular plain pizza was great too! Def great hit! Enjoy!

We had whole pizza and an order of cheese sticks sauce is very good. Home mad dough. Would come back.

What is up with this place and NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE?!?!?!?!?!? I've called 3 times to place a pizza order and so far no one has answered. It's 6:00pm on a Sunday night. WHAT IS THIS?!?!?! I just want some pizza. Minus 2 stars for the inconsistency of service. This is ridiculous!

If this is really the best Sicilian style pizza in Hershey, I'm leaving forever. Also the place is dirty, everyone working there looked miserable, and the chicken wings were soggy.

Although I live in the area I somehow keep forgetting this place. Had my first visit recently and I will go back. We sat at the bar and ordered a Sicilian to go, had a beer while waiting. Service was good and they offered to keep pizza warm for us while we finished the beer. Nice selection of beers, should be something for everyone. The pizza was also very good. I am not going to put this in world class, but I found it to be very satisfactory. We plan to head back and try out the Stromboli. I would definitely pick Bricker's over any of the national chains and will update this after some more visits.

Pizza was good but service was not. Told my pizza would take 20 minutes but it took 45. Didn't even get a "sorry about that". If you decide to go there be sure to remind them to actually put your order in. A plus for the food, a minus for the service.

Family owned restaurant. The pizza is very excellent! The salad I ordered was not the best - iceberg lettuce only with no romaine. Because the menu is not very large, I thought they would done a little better on the salads. I hope they would reconsider this in the future.

Try the old world pizza, excellent, service is friendly and the food is served quickly. Prices are very reasonable well worth a try if undecided.

Great local pizza place, like much of the independent places in Hershey crappy hours. If you're hungry or want pizza from an independent place in the area I would rate these guys the best. I really do love their pizza. Also the guy that runs it is really down to earth and remembers his customers. Truly a shop for the locals.

Take out on a Friday night. Place is pricey for the quality and quantity. The eggplant parm was one slice of overcooked eggplant thrown over spaghetti with barely any sauce. The pizza is not that thin crust, not sure why people keep saying it's NY style thin crust. I have been experimenting for thin crust around here for a long time and this definitely is not thin. But it tastes pretty good. The beer place next door is a nice touch to hang out and watch a game locally though.

    They have the BEST pizza!

Great thin crust pizza and cheap! They sell beer, numerous TVs with sports, casual setting but clean and pleasant. A win!

This little privately owned pizzeria was a bit of a hole-in-the-wall. The space was worn and clearly the result of hand done changes over many years. The pizza tasted super good. Generous portions for reasonable prices and quality ingredients. Fast service and good food.

Perfect place for our group! Great food and amazing food. We showed up with over 25 people/kids and they really took care of us. Great hometown pizza joint. Great staff!

Stopped here for pizza with my family around 9pm on a Monday in late August after a day at Hershey Park. When we arrived, we were told that the pizza oven and grill were shut down for the night so they only served a limited menu. We decided to go elsewhere.

We got to Hershey and wanted some pizza. Most things are set up for tourists but thanks to Yelp we found a small pizza joint called Bricker's. The owner asked us where we were from and said "how did you find this place." I guess they don't get many tourists. I said "Yelp." He'd never heard of it. So, I should him on my phone and told him I would write a review later. I got a tossed salad to go with our pizza. We ordered a large for 2 adults and 2 kids. The salad was lacking but that was okay. We really came for pizza. And we were not disappointed. The pizza is some of the best NY style pizza I have had outside of NYC. Nice and thin and a super crispy crust. It was outstanding. Definitely would come back for that. This place is short on atmosphere with a walk up counter to order but the pizza is fab! It was filled with locals during lunch - that's always a good sign. Lots of subs on the menu. The staff was really helpful. A big shout out to the owner for giving the boys candy bars when we were leaving for teaching him about Yelp. I hope he reads the review. We may go back tomorrow for lunch!

This place is terrible! I don't understand the 4 & 5 star reviews. Maybe I'm a snob living in long island and working in NYC home of the best pizza in the world. There was apparently a big deal to put 2 tables together for our party of 7. The paper plates were a really nice touch. The ONLY reason for 2 stars was the calzone. It took 20 minutes to get but was fresh. The sauce it came with was gross. The pizza tasted like ellio's or some other store bought frozen pizza. Had a strange aftertaste. Really a terrible excuse for a pizza place. To call it NY style is ridiculous.

Bricker's Pizza has the best Sicilian style pizza in Hershey. Walking into the store is like walking back in time - where else can a family to enjoy a beverage of Sprite or Miller Lite while the kids can choose from the old fashioned candy dispensers and play arcade games, but honestly, the best Sicilian pizza!

Very good thin crust. Nothing else needs to be said. I had pepperoni slice and a sausage and mushroom slice. Both were great.

  • Thomas F.

Classic NY-style pizza joint, with very good cheese steaks and good wings. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Try the "Old World" pizza---a local specialty with a thicker and sweeter sauce that's made "upside down," with the cheese (provolone) under the sauce. A simple adjoining bar serves beer and alco-pops. Hopefully one day Pennsylvania will have sensible alcohol laws and they'll be able to serve wine. One warning: they stop making pizzas fairly early: 8:15p.

Bricker's Pizza is definitely one of the best pizza places around Hershey. I am a huge fan of Sicilian style pizza, and Bricker's definitely helps me satisfy my cravings. The Good: 1. A wide variety of tasty and abundant Italian foods (calzones, pastas, sandwiches) all at very very VERY reasonable prices! 2. Pizza is delicious. Both the Sicilian and regular styles are very well done. 3. They deliver! If you're a student at Hershey Med and stuck in the library, they can bring the food to YOU. The Bad: 1. The Sicilian pizza is kind of pricey. It's a huge amount of delicious pizza, but your wallet still might cry a little. The decor leaves a lot to be desired. It's basically the classic image of a neighborhood pizza joint, clean but not super classy. The staff is friendly and helpful, despite their gruff appearance. It's a cozy place, you can get beers and just wax eloquently on the nature of life, or just grab it to go and stuff your face at home. Either way, you're walking out a winner. Skip Pizza Hut and Papa John's...I cringe even to call those products "pizza". 5 stars...for the very reasonable price on all the items that are not the Sicilian pizza...and the sheer orgasmic deliciousness of the previously mentioned pizza.

I had take-out from Bricker's yesterday for the first time. As per other recommendations on Yelp, I tried the Old World Pizza (sauce on top of the cheese). The pizza was fantastic by Hershey's standards. It's very similar to the upside down pizza at Fenicci's, but it has a thicker crust. The amount of sauce and cheese was just about right; there were no excesses of either. Also, the pizza is very reasonably priced at $13.95 for a large. I will definitely be returning to Bricker's.

We are huge fans of Ponessa's. Sadly I have only tasted one thing on the menu - Old World Pizza - but we've ordered it at least 20 times! This is our go-to pizza takeout restaurant. Try the Old World pizza - cheese on the bottom, sauce on top. Make sure to eat it while it's piping hot! Great owner and quick service.

Our visit started off a little rough, the staff seemed a little short with us, they had no silverware or plates out and we split an antipasto salad which was very good but hard to eat off of a paper plate, I asked for a fork and was told there right there and the bin was empty, but then the pizza came and it was great, a very well made new York style pizza, give them a try... They also dont give refills on pop which always drives me crazy and they have a fancy bar side and a old restaurant side and I'm not sure why or which one I belonged in, but overall it's a good pizza.

Wonderful pizza and staff make this place a must go when in Hershey. The pizza is amazing and the bar is a great place to rewind from the busy day at Hershey and catch a game. I can't say enough how wonderful the staff is. This is the only place I go to eat when I am in Hershey, it is that good!
