We were staying at the Homewood Suites right behind the restaurant so stopped by here for dinner. We arrived around 8pm and were expecting to have to wait since it was a Saturday night but the place was nearly empty. I thought to myself that it because it's the day after Christmas but I couldn't help wondering... Even though the place was only about a third full, they made us wait an hour to be seated... nah only kidding. They seated us right away. After the customary drinks order we decided on the food. Rather then going the safe route with burgers and the likes, we decided to try some seafood. We ordered the tilapia with shrimp, crab cakes and a shrimp with penne (not sure of the exact name). By far the best dish was the pasta. There were a ton of shrimp in it which were perfectly cooked with that nice bursting crunch when you bite into it, not that mushy, gummy texture. The penne was al dente and not drowned in watery sauce. I think it might have had white wine in it, or at tasted like it did which was really nice. As for the tilapia, we were expecting it to be boring and somewhat on the dry side. Well it wasn't. The fish was very juicy and flavorful. Unfortunately, it was on a little on the spicy side. The shrimp on top of it were also nicely cooked. The crab cake was blah... We also had a chicken entree which i didn't try and an appetizer sampler which were the run of the mill fried stuff. What I thought was going to be nightmare actually turned out pretty well. This place blows Applebees and TGIFridays away. And i think it's actually cheaper too but that may be due to the geographic locations.

Ruby Tuesday is your typical chain American restaurant A LA TGIF and Applebees. But Ruby Tuesday has something the others don't - yummy delicious juicy turkey burgers and bangin mashed potatoes. The combination makes a great lunch (as well as several other menu items, but the sandwich way is the quickest yummy lunch) - however, what this location lacks is good service. Gather 'round kiddies, it's story time. I love ketchup. Like love love love. I can not eat fries or a burger without ridiculous quantities of that tomatoey goodness. So when I get a burger and fries with one little cup of ketchup on the side I'm all like "WTF MAN!" So, before I even tried to eat, I asked for more. Do they bring me a bottle? NOOOO. Do they bring me lots? Nooooo. They bring me 3 more of these little cups. WTF I'ma do with that? Needless to say I couldn't finish my fries cuz I ran out of ketchup. Tear tear. The server was also pretty slow considering he knew I was on my lunch break and in a hurry. The Union Deposit location has better service and the parking lot is actually navigable.

I'm all about trying new things and.... I just had BISON meat burger for the first time here, very delicious! With crispy fries and ranch to dip, what a great dinner.

excellent food and great service. TJ the server was on top of everything. Food was very good. Ribs were perfect. It has been awhile since I have been to a ruby tuesdays and they are much better now than 10 years ago...

At some point, I was totally obsessed with going to Ruby Tuesdays whenever I was in a town that has one since we don't have them in Cali. But I got over that once I started yelping since I could find a ton of places that were unique and what not. However, I don't knock this place because they actually have some good healthy choices (and the best broccoli ever). Plus that bison burger is a slam dunk good choice. For those staying at the Homewood Suites next door, they'll deliver to the hotel and charge it to your room. Score!

Standard chain. You've been here before whether you know it or not. Seemed like the best option within walking distance of the new(er) hotels on Tecport Drive. No surprises here, however the bar is a lot smaller than you've come to expect.

This location is great! Staff is super friendly. Clean, Clean, Clean restaurant and salad bar! The salad bar is nice and always well stocked. Never had one issue and will always keep coming back as will other customers. Great job management!

Worst restaurant ever. Place was completely filthy, every other table had dirty dishes on it. Waitress was terrible and bitchy. Salad bar wasn't restocked once and looked nasty. Actual food was average but not worth the price whatsoever. Will never be returning..

So my husband and I have been waiting FOREVER to visit a Ruby Tuesday, and alas, on our way to Hershey Park, we found one! We were so stoked to stop by here after a long hot fun day. We ordered some of their famous mini burgers with the salad bar and the cajun tilapia with creole shrimp....it was all soooo good! And our waitress was really good! Hopefully I can find a Ruby Tuesday near my home so we can visit it again!

Good food. Standard Ruby tuesday. The service was pretty good as well. Their Mango Ice Tea (with fresh Mango) was really good, ohhh I loved it! I never asked for refill before but this one OMG can't help it....

I've been to Ruby Tuesday's all over the country. They used to have bion burgers - which I love- but this last visit they are no longer on the menu. I really like their buffalo chicken sandwich on a pretzel roll. At this place, we sat in the bar area and the hostess and bartender 'sorta' waited on us. It seemed like they took turns being inconvenienced by us. The food took forever and when it did finally come out we could tell that it had been sitting under the heat lamps for quite a while. The bartender apologized and said that the food runners weren't running his food anymore?

It should not be called Ruby Tuesdays. All the waitress' tops were so revealing,, ruby could have been,,,,, well you will figure it out. My family felt a bit uncomfortable. Food was ok and the place was clean. Salad bar was nice. Key word ...awkward.

Upon walking in, I really wanted to dislike this place. I started with the spinach artichoke dip served with bottomless tortilla chips and had the Cajun jambalaya pasta. The Cajun jambalaya pasta tasted just as good as the Cheesecake Factory. The portion sizes were small. Our waitress Stephanie was very nice and refilled my soda without my having to ask. The manager actually brought out the food and made sure everything was to our liking. All in all, not a bad dining experience.

Only good thing was the beer, probably because they don't make it. You could tell it was reheated frozen food. I had the mini burgers and they were pink inside and cold. The fries barely cooked. Definitely lack of quality control in the kitchen. Also the table was sticky. I had not been to a Ruby Tuesday in a while and was excited. I know the last few years they have had less options at the salad bar and thus I have not been in a while. If this place is any reflection of the brand they've really gone down hill

  • Aurora M.

This place is disgusting and barely edible. All the food is frozen and then re-heated. I don't think there's any excuse for eating here unless you really have no other options. I tried the spinach and artichoke dip, which is supposed to be a signature item, and it was a soupy, runny mess with no artichokes. The chicken pasta was drowning in sauce; the noodles were overcooked; the chicken was rubbery. But! The biscuits are really delicious.

Things have been on the decline for Ruby Tuesday for quite some time. I don't have much hope they'll be around much longer. Their food, service, and overall quality continue to slide.

We have been going here for about a year and visit every 8 weeks or so. I can say, that this place is terrific. The food has been fresh and tasty. The salad bar has been well stocked and the waitstaff friendly and efficient. It's my go to place when I don't want to go far because I know I will get an excellent meal. The tilapia is awesome. It is clean and comfy. A little dark for my liking because I can't read the menu as well as I used to, oh well..if that's my only complaint..so be it.

Well, it's a restaurant. Nothing great. But that's a good summary of the Ruby Tuesday menu. It's a true "medium" since nothing on the menu is "rare" or "well done". The bartender seemed stressed when I was greeted. I found out easily (by listening) there was a fight going on between the bartender and one of the servers. It provided some free entertainment.

Visited this place for a quick steak and salad while on a business trip. When I arrived they informed me that they were out of about 75% of the items on their menu. Apparently they had a really busy weekend. I don't understand how something like this happens at such a large chain restaurant. I did stay and have a steak at the bar which was average for Ruby Tuesdays. The side that I wanted was not available. While they did apologize for the problem they didn't offer anything to make up for this major issue. A restaurant that runs out of food? Apparently it happens

Went to ruby tuesdays for happy hour! The food specials were decent and the food was OK. The drinks however were very good. The grape martini is to die for!

Why I rated it 1 star: - food was cold and not warm at all - service was slow - serving size was extremely small. You know it's small when the onion rings and fries which were the 2 sides take up 90% of your plate. I mean really ? - the food had a very bland taste. As compared to competitors it was quite bad frankly speaking - the server was ok and seemed like going through the motions I would not recommend this place for eating out unless their food quality improves. The rest are compromises that you can accept

Was not very happy with my visit to this establishment the food was over cooked but not very hot my burger was very dried out but so greasy that the cheese and stuff just fell right off as well as the waitress did not specify the type of mustard they were sticking on my burger just asked me if i wanted it and i ended up with dijon mustard. Our flat bread came out burnt cold and flavorless. Just a bad experience in general.
