My bride frequents the Panera franchise so as I got my cherry popped during a visit here I've become a fanboy. Food we purchased was amazing and I loved the self-serve stations where I can refill my coffee and beverages. Are refills allowed? I have no clue but there was no sign that said otherwise so I assume with self-serve if no sign prohibits refills then I can refill. As a newbie I loved getting the plates for "to stay" service. I'm sure this is your typical Panera location and service but I'm a fan now.

Worst place ever...I placed an order through the mobile app to be picked up on my lunch break on 5/15/15...I still have yet to receive my money back or my food. I work in a Physicians office and she is vegetarian. We used to frequently order from here until recently and now they always insist they didn't know until you look at the receipt and it says no chicken on the strawberry poppyseed salad. This place needs some serious management overhauling.

Every time I go to a Paneta Bread they get my order wrong. I once waited 15 minutes while the people after me got their food. When I asked what had happened the manager very rude.y demanded to see my receipt as proof. When I gave it to him I got no apology for them taking my money and forgetting my food. Now Panera no longer has my favorite item-their French onion soup. I will no longer be going to Panera Bread as that was the only reason I went.

They run out of food at the end of the night constantly. Ok fine. Good, saving on waste. Well dont charge me full price for a sandwich not made properly. They r up scale casual. Well after leaving I felt like it was a McD. With double the price. For nothing Cuz my soup was Luke.warm

I was traveling through and stopped for lunch here. My kryptonite in every Panera is the Italian Combo sandwich. Once again, I devoured one like my life depended on it. Although it was jammed for the lunch rush, I was impressed at how calm and courteous the staff working the registers was. That speaks volumes to me. My wife had a Chopped Chicken Cobb salad that would make your tongue slap your brain! (Good) If you need a good meal, or just general encouragement from good people, stop in!

Stop in this panera on the regular for a meal or to meet with someone. Each and every time my service has been top quality. I try to get something different each time I go and I have never had anything bad yet! Their mac & Cheese is awesome!

The food is always the same at any Panera location, but this restaurant was dirty and disorganized. There was food and garbage all over the carpeting, tables and chairs were sticking out everywhere, and the walls at many of the booths were scratched up and marked up. This was definitely NOT what I was expecting at a Panera Bread location.

It's a Panera. It's the same as virtually every Panera out there. It's a chain. I come here for those addicting asiago cheese bagels. It's like my total guilty pleasure comfort food and has been since high school. In terms of cleanliness and service, this is just an "okay" Panera, nothing spectacular or great about it.

I love Panera's as it reminds me of home. Before I got my coffee machine, I used to hang at this Panera's for hours on the weekends for the endless cups of coffee (also sodas/iced teas, etc.) and wifi. Occasionally if I am traveling on business and need to meet up with coworkers or plug in, I always choose a Panera over a Starbucks. In addition, I actually really like the menu with my favorites being the Asiago Roast Beef sandwich, clam chowder, the little breakfast egg bakes and any one of the bagels. Calorie count of course is a completely different story!!! All in all, I give Panera four stars for the combination of food, atmostphere, wi-fi and the coffee/beverage refills policy.

Mocha fat straw = the most delicious fattening coffee drink in the entire world. Everything else - eh - you're better to go to Giant and make your own sandwich and get a can of soup. The food does NOT impress me. I love the outdoor tables though. Great for enjoying an overly fattening mocha drink with lots of whip cream on a hot day. Gotta love people watching in the parking lot!

I really love this place. They have the nicest staff. Only food chain that I eat at. I always get the tuna on honey wheat with an apple and green tea. I really need to stop spending so much money here ($8 a meal) lol. But hey, If Im eatting it, it definitely has to be quality, quick and not full of nonsense. Enter Panera Bread.

I had their salmon salad, with an apple and some juice. Although the dressing was a little on the sour side from too much vinegar, it was a very nice , light and healthy lunch. It's a nice place for coffee or lunch, if you're looking for a busy place people watch.

I am a Panera fan, it's a love or hate it type place though I will admit. My wife is not a fan by any means. I will agree it is a bit overpriced for what it is, but it's always fresh. This particular location is very nice and big. I am used to smaller panera's and I had a really nice time relaxing and reading here. There's plenty of room to pick your get away place (near the faux fireplace was my spot). The service was just OK, although it was no different than any other Panera I've been to. The food was made pretty quick, but the cashier wasn't very friendly. I'll give on the service for the atmosphere and food. This is a great alternative to Starbucks for planting yourself for a couple hours and working on the laptop or reading for school/pleasure, especially if you are hungry and not just thirsty. Apparently they have wi-fi too.

I am only giving three stars because the first time we came here, their wi-fi was not working. Other than that, the food is great! I love their French Onion soup. So very yummy. I think their U pick 2 deal is nice. I can get my soup and half a sandwich, which has proved to be more than enough for me tonight since i am sitting here at the moment still trying to finish it off!!!
