I miss their crabs. I ordered a bushel medium crabs from them Nov. 2013 for my bf's birthday and they were amazing. The case came in right on time, and all the crabs were neatly stacked, seasoned and steamed. I got the heavy-seasoned ones; they were quite spicy but super tasty. I took the experience for granted until I ordered from another company last week. I switched company because they had crabs on sale (Chesapeak Crab Connection Co. - DO NOT ORDER from this company, seriously!) The crabs from Chesapeak Co. was packed like they were throwing trash away, and it's extremely small. AND they smelled aweful when we opened the box! All I wanted to say is, Harbour House Crabs are a little on the expensive side, but they are absorlutely worth every penny. Crabs are expensive when you ordered them online but if you are willing to spend the money already, you might as well put in a couple more bucks and get the good stuff. I wish I had ordered from this company last week. Oh well, next time, for sure!

To have a Seafood place so close to home, it's amazing. I love the fact I don't have to make the 3 hour round trip to get to inner harbor. The service I got was amazing. The freshness makes local grocery stores seem frivolous. I got a dozen large males, 50 long neck clams, and a pound of jumbo shrimp. I had a coupon for $10 off $100 order, I even got a free pint glass which was awesome since that was like $8 bucks. Even got a few mallets for $1.49 a piece.. Their seasoning is awesome I'll be going back for some, it's better then Old Bay. It's priced fairly for what you are getting. Everything for $100 made my parents happy and full, well worth it. I have no problem telling my friends to go there. Thanks Jeremy!

Incredible! I've been eating blue claws with my family since I was little and this place is definitely top two of the places I've eaten them at! I've gotten blue claws from here twice in about a month and each time they have been perfectly seasoned and steamed. True to the size that I've ordered and full! When you call and tell them a time to pick up and you arrive, your crabs are still hot. Leads me to believe that they are steaming them right before you come which is awesome (instead of throwing them in the steamer right after they hang up the phone with you in the morning and having them sit around all day). Super fresh quality. Tip: if you arrive and your crabs aren't ready there is a farm stand right in front of the shop on the main road. Amazing fresh ingredients directly from the farm. Pick yourself up some corn and watermelon and you've got yourself a perfect summertime meal :) The guys that work there are so incredibly helpful and nice and will tell you if you can get a better bang for your buck by selecting a slightly different option. As you can see- I have nothing but awesome things to say about this place and will be going back over and over again!

just ordered my second batch. ive been meaning to post my review from my first order :) The crabs were amazing! Exceptional customer service & crabs! Arrived in perfectly packed box with the loose claws & all which are my favorite. Each crab was heavy and full of meat which to me is better than the trips to the wharf in DC. Also received a couple complimentary mallets. I can't wait to order again!! Thanks so much! - maryland girl living in California :)

Its a little pick up crabs shack, you can pre order any amount or walk in and get them steamed in 15mins. Crab wise they were very tasty but small.. and those were a bushel of larges. I am thinking we were really given mediums and charged for larges, took ages to pick the meat out. I have had better crabs but the staff was nice and friendly, $230 isn't a bad price for a bushel. Didn't have a great experience but had some nicely steamed and season crablets.

Very happy to have discovered this place so far up north of Baltimore. I picked up a doz of what they call the heavyweights and was given several choices of how I wanted them seasoned I'm a lover of spicy and chose the heavy option I was not disappointed they lived up to the term spicy better than most. I called ahead with my ETA and when I walked they were ready to go. I would suggest this place to my closest of friends with no reservation and even though they are about a 45 min ride for me I plan to go back several more times before the season is over. They topped anything we have available to us locally in both size and freshness and as I mentioned seasoning.

Good "No Frills" crab house. Good Bay Seasoning mix. Decent prices. Very tasty crabs. Staff is polite and helpful. It may not look like much from the outside, but some of the best crabs come from a shack. I haven't tried a crab house in Harrisburg that was even close to as good. There is a beer distrubtor right beside the Harbour House. One stop shopping. A bushel of crabs and a case of beer, that's a combination that can't be beat.

I was surprise to find a crab place in Harrisburg. The crabs were decent. maybe a but overcooked. Seasoning was delicious. Kinda price. 1 dozen large around $55. Place was kinda hard to find. the photo was helpful
