Absolutely one of the best cheeseburger subs around and the staff is very friendly. Genaro is a very courteous member of this establishment and takes very good care of his customers and the quality of the food he is preparing!

A got a large deluxe Stromboli to go, The crust was burned and the inside was cold and the cheese was not even melted, It feel apart all over the place and was a mess, Gave it to the dog who enjoyed it, however I do eat here on occasion and I get their combo sub which I must say is outstanding, I go out of my way for this sub, the staff is very friendly. And a great EAT IN place,

Great little place located a half mile from interstate in a shopping center. I have had pizza and cheese steaks and they are delicious! The food smell hits you when you walk in and always makes me hungry. I had a mushroom cheesesteak tonight and it was worth the wait. People that work there are pleasant and attentive.

One of the biggest salads I've ever had and was great. Wide selection of tradition and more adventurous pizza slides and strombolis ready to go. Very pleasantly surprised.

One of the best places to get an Italian sub in the Colonial Park area. A lot of workers from nearby TE frequent the place. I've had the cheesesteaks and pizza before and both are pretty good. There is a good selection of six packs and single beers for sale. I just revisited this review and upgraded them to 5 stars. They are the best Italian sub in the Harrisburg area.

This is a decent pizza joint that I have been going to for years but more recently I have been disappointed. The pizza is still tasty and the people who work there are relatively friendly. But one thing I notice that kind of grosses me out is that the same people who are tossing my dough and topping my salad with their hands are also taking my money. Cash is filled with germs and seeing all of that cross contamination is just gross. Also the pricing has gotten higher. I understand with overhead, inflation, the extra cost they have from opening vino, running a pizza shop isn't cheap. But I also know that pizza is not that expensive to make. I went there today and 2 slices and a SMALL drink were over $7. I could get a whole pizza somewhere for a little more than that and feed my family of 4.

decent food all around, not the best but better than many. great service and selection. Pizza is good as pizza goes. There was a review about them having a minimum visa amount of $10.00. This is perfectly legal and has been for several years now. When I am in the area I go here for pizza and subs. On theo the other side is there sit in restaurant with take out, more up scale but great prices. Its called Vinos.

OK food, not great. Chicken was good, pasta not so good. Guys behind the counter were friendly, the lady behind the counter was quiet unfriendly.

I've been getting subs for years from them at the Allentown Blvd Plaza after work for dinner, but the last two times I picked up subs they have a different taste. It's more bland and not so good. I told my husband as I was eating that it just isn't as good as it was before. Later that night we both got sick. I don't know if they got new owners, but I'm definitely not eating their again. Very disappointing.

Got take out here the other day and some stuff was good and some stuff was great hence the 3 stars. What's good? The plain pizza is just good. Not great but not bad either. There was something about it that did not wow me. Maybe it was the crust or sauce. But I would not buy it again. Instead I would get the great stuff. What's great? The chef's salad is really delicious. Fresh lettuce and great meats and four pieces of bread make up this huge salad. It did have black olives in it but that was simple enough to pick away. I also love their toasted Italian subs. Other things to note is that they sell six packs of beer for about ten dollars each. Also they take Visa but there is a sign that says that there is a $10 minimum. This bugs me alittle because the owner is not allowed to set minimums for Visa card holders. When a merchant decides to allow Visa cards, they sign an agreement which explicitly states they are not allowed to set minimums; it is in the contract. If one were to report Brother Joe's Pizza to Visa, Visa would either tell them to take the sign down or prevent them from taking Visa. Just a little fun fact that did not go into rating the business. So bottom line is at Brother Joe Pizza I enjoyed everything but the pizza.

Tonight was one of those times where the kids and I were hungry for a good salad. Brother Joe's certainly did not disappoint! We love this place. We ordered grilled chicken salads with Caesar dressing. Outstanding food! The chicken was hearty, they didn't skimp on the tasty dressing and the salad and additional veggies were plentiful. . So much that my oldest son who has a very healthy appetite couldn't finish his whole salad as he usually does. The staff was very friendly. Many people on hand to met every ones needs. We called the order in and the person who spoke to us on the phone was very courteous. (I think his name was Sal) The owner was there also and he sent us off with a smile and a wave. The shop is very clean. Tables were all cleared and wiped down. You can tell the owner cares about keeping a clean pizzeria. We didn't need to use the restrooms, so I cannot comment on them. This pizza shop is located in a strip mall, so there is plenty of parking. If you're looking for someplace to eat where the food is great, the atmosphere is relaxed and the restaurant is clean, visit Brother Joe's Pizza. You won't be disappointed!

I have to agree..... I usually buy an Italian Sub with lettuce, onion and tomoato and then have them toast it in the oven. It turns out to be pretty good, the cost is only about 5.50 too. with the bread and lack of excercising it can be pretty fattening, but besides that its great. I've had a chef salad and fish sub and also some of the pizza, but the italian sub is the best. Plus if you are in a hurry they have 6 packs to go, although their alcohol prices arent marked anywhere, and you dont know what it costs until you take it to the register. They accept credit cards with a minimum of 10.00 but only visa and mastercard. Private lot parking.

Super friendly service and very reasonable prices. The last time I was in here I overhead someone tell the manager that they come all the way from Lancaster to get their white broccoli pizza because it's the best in the world! Can't say I've tried it yet, but the sammies are pretty good, and I like that you can buy single beers here if you want a beer or two with your meal.

Brother Joe's is pretty flipping good. The pizza itself deserves about 3 stars, but the other food and the service pushes this place up to 4 stars. There's nothing special about the pizza - just your regular pizzeria style pizza - but here in Harrisburg even THAT is hard to find. Their chicken phillies are really good and so is the shrimp basket. The service is exceptional and the place is clean and organized.

Great pizza and salads! This is a workplace favorite but I'd come here after work. The food is delicious and innovative - i.e. Caesar Salad pizza slice! I have had the steak salad and it was exceptional. Pricing is also good.
